new server(s) need desperately! its a collection of large players who have paid to play from 20 servers down to 2 servers! please! for the love of god! add more servers!!! Or you want to do less work? fix the constant lag on the current server!!!
Good game horrible suport. Go away from the game for any length of time and they allow someone to join your guild and kick you out. A guild that you gave to spend jewels on. Then make you pay again when trying to restart another guild.
Game is fun but hard as the players are tough

THE first time I bought the 4800 gem pack IT never gavé me credit but I WAS impatient AND purchased again...I have been a guinie for checking on THE gem issue IN hometown harbors losing many gems... Bummer, but I did IT willingly. UPDATE, I have not been able to access my main first account that I spent money on for about a year now. Support got me no where. I have a newer account that I refuse to spend my money on. So, I am on it less now, and only really go to talk to old friends from B4.
Customer service is terrible. been locked out of my accounts for over a month. and have sent emails daily to try and get it reset with no response from developers etc. Don't waste your time and money I played for over a year and am not the only person to have similar problems. Dave
The game is slowly going away from when it was awesome the mearge kill most of the younger serves. The younger ones are out manned and out gunned. I say wait for another sever "12" to open if your new. And its sooooo pay to win....
Having to change my rating. Once you wipe your phone you won't be able to get back into game. You have to keep uninstaling it and re install in order to get it to work. Not only that customer service is one of the worse ever. Until they change it I won't be reinstalling.
Its just too pay to play, recently guild boss ship is weak to mega spenders power, they proposly kill off ship to screw the weaker players.
Just gathering material and ingots can be tiresome
Game changes keep it moving and live play keeps it exciting.

This game is thoroughly broken and very poorly supported. Spend your time and money elsewhere or risk wasting both.
When this game works its fun, but there are TONS of glitches, upgrades are very expensive and good luck if you need help from the developer. Lee doesn't care about you. It's only money for him

I have no been able to login since the last update. I have cleared my data, cache, and uninstalled and reinstalled, but it still crashes every time I try to play.
