Have been able to open & use Legend's app to balance accounts for a year with my new phone but now says update is necessary and that it's not compatible with the server....well I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times on different days with no luck. Doesn't give you a button to "update" and I am thoroughly disgusted! Wasting my time is not ok & I live on a limited income and I need to be able to access my account without having to go to the library. Time to switch banks!
The app itself works perfectly, however several times a day I get a notification that the app has closed with a report or ignore option, also after I have closed and backed out of the app it will reload asking me if i'm sure I want to sign out. These two things annoy me as it happens all the time and my background data has been turned off so the app shouldn't run unless I open it.
Just notified that the app is not compatible with my device. Been using it for a long time and now I can't get in to check anything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Keep getting a update button but won't update.
It keeps on telling you to update. It tells you your server is incompatible. But doesn't allow you to do so. I have uninstalled and installed. I have not been able to get into my account since the update. Not good.

Like the app. But LB needs to get an update for it. Keeps prompting me to do an update, but there isn't one yet. Please fix this issue.
I hadn't realized they released a new app and discontinued this one. Downloaded the new one and it works great!
Only problem is I keep getting an error message stating the app has stopped. That's interesting, because it says that when the app is closed. My question is why is it running in the background without my knowledge?
It worked great until saying update needed. No way to update this app. Super frustrating 😤 And yes I have uninstalled and re installed still saying update needed.
Worked great until the update, now it says it's not compatible with the network and needs to update, but won't update again. What the hell did you guys do? If it's not broke, don't fix it.

App never works properly uninstall it at least twice a week to try and fix it

Used app for almost a year with no issues. Most recent "update" has disabled the ability to utilize this app. Every attempt to open results in a pop up stating there is an update but no update ever happens. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times with no luck. Update: Legend has a new app that works just fine. Follow link in developer comments below
