This was a fun game that I played daily until it kept crashing. The developers blamed my phone. I tried every suggestion they offered and it still crashed. After a 6+ month break, I tried coming back to it. The game still crashes. Given the number of others who also have this problem, it's not my phone that's the issue. Fix the game.
Love this game!! I really liked that Digi Jay event, I think after the event that's going on right now that one should be on again, just, there's a pack that has all the Ninjago guys and LEGO sets, and, you won't have to star up the LEGO guys or sets because the stars would be maxed out, and it's 1000 controllers things. I also think that the guys abilities 3rd one and up should go like this, 3rd ability, gear 1, 4th ability gear 2, and so on, otherwise I'm fine with the first 2 abilitys.Good🎮.
I started the game again after a while and got back into it but after one battle, it crashes and I try to start another, it crashes in the middle and I lose my energy and the battle as well, I wanna play this game but it's impossible as of right now
Even now, even with all these updates it STILL crashes!! This has become unacceptable on every front! And rn trying to do Peg Leg's treasure event, and it crashes everytime without fail. Please fix this, this has been an issue for far too long.
Good game. Still crashes constantly. Only way to prevent crashes is to fully close the game and reload every single time. You can't rotate between apps and return to this without risking crashes.
Edit! Developer asked to be contacted for resolution but am unable to via the method suggested. Still can't play. Can't play for more than 2 minutes before game shuts down. Has been happening for a while, as every now and then my kid forgets it is lame and crashes, and tries to play it.
Been great since day 1. However, after a recent phone upgrade my combats keep crashing. It's annoying because I lose the energy and can't progress any further.
This may be the first mobile game I've felt genuinely deserves a 5 star rating. The concept behind "Lego Legacy: Heroes" is similar to games like EA's "Galaxy of Heroes," but unlike many of said apps - this one is overflowing with heart and creativity. The characters are fun, silly, and endearing, the music, sound & visual design is vibrant/energetic, and the currency system is welcomingly generous. "Lego Legacy" is truly a credit to the Lego brand, and the team behind it should be proud!
I've been playing since the app was introduced, and for a while it was fun. If you're interested in competitive play, the game has been redesigned favoring a pay-to-win system. All my previous characters are nerfed now. I used to be able to achieve the top 10 in the arena, but now all of my top builds struggle to rank under 60th. It's disheartening.
Literally came back to try this game again and crashed twice trying to complete one mission. This game is literally almost the same as it was over a year ago. And all these shiny characters you get are only usable on Brixpedition, arena climbing, and tournaments, which all get boring. Maybe if guild raids came out as originally intended it would be a bit more fun, but between the FOMO and majorly excessive grind, you're literally better playing anything else.
Well, I like the game.. only problem I have is I cannot go any further in the campaign because it requires two types of character but I only have one.. the game never gave me a chance to acquire another one unless I pay for it.. So, now I'm level 13 and hit a wall.
Overall enjoyable for what I wanted. Got some fun characters with Ghostbusters being available to collect and play. But recently the game is crashing after the application loads. Maybe 5 seconds after the game is completely loaded it crashes. Only started happening in the last 12 hours or so. Wondering if there was an update that had a bug. Tried to uninstall and install the app again, but to no avail. Edit: They seemed to have fixed the big and we're good now
Wow. Just...wow. Took some time away from this game and am regretting coming back to it. Game play and mechanics are fun. Enjoyable characters. But the game has crashed 3 times and I downloaded it 30 minutes ago. Always stalls when trying to play a new campaign. Also it takes a LONG time for screens to load. I hope the devs fix the issues but I am deleting the game so will probably never know.
Great game to play (even without putting money into it). Game crashes when entering multiplayer battles occasionally. But only major problem is with customer service not responding to issues (Had issues competing in the weekly tournament for the last 5 months and still not solved. Missed out on some pretty major rewards as a result. Waiting since a cpl weeks for response to my latest email.) Otherwise a 5-star game!!!
The grind here is ridiculous. They actually expect us to grow and gear out characters with the little stamina and horrible drop rates that they have. Not to mention the difficulty scaling of the levels. would've been 3 stars because they FINALLY added cole, 2 stars because He and Jay are impossible to get for anyone playing the game for less than 2 fricking years.
Good game, but it crashes a lot, I've noticed that certain characters cause crashes mid-battle, and overall it's fun, but only when it isn't crashing and closing.
There was a bug with the game, but they fixed it in less than a day and were still kind enough to respond on here when they had a chance. This is a funny, nostalgic, competitive game that is easy to play and power up without having to spend money. However, once I caved and spent money, it was a great value for the in-game currency I received. Thank you for the fantastic game 🇺🇦
Really enjoying the game and gameplay, but as soon as I spent money on the game the game will no longer load. I have tried everything, including updating the game, clearing space in case its because of how extremely large this app is, adjusting other settings, etc. Its not a phone issue it seems, it's a game issue...it just won't load past 40 no matter what I do and I'm out $15, for which I've requested a refund from Google. Disappointing, as I was enjoying!
Really fun game but random crashes ruin the game! It's whenever I am battling but judging by other reviews, it is random. Hope devs fix though it seems we just get automated replies for the most part or redirected to a link, shame
Thanks for your response but as I said I only have him at 6* not enough for 7*, something is not right and it makes me wonder if other events like Master Wu doesn't load for me as well. I've been 6*'s on both these characters for over 6 months and never see events for them. Please look into this and fix it, thanks!
This is my first playing this game and honestly I think it's really ok game, it is kind of fun don't get me wrong but at the second level whenever I get hit by one of the knights at one point it keeps crashing my game.
I really enjoyed this game until about level 44, now it crashes constantly and refuses to load. I could handle the pay to win and resource hoarding of the game, but when it's not even playable that's when I draw the line. Edit: the game is moderately more stable, however progression setback due to server errors are far too common. I'm at max level and the game is still very much pay to win.
Game is fun! Needs more added to game to keep interesting and help build characters such as different mini games besides just battling other characters....server need to be improved to prevent frustration...chat options would be nice once game has more added because it's pretty basic right now so wouldn't need to reach out to other players for help or advice....more free gifts or better log in rewards please!
Highly Disappointed. Game crashes during battles. So you can't advance. It's been going on for a long awhile now. Now the game doesn't want to update. It's been on pending for 8 hours. Will not update no matter what I do. When the game crashes my phone ask if I want to clear the cache because the game has a bug. That doesn't help either. Game use to work fine. Not anymore. PC version works fine.
