This company has their heads up their keesters. No management available to chat with. Sales department can't communicate with shipping. No tracking numbers available on app. App doesn't work. I have orders from 5 years ago still showing as being processed Waste of time and hard earned money. A large company too BIG for their britches... Shame on u legal zoom. Been waiting 7 days for documents yet to arrive. Overnited no less. I don't have a computer to download said document.
This App is AWFUL!!! It won't launch. I contacted Legal Zoom about the problem with no response. Doesn't make me want to use their products if they can't even figure out how to make an app work...
i downloaded the app to take it for a spin on my legal needs and i was inky able to sign up (i think) but wbe i try to log in the app keeps crashing. this is not a good experience. 1 star.
Crashes, I can't even get into the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled, it still won't work.
The app won't open on my devices. It crashes every time I try to sign in. Soooo disappointed.
Phone call in, all you have to do listen. Linda. .. then applies the script that ur reading off of in real realtime.

Bad professional serving.
App is nice look and easy to use. Three issues on my few times exp with app 1. Fails to start the 1st time (but it starts after) 2. when requesting consulation session, doesn't go all the way through after the phone num screen, error 3. I suggest to call app LegalZoom, had a hard time searching the app (that's not a bug but the few times I used it, I couldn't find it in my search app. Hope of improvement on next release. Thanks
