Downloaded the app and tried to sign in but it keeps saying invalid email address or password. But I know for sure it's correct. I closed the app and tried to reopen it then the main screen freezes and the loading icon just keeps spinning. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app and got the same results.

Great idea implemented horribly. Made impossible to cancel your account. When you think you've finally cancelled your account, you're charged for yet another month. Customer service is completely useless. They ask you a list of questions then tell you to send an email requesting cancelation that apparently does nothing. 5/18/22UPDATE: Months later after thinking I've canceled my account they're still charging me for the worthless service. Customer support still, completely useless.

This app is quite possibly the most aggravating thing I have had the misfortune of dealing with. For 5 days I have been unable to log in, because it doesn't recognize the email on my account, despite allowing me to reset my password when I thought that was the problem.

I tried to contact you guys and you blocked me. It was the last woman that I spoke to now it will not connect me. This company takes your money then sets you up with people who do not help. They are just about stealing. If you try to cancel with them they will not cancel until they can try to say you owe them money. Do not go through this company.

Doesn't Work. Try to submit a request, keep seeing that loading circle and info never gets sent after spending time to fill out information. Total waste

Logged in one time. Went to log in again, and a red block with info, appeared at the time, stating to contact Member services. I did that already, to reset login info. Why??

I have downloaded this app since i have became a member of legal shield and it has not worked. I even uninstalled it and installed itvagain and im still having the same thing happen.

I would love nothing more than to cancel my subscription and to advise nobody to get a subscription with these vampires they advertise that they would help though the last time that I had a subscription with them in person they advertised so many credited hours now that I've only got an email that saying that they offer a 25% discount an hour which is not worth it to fight a traffic citation. From my observation this company has no ambition to provide guidance or assistance.

I've used the app in the past and it seems that you've removed all of the useful features. I can't do anything with the app without consulting someone? What happened to my partially completed self fill will? It's been a while so I wouldn't mind starting over but I can't even find the questionnaire anymore. Did some new laws get passed that forced you make this app so impotent? My fault for putting it off so long, but still very frustrating.

I was contacted ONCE they said they'll call back and they never did. They only stole the money they asked for. We needed help and we ended up taken advantage of TWICE.

Misleading. Twice I was referred out for 25% off referral attorney cost.. Once I was told I couldn't be helped or even talked to because I had an attorney that I explained I wanted to fire because they did not help me but no help then I wrote to customer service then she called me back saying they would help so I called but then was told not until I provided a termination letter of attorney then they would refer me out at 25 % off. So they don't help people. Google can do this for free??

This is a review more about the app than the service- the app doesn't work. I literally just watch the initial loading screen spin forever and it never properly loads. I've used the website to some effect but I rather liked it when the app actually worked. I'm running a Pixel 3 and yes, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, the phone, all sorts of things. It just doesn't work.

3 stars will change to 5 if you fix the app. The date of occurrence when requesting consultant shows as the court date before hitting submit (probably a graphical error?) But i added in description when it actually happened.

Great service while living in California, good service in Michigan. Now, with the new app, I have not been able to log on, even after being on the phone with customer service for almost an hour. LS needs a ticketing system. The poor rep was trying to help but had no idea about the app not working for multiple ppl as I found in the reviews. AND, thi matter still has not been resolved!

The website and the app's platform are laggy and do not work. The actual business plan makes sense and works. Although it takes about 45 minutes just to get logged in depending on the glitches

I have been using this app since its inception. As of the first of August. I have not been able to open it. Goes to a white homescreen, and locks with the LS logo. Uninstalled several times and reinstalled. Nothing seems to work. Been with the company since 97, but am considering dropping, as the push for more technology seems to be hurting the company.

This legal plan is a waste of money . The 2 Los Angeles attorneys that I dealt with each were horrible . If you have an actionable civil complaint the LegalShield attorneys cannot help you . I have a current complaint against a CA business , and as a member , the only service that the attorneys offered was to write a letter😆 . The letter had grammatical errors and was essentially useless . I will seek a better plan with more professional attorneys .

Kept charged my credit card even though I did not buy any plans, and yet no response from the customer service!

So far this has not been helpful at all. I have a time sensitive case to appeal and when I call I'm just told an attorney will call back sometime. I missed the call and they were closed by the time I called back. So I called this morning I was told someone would call back sometime today....again. I'm starting to think I may better better off with a court appointed attorney.

If you are thinking of getting coverage for your commercial driver license tickets. DO NOT SIGN UP. THEY WILL NOT PROTECT YOU

Okay app, okay service. However according to the policy, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund on a subscription cancelation. I canceled the day after being charged my final month and they set it up for "review" that conveniently lasted the rest of the "subscription period". I spent almost $100 and only used one service, one time. Thats not how you should treat a customer that youre advertising so hard to for a new subscription.

Locks up a lot. I cannot send a request via the app. Why isn't there a description box? You can not submit any documents via the app or website. The lawyers thought that I could.

Both times I've called in regarding an issue I had, they have been awesome. The idea that I can bounce something off of a lawyer whenever I want for twenty seven bucks a month is comforting.

Legal shield canceled my membership stating failure to provide contractional services on there behalf. The lawyer they gave me merriet web had the contracted 72 hrs to go over a contract and failed Canceled my membership because of last review this is a edited review will be filling a bbb complaint.

I installed the app eight times tonight, and it didn't install despite all the messages that the app was compatible with my system. I found it in the Google apps and tried installing it through both Chrome as well as through the MS Edge Browser to pull and fine the Application and to pick the install button. I did many searches for it after the installation. It simply wasn't there. It does not work. I will try tomorrow on my tablet, but I have little hope that the installation will be any better. It is a non-functioning app for even the installation.

The service concept is good! The Attorneys are responsive but tend to end the free consultation portion of the membership, & move you to 25% discount consultation, too quickly (Before they know if you have any additional questions.) The App is a nice tool to have but it's not as intuitive as the previous version. Member Perks is missing and the Will Questionaire is too! App is too cumbersome to navigate! Add the Buttons back to App Home Screen; including Emergency Access & MembersPerks !
