So stupid that the app doesn't work at all and everything I've read says it offers more than the remote does. That's just messed up. I have tried connecting but everytime I try the entire app crashes. I love the base, just wish I could do what is promised. Hope it all gets fixed soon.
This app worked great when I first installed it months ago, but the last 2 months I've had nothing but problems. It won't connect anymore to the bed. I am so frustrated with it.-- UPDATE-- Thank you for the suggestion. The app works perfectly again
Was a little confusing setting up. But once I carefully read and reread the instructions all is well. However i can't rate it 5 because Wave function does not turn off with app. i have to use the remote. Please fix this and i will rate it 5.
I work for a company that sells your product. L&P700 to be exact... he base itself? Awesome.. my only issue is, I like to show how its bluetooth compatibility works and I can only seem to connect it to an IOS device and not android. With my iPad, it connects with no issue. Android, it says can't connect, check your OKIN series setting...... cant do that, because the app wont let you do anything until its connected to the base... very frustrating. Any help with this issue?
I have purchased the l&p 700 adjustable bed. I am currently using an Android device to attempt to control it. As many other people that have posted reviews, I am I unable to pair my device with the bed. The app almost never sees the bed. When it does, as soon as I select my bed, the app closes. I have already sent an email to the developer. I would like to think that purchasing a higher end model might make L & P wish to help me directly instead of directing me to the app developer.
Why is there such a issue with this app connecting and force closing when attempting to connect. It's possible to buy $5 bluetooth headphones and not have issues, bought A $2000 bed frame that just can't seem to connect, hire the guy that programs the $5 headphones, just laughable.

Alarm feature doesn't work. After selecting new time & pressing start, it just reverts to old time (11:12 in my case). I already tried troubleshooting steps posted by user in Dec 2018. Using Galaxy S10+
app closes everytime I choose the name im trying to control. I've tried on apple iPad and my android phone. when is this app going to be fixed? I think this would be a good addition to my bed but it's almost a pain to do. please notify me when this app works correctly, I can then change my rating.
The app isn't terrible, just stupid that it has to reconnect to the bed every time I close it or lock my phone. It should just stay connected.
app closes down after you choose bed. I thought I was doing something wrong but apparently alot of customers have been experiencing this same issue for months. why won't y'all fix it???
really it's just a waste of time because it doesn't work and I have to give it at least one star just to post this but it DOESNT WORK and they still haven't sent me any info on trying to get it to work. I've been trying this thing for like 3 months now
My phone is never able to pair with the bed. The app just shuts off every single time I try. This app is terrible.
doesnt want to sync most the time. timer rarely works. spent all this $$ on a bed frame that rarely works.
If you read/do exactly what the Google Review from 12-31-18 suggested, it'll pick up on your phone. I'll continue messing around with the app.
These steps helped me: 1. From device settings, go to Apps & notifications. 2. Find and open Ultra Series app. 3. Tap on Storage. 4. Tap "CLEAR CACHE" and "CLEAR DATA". 5. Unplug the bed from wall, wait 3-5 minutes. 6. Go to the Bluetooth settings and unpair or forget "LP BED CONTROL" device. 7. Plug adjustable bed back into wall outlet. 8. Go to Bluetooth settings and pair "LP BED CONTROL" device. 9. Open Ultra Series application and you should be prompted to connect.
Will not connect to bed keeps say app has a bug and force closes
Freezes constantly. Terrible. Just tried to install and use again still awful.
Does not pair with beds. Each time I try to pair either of the 700 series beds the app crashes.

so far so good maybe add presets like zero g m1 default could already be that but perhaps have a button labeled as such

I can rarely get this to connect to the base, and typically by the time it connects, i could have retrieved the remote and positioned the bed myself. Over the last month, I've given up using the app because i keep having to resync it to the bed to get it to connect, I'm down to a 1 time use situation. Once synced and used, it won't connect again. I'm so tired of trying to get this thing to work, why can't these features be programmed into the remote?! This is stupid...
