Poor subscription management, can not up date my payment option. Respond to the email is just a joke. Took them 3 days to came back with no resolution. My subscription was cancell before came to sensible resolve. Extremely unreliable, slow and un effective customer service.
Ok, sometimes sizing and fit on page glitches. The app is missing some important features : cannot make highlights and notes, does not have an integrated dictionary, no read out loud feature.
Application requires a constant access to phone calls. Even AFTER displaying offers related to customers, depending on mobile operator. So, DEVs, thanks for the useless explanation for lemmings, but either you are really lazy and provide a poor UX (is it so hard to remember the previous check? If I do NOT want any offers, why should I grant you access to phone calls???), or it was done just on purpose (e.g. to collect user data)... How about access without any offers??? It's very suspicious.
Gets stuck while playing, multimedia buttons don't work properly, player turns off after pause, no widgets included, sometimes resets playing chapter to the beginning for no reason. Annoying and poor stuff in comparison to other providers.
The platform uses some dark patterns to make it super difficult for the user to opt out. There is no way to disable automatic renewal without contacting Technical Support (!?).
I liked the previous version much better. It was faster, slimmer, more compatible (although also with bugs).
I lost access to 3,5k pages when I cancelled subscription. I thought it's an obvious thing - I paid for them already so I expect to have it after canceletion. Unfortunately, huge disappointment
This is the worst ebook app I have ever used. There is literally no one good solutions. Comparing to other apps everything is working wrong, starting from signing in to downloading the content. I am wondering if anyone of creators has spent even five minutes tesing it.
The most terrible ebook reader I have ever used. The extensive library doesn't matter if I can't properly read it. Customization is a joke, animation is ridiculous and reader itself is buggy as hell.
Im very disappointed with the limited amount of free audiobooks when u paying monthly subscription. I tryed about 5 different titles and all need to be paid anyway..
In some books neither the bookmarks nor the quotes work. You can add them but cannot go to that page. For a example in Man's Search for Meaning.
The books are there, yes. UX is clunky and dated at best. Sadly, it doesn't support Samsung DEX.
It works just fine. Broad select of books, ebooks etc., there is a neat option to buy a Kindle thingy too.
I was not convinced when I firstly downloaded the app, but I fell in love with it! It's worth the money, works just fine and has lots of books I'm interested in.
Drains battery like hell on my Onyx Boox Poke 3 (5-6% for every 10mins of reading) and Onyx Boox Nova 2 (2-3% for every10mins of reading). Using v 3.2.3 of the app with turn page animations turned off. Wifi&BT turned off, backlit on at 30%.
The application does not work under a rooted device and translating security issues is a misunderstanding. Take care of security issues within the application, not the user's tablet
The app is ok . But I was surprised when I have to pay extra for book which I wanted to add to my shelf, do I not paing enough every month .
It's better than the previous version. But, can you add streaming sound using Google cast?
Very good, it crashed once only, you can improve bookmark access or I am just a beginner and straggle to find it
Does not work without allowing access to read IMEI. Total privacy nightmare!
If you want to create new account... You'll know that your username is already taken, when you'll submit the registration, so you're back in square one and you can start filling out the whole form all over again... Pity...

The books library is ok. But I prefer to use other reader app. How can I found the downloded file???

You can explain demanding phone call permission all you want, but this is the reason I'm giving one star.
Subscription management is a nightmare. After not having been able to provide enough funds on your credit card for whatever reason, you can't simply renew the payment using app or website without contacting customer support. And contacting it is extremely tedious - you can't briskly do it using app. Serious let down.
