I have to go to the play store everytime to use this app! It will not stay on my phone. Such a pain.
Cannot adjust my bed anymore. Very upset!
Just got my bed and installed the app. The app is working fine but I did notice that I had to shrink my screen size and font on my Android phone to see all the days in the alarm section. It could use a little update so you don't have to shrink the screen size and font to see everything. Other than that everything works fine on the app.
At first this app sucked it would make me so mad because sometimes it would work and most times it wouldn't, but they did an update and it works great. The only complaint I have is with the bed, somewhat sensitive and gives me a movement under my bed error which makes me have to unplug from power source and then replug in and then it works great. But please fix the alarm page, it's to big for my screen(and I have a large screen on my phone) it doesn't allow to pinch it smaller not will it rotate. The days of the week are way to large I can only select up to Thursday, because of that a save or submit button are not visible. Please fix.
App drops bluetooth connection consistently and when connected, nothing works on it. Please fix asap.
Alarm won't save plus Friday and Saturday are missing from the repeat option.
The app is old and needs a serious update. Love my movable. I really wish LP would take an extra second and read the reviews and act. Your promising your customers a product (and a premium price) and feature that doesn't even work. Not good guys.
I can't even get the app to pair with either bed! Makes it useless. Cannot set alarm ever without it. Extremely upset that for the price one pays that the company leaves you with the only option to work alarm does even work! I would rather have a corded remote that actually works. My son got a lower model last year and his works because he doesn't need the app!
The app will not even pair with my bed. Pathetic! Don't waste your time with this piece of junk!
come on guys I spent over $4,000 for this bed and you're telling me this app doesn't work? I have been getting messages that the app has stopped working since I bought this bed. and the app keeps saying that there is something that the lp sense is picking up that is in the way so I have to keep waiting 10 to 30 seconds and try it again then it works just fine without me ever adjusting or moving anything under the bed because there is nothing under the bed. please fix this buggy app it's really annoying to spend thousands and thousands and thousands on something and have it not work. not cool... Now it worked for about a minute and a half and now it doesn't work again. what the hell?
Horrible. Loses connection a lot. Doesn't have sence function for under bed lighting. Bluetooth connection for accessories module took several tries to work. Screen function when editing is intermittent. Not consistently controlling the vibrate function of bed. Update:this app is terrible continues to be buggy and not work,even when installing new updates Company doesn't seem to care.If you want to buy a bed that will keep you awake at night THIS is the one for you.
Cant believe how bad this app is. Like others, spent top dollar on this bed, and the app crashes 3 times every time i try to use it. This is unacceptable. Also the "tablet" that they give you with the bed stopped working already > 6 months old. it hardly worked when we got it. PLEASE FIX this app !! ALSO SERIOUSLY, I don't want to enter a passcode every time i open the app, allow me to disable this. Especially if EVERY bed has the same pass code! Hire ONE programmer that knows what they are doing and you can probably fix all this in ONE day!
This app has some major issues which seem to fall on deaf ears. This bed set($5,100 for a Cal King) was not cheap and some of the beds biggest features is hobbled by a poorly designed/written App. Some of the beds functions are completely inaccessible without the app. The sizing and scaling of the app makes some options unavailable/unable to display. Did the manufacturer even test this on their phones or tablets? It's completely unacceptable. I will be writing a negative BBB report if they fail to resolve..
It keeps losing the Bluetooth connection, like, right in the middle of adjusting. So i installed the app on my phone, which works great --except the app does not allow you to rotate the screen, which means that i can't see the whole page, as my phone's screen is not wide enough when upright. Other than that it is... meh? It crashes a lot.
Spent sooo much $$$ on a bed that is difficult to control with any smart device. Would have been better to have an attached-corded remote control like in the hospitals. Anything would be better than an app that stops working, fails to connect, repeatedly asks for pin #.
Can't wait! Right now all I have is a very expensive bed frame. I can not get bluetooth to work which means it will not adjust. l called and talked with someone at Leggett & Platt and she said a new remote is being developed, but she did not know when it would be released. ASAP PLEASE! Thank you for working on this. I'm looking forward to adjusting my bed again...... I'm also looking forward to changing this from 1☆ to 5☆s.
disconnects from bed and makes me reenter password everytime my phone rotates I don't want to use the tablet I want to use it on my regular phone and I do not want to have to lock my phone and I keep my phone on auto rotate
App doesn't have the sense option for under bed lightning and loses connection alot
Doesn't work and is useless. Do not buy these beds.
I waited almost 4 months for are bed too be delivered then had all the problems that everyone else is having with the crappy tablets that came with it plus when we order are bed it was supposed to turn on the under bed lights when you got up during the night and shut them off again after you got back in bed called LP they said sorry we couldn't get that to work so to bad for you we already have your money so complain to someone else so we just fight with the bed to make it work but will never buy again
What pass code? Can't get past this!
We are sorry we ever bought these beds. Continual control problems even though technician has been here twice. Original tablets are pieces of junk!
Really bad for the money.
The app does not work on the Prodigy 2. Leggett & Platt's customer service will blame either your service provider or Google. I contacted Verizon and they were unable to fix the problem. I've NO idea how to contact Google. Do NOT buy the mattress and do NOT use the app
