LEGO Batman: DC Super Heroes

My son has been playing this game for a long time. He has got very far and it makes him start over everytime he opens the app again. It ticks me off because he gets so upset! The problem needs to be fixed!! I give a triple zero if i could!!

The thing is I've paid for it and yet I still can't play because I got a new phone okay makes sense. But then atleast update the game or else give an option for refund. While purchasing y'all never mentioned that this game isn't compatible with latest version of Android. Well I really love Lego batman but I'm disappointed with this company. They aren't paying attention to mobile version of the game. Just looting people like goblins.

Okay so the game great graphics I love how u add more bosses or replace bosses from the ps3 version but free roam it has never been an option for it not as good as the ps3 version but ppl say when the phone updates it doesn't work I have an iPhone 11 and it updates alot and still works (must be lucky) Edit: I like how it's all so hard and puzzling like the og one.

Crashed at the very start... Cannot even open the game! Plus, it requires the app to "make and manage phone calls"... There is ZERO reason why a game would need to make and manage my phone calls.

Worked great for 2 days. Until my phone updated to google 10 os, on galaxy note 10. That was a week ago. I've been patient since it was the new year. But they have not updated the app to work with the new os update.

I am unable to play on Samsung Galaxy note 10+ , very very disappointing. I don't want a refund or anything like that but I would like to ask you to please update the game, ya know.... So it IS compatible with the latest Android firmware. Thanks for taking time to read this and I will wait patiently for you to fix the issue. Please stay safe and healthy, God Bless

I have been a huge fan of Batman since I was born, he has always been my favorite superhero, and the fact that they make Barman Games on mobile devices, make's me happy because I can record videos myself playing and it's just a quick and easy way to access your favorite video games!

Apparently my phone is too new to play this game so it force closes every time I try to open it and when I asked for a refund or another game of equal value, I keep getting emails about a work order. I would give zero stars if I could. If you have a newer phone, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND DOWNLOAD THIS GAME

Won't play on note 9 states that it is the wrong screen size/resolution. Android 10. Very poor form, offer sale knowing it won't work. Requested refund.

So, the game used to work for some time, now after last system update game do not even start. You should patch it. I want my money back, cuz game stopped working before I completed it and now i can't finish it.

Didn't work at all, and this app won't give me a refund. Right after I purchased for my son, I received a pop up saying the app won't work with my phone. Its not compatible because I have a Samsung 9. So, take my money, then tell me it won't work. What a scam!

Only left 1 star as can't leave 0. My son plays this fame religiously on his amazon kindle but I bought him a new tablet for his birthday on Saturday, I've paid and had to delete and re install 3 times costing me 15 pound for a game thinking it was faulty, only to find that it hasn't had an update for android 10, I'm not 15 pound down and still have a an app that doesn't even open.

Purchased but won't download. Paid $6.50 and click install. Downloads almost to end then stops. Then click install again. Downloads almost all the way then stops. Samsung S10. Totally out money and have no game. RIP off!

Don't know why people say it don't work on the latest android I have a newer phone and it works just fine also they do give a refund for a limited time only thing I found that doesn't work on the game is the red brick locator I have it unlocked but it does nothing ok people the console version doesn't have free raom it just feels like it because the levels are a bit bigger and more detailed overall it's just like the mobile version

Bought this game for my son was a good game until my phone updated. Then the game wasn't compatible with my phone so couldn't use it. Sent an email to the game provider with no response, really poor service so my advice is don't buy it or don't let your phone update if you have it.

Animation is terrible, some plays it is impossible to see and it gets blurred in others. Not as fun as the real game.

Just paid $4.99 for this app, downloaded and all, then it says you can't play because game was created for an older version of Android..? Had to uninstall and get money back. We're very sad my son was looking forward to playing this game:(

It is a very good game also thr graphics but the flash why would u have to activate his speed🙄 that is weird and he is not fast enough do please improve the flash and superman can't fly high enough

Terrible didn't even work didn't give me a update really disipoted. But I love to play the game on console so that's why I give it a 3 star. But I do recommend the game still I find that you will enjoy the game.

I purchased and installed this game on 15th June. It is not opening on my one plus Android phone. I am not even able to claim refund. Game developer didn't respond to my feedback also. Such experience wasn't expected from an American company. 😞

i have been trying to download this game now for about 4 hours snd have been getting nowhere!! i paid $5 for this game and i have tried using wifi to download it and no wifi. i got to the point it said it was indtallibg then nothijg ,it keeps making me re download the game but it never gets installed to my tablet. very dissappointed and would like my money back!!!

Save game keep disappearing. Game keep restarting from the begining. Save your money for other games. Hours and hours of playing my children have put into it just go down the drain every few days.

This is a scam by the Lego team! I am unable to play this on my newer android version. I downloaded the app on this new android version only. So this is a clear scam from the developers! STAY AWAY!!!

I know I put a 5 star rating but it was supposed to be a 4-star rating because I like the game like it's so cool but there's some glitches and it won't let me do other things like it won't let me jump it won't let Batman fly it won't let him transform but I do like the game sometimes and let him fly high jumper Transformer but most of the time it is the glitches

Paid $4.99 for the app, app doesn't open but instead crashes immediately. I hope an update soon fixes this problem. Android platform

I would like to reqeust a refund its not what i wanted not for me and i was lead to thinking that it had free roam that feature wouldve made it way better so in the future if it does have free roam ill buy it back but until the i would like to refund this game

The game was awesome until Android updated to latest version. Now it is not comapitable with current Android. Emailed the developer and let's see if they respond.

Awful. Love this game but have a newer android tablet so it doesn't work. No where did it list this. The company needs to fix this or refund customers. What a scam.
