Trash, haven't played it in a year, but its stayed downloaded on my phone, went to open it, it asked to access my photos, I said ok and clicked continue and it crashed, tried two more times kept crashing, just like both of them year 1-4 and 5-8 both crashing, final 9 crashing, seems no games work anymore with the newest Android updates, Android updates our phones to keep secure. And the games on the store don't-_-
DO NOT BUY. Stupidly purchased as I used to play it on Nintendo DS but discovered that it won't go full screen and I'm missing half the controls. This seems to be a regular issue on newer Android phones (serves me right for not checking). Complete waste of money. Google shouldn't allow apps to be sold that clearly don't work.
I really should have double checked reviews: bought this game - BOUGHT IT - only to discover upon wanting to play it that it isn't compatible with my phone and that it was designed for an earlier model. This game should not be available for purchase unless tested on multiple devices to ensure compatibility. Absolutely ridiculous! And it doesn't look like this problem will be fixed any time soon as there are reviews of a similar nature to mine dated a month prior!
I love the game. It's pretty much the DS version but I have nothing against that. What was slightly irritating though was every time I tried to use the shop to buy the red bricks and characters the game crashed. It's probably just my phone but other than that the game was perfect.
I purchased this game long ago and should have asked for a refund. I have tried downloading this game to several of my devices and it won't work on any of them. Some are older some are new. It makes no difference what version they are running. It downloads, then it tries to download additional files that never finish downloading ever. DO NOT PURCHASE!
Completly love this game, have bought it again when changing from an iPhone to an android. Definitely better than years 5-7 for controls and much easier to navigate. A game I can always continue to play over and over.
Great game, but I can't get past Aragog. the game glitches and after I shoot the eggs, nothing happens. I'm trapped in there without being able to move forward. I've tried it three time with the same result.
I bought this ages ago and I love reinstalling it every once in a while for some nice nostalgic gameplay... however...I got my new phone, thinking (obviously foolishly) that it would run better....it doesn't run at all.....WTH not compatible with a new up to date phone!? Ridiculous!
I can't get the app to open at all. Every time I do, it just crashes, and boots me back to the home screen. After paying five quid for this, I at least expect it to work, and it's a shame it doesn't, because I have great memories of playing it on the DS many years ago, and was hoping to recapture the magic (no pun intended) on this. Whether it has something to do with the device or not, I don't know, but it still doesn't work.
Low score because it wont run on my phone. Love the game though. It keeps telling me that it was made for an older version of Android and ro check for an update, but the game, and my OS is up to date. Can we get this fixed please? I have the Galaxy S10+ with the newest OS to date.
I was on the 2nd year, and all my progress got deleted. I started the game over, and I did the first few levels, and when I opened the game up, all my progress was deleted again. It won't save any of my progress. Please fix this
Bought this awhile ago and i always redownload it whenever i get a new phone. I recently got a new phone and when i downloaded it it said it was built for an older android version to check for updates and completly closed out the app. Like can you fix it or give me my money back i bought it thinking i could play on future devices i would never have bought it if i knew this would happen...i didnt want to buy a console and buy the game again to just play
Saw the comments but didn't even remember buying this app? Tried it anyway on a fully updated LGV20 and V30 and it fired up no problem. And this device has been through a lot. So try again folks! Just rewatched the films and was crossing fingers for this to work, which it did, so far.
I enjoyed this game for a long time. I'm a fan of the Lego games. Recently though, my Android LG phone went through a system update, and now the game won't load at all. It says it was developed for an earlier version of Android. So i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game and that made no difference. I'm sad and disappointed by this.
Not sure what u people are bitching about. I have a amazon hd8 fire tablet(newest model), and as much as im pissed at my son for buying it, it runs perfectly on it. Also, they dont update it cuz theres nothing to update. Its a pre-made game. Just like if you were to buy it for the console. Years 1-4 is one game. Years 5-8 are a seperate game. So each needs to be purchased seperately(unless you got the two disk special for xbox.) Glad i could help ppl figure this out! Good day!😄😅
Fun for all ages. Interesting puzzles that aren't too hard or frustrating, with all of the Lego charm that makes you want to keep playing and discover all of the little secrets.
Like others have said, was fine and I enjoyed the game but got far into it and it crashed, wouldn't open again and I lost all progress. Never managed to get it open. I contacted them for a refund but they said it wasn't possible.
When I first bought this game back in 2018 it has worked fine and was a brilliant game. So I decided to install it again but now it says that it's for a older android device or needs updating. So I think you really need to make a update for this.
I purchased this game last year and it worked on my phone and tablet. I've just bought a new phone and tablet, downloaded the game and it no longer works. I'm disappointed as I had only completed year 1.
Really enjoyed the game when I bought it on my previous phone. Got 2 or 3 hours of play in but unfortunately it dosnt run on my new phone. Unable to get a refund as I purchased it a while ago. Make sure you check version compatibility.
DO NOT BUY, NO LONGER COMPATIBLE WITH ANDROID! I'm so angry, I absolutely loved this game and its sequel, but when I went to download it again for a replay, I was informed it was no longer compatible and it seems as if it is no longer being updated.
Like most people have posted I've ve had this game a while, I go to play it again and can't. Says it doesn't work with new and updated software. UPDATE THE GAME! For a PAYED product it should work and should not still be advertised if it doesn't.
This isn't a good fit for mobile devices like the other lego games. It would be fine if it fit my screen but instead it's a square in the middle so the d pad I'd buggy to use and the other way of playing is annoying. The other Lego games are way better and the same price. This isn't worth spending your money on.
Awful, I've just paid, yes paid for this game, it doesn't work at all... because get this, the new version of android on my phone does not support the game. Not only do I want a refund, i want an explanation as to why this game is still for sale, surely this is fraudulent as it doesn't work.
Purchased about month ago orso and for the last 2-3 days the App "Stops Working" and will not launch. I have restarted, and powered down my device, uninstalled and reinstalled several times. Nothing has worked.
i love the game! my sister plays it to so i think she likes it. plus i did not have to pay since me and my sister have the same account! the game is fun, hard but even a little suprissing even after the fact that i once passed every level! if this helps anyone i will keep wishing more people will play but it does take a long time to install
I've gotten to the forbidden forest and can't get the end of the quest to work properly. I've watched walkthroughs and nothing. like the game just getting annoyed with this part
App works well one you get used to the controls, but sound quality is terrible! crackly garbage in the background. have to pay in silence.
Hands down one of my favorites. However, with recent android updates, the game almost immediately crashes on start-up. Game is now unplayable.
Really really not happy at all!!! My 6 year old has saved up to buy this app for it to not work I've updated my phone, I've updated the apps, I've deleted a lot of apps just in case there wasnt enough space. And to find again it wont even load, a grey screen for 2.5 seconds and off again. Can you please resolve this matter or refund the money back onto the account.
