Legit Check App By Ch

Updated* Legit Check could not be downloaded when tried initially, so unfortunately I left 1 Star review. I was quickly contacted, by Mike who was keen to help and fix the problem/issue. I was told the error was known and the app was to be updated. Since then I have been able to download the app on both iOS and Android. Fantastic customer support and what looks to be a very useful app! 👏🏾 Check the website out too!

I am keen to use the app as I need a pair of trainers authenticated, and I've heard good things about it. However I can't scroll on any of the pages. As soon as my finger touches the screen to start scrolling it interprets it as me clicking on something, so it takes me to a different page. I think I'll just see if I can use Legit Check in Chrome instead.

Best app to verify authenticity of your products. They give you extremely detailed reasons and offer up to 30 pictures to make sure you and they are getting everything covered. Customer service and responses are incredibly fast also. I will only use this app and recommend as well!

App crashes....useless....when opening up it looks normal then screen just goes white and stays like that...Uninstaller and installed...even restarted my ohone and same issue....was working before....don't ask to email anything to anyone....I've explained clearly what happens ...fix it

Edit: I had to use the website as the app still doesn't work correctly but the service is top notch. You're able to upload 30 photos and will get a detailed reason of why they are legit or not in a day or less. Be aware that each check can only be done for 1 pair of shoes not packs. $20 is a bit much especially if you have lesser priced shoes but it's the only truly human based authentication service available. Their CS is also prompt and I hope as they grow it will remain so. Thank you Daniel and your team.

The website is good and they give a detailed review of why something is authentic or not with useful information about how to tell yourself. But the app is terrible I can't pay for any authentication because I can't upload files to the app and whenever I go into my cart it backs me out and puts me on the home page. The service is a solid 5* but the app is way too buggy.

Good, but ease of use would be nice. I wish that when you scanned it was able to tell you the likelihood of it being real instead of just results that you have to try to figure out yourself.

What the hell is wrong with this app? Its super sensitive, goes back a page when ypu scroll down, ends up putting "canada goose authentication" in your cart despite you wanting to authenticate a supreme item, Couldnt even get to the checkout screen lmao...I just HAD to write a review of how terrible this app and UI is after taking 15 mins to try to get to the checkout ...well at least there are cheaper alternatives

Very buggy each swipe takes me back to the main menu. seems like android keeps getting the short end of the stick from developors.

Good for a 10 days, then you just get a white screen that prevents you from doing anything or interacting. Tried to uninstall and install, doesnt work... doesnt have a big variety of shoes.. needs updates, no update for a year and a half. Your Welcome

Just started using this app and it's full of great information about Authentic and Non Authentic shoes, clothing, watches, ECT. I recommend this app to anyone that wants to make sure they are not purchasing knock off brands.

Great source of info for shoes! I had them authenticate a pair of Yeezys and they got back to me quickly. Had to do it thru the website though, as the app was having issues. Recommended for sneaker heads regardless! Easy to use diagrams are free to use yourself also.

I can't even open the app without ALL if the interface disappearing. Stock looking at a blank screen. Trash. Even uninstalled and reinstalled it.

Thank you for your expertise.. I now feel very relief and save before purchasing check on legit check, for the price to check compare to what you are going to buy it's worth the price. (i try uploading through apps did not succeed, please try so to fix).

Excellent App. Really useful cannot believe I've just discovered this app! A few minor grammar issues but it isn't completely illegible.

This app is honestly one of the best kept secrets out there! Not only are there legit check guides for each shoe, you can even have them legit check your shoes for you personally if you have any specific lingering authenticity questions. They respond super quickly too!

Easy to use, does sometimes restart from the top of the page for some reason when running application in split screen mode.

It was quite abit waiting,however, the app has prevented me from getting scam from a really good Rep Travis Dunk. Its abit pricy but you got what you want and staff was very friendly Hope Legitcheck could provide monthly membership rather individually purchases soon^^

Legit checkers incorrectly authenticated a pair of Dior Air Jordan 1 and Chunky Dunkies as authentic. Will never use this app again and I will spread the word to my sneaker community. ChekChek app is cheaper and reliable authentications.

Very quick and helpful response and extremely helpful in determining the authenticity of shoes! Would definitely recommend!

Purchased some Dunks on a Tuesday and sent pics of my shoes to be authenticated at 11 pm. Received my authentication within 12 hours. Fast turn around with a detailed authentication explanation

Needs lots of Jordan retros. As many retros and their colorways as they can get. Maybe some more Adidas as well. Good with what they do have though.

Hey there devs,i have a problem with the app when i downloaded it and proceeded to try to run the app it just crashes.I have not used the app so i dont know if its a 5 or 1 but i hope you fix it soon
