The Champion Builder allows summoners to select items, runes, masteries and ability order for their favorite champion, and save the build for later:

• See basic stats like healing rate, physical and magical effective health, critical hit damage and burst movement speed.
• Easily add items to champions with sorting, filtering, and selectable number of “stacks” on certain items. Even boot enchantments!

The app itself is good however there is no item to PS6 or some of those item which has been rework is not update. But it's still a good app.
Just download it i have been using for long time and its gerat app for lol fans out there.
Great idea, but does needs to be updated as patches come out or else it is giving you misleading information. If you can't calculate item statistics and champion statistics correctly you may miss important information.
Helpful when planning builds and item synergy with champions however it needs jhin and a more recent patch.
Hate to give my favorite LOL app a one star but I think it was abandoned which is really sad for such a wonderful app

I used to love this app... but its never updated. Too far behind to be useful. New runes coming, this app wont have them.
