Nice try...needs A LOT of improvement!! It appears they try to keep pace with Disney but this app leaves a lot to be desired. Cannot view wait times while Park is open, unless actually in the park? Disney allows a registered user to view wait times whether or not you are in the park. Did you realize that this might actually help you sell the premium add-on? I wanted to view wait times two days ahead of my planned trip to gauge whether it would be worth it to buy.
Love this app! So many features and so fictional. Definitely enhanced our vacation.
The bigger it is, the harder it fails. All the sudden my annual passes and reservations disappeared, and no way to add them back.
Inaccurate waiting times, incorrectly says offline, a lot of closed attractions. Horrible wifi connection system.
Buggy, slow and kept crashing randomly Trying to use the "planner" it reset a few times, once when I was trying to add events, once when I was checking things off, and once when I was trying to edit it after remaking it for the third time and gave up I had a good data connection and was signed into their WiFi (annoying account making process too) Estimated wait time was waaay off
Wait times are so hit and miss. App said 15 minute wait for Splash Battler on 4/19/22 and it was over 50 minutes. Underwater Adventure said 10 minutes and line was about 20 people outside the quene.
Waited for over 2 hrs for a ride shown with a wait time of 40 minutes. Online food ordering doesn't work. Everything was not awesome.
I cannot remember ever having an app work worse than this. Constant crashes, taps don't take you where they're supposed to, takes up a ton of memory and battery to run . . . everything about it was awful. Not to mention that the "estimated wait times" were COMPLETELY wrong. Basically this app actively detracted from my experience of the park.
Kind of helpful. Wait times were usless. It did let me know 4D showtimes and when characters were out. It was also good for my first visit because ride description was useful. But the map was useless, hard to navigate, and didn't even show where bathrooms were. Also it kept freezing up.
Could be a lot more helpful. Wait times crashes constantly and only force-closing and restarting the app brings them back. Given how inaccurate the times are, though, you probably wont do this very often as it isnt very helpful.
App is terrible. First they want you to enter your birthdate which is fine but it doesn't let you populate the area with digits; you must use a calendar that starts on today's date. It was such a hassle to scroll back decades, month by month. Wish I had just entered todays date, it took so ridiculously long. Second, while the app lists food places at the park it DOES NOT list what is & isn't open so we dragged hungry children all over the place before we found something. Not worth it. Get a map.
Never could register after 30m on the phone. We had to keep calling the front desk to turn up or down the temp. They told us to start using the app, but after 2 days of room problems and run around telling us to use an app for room service that doesn't work. TV and phone didn't work either.
The app secretly ate 3G of my mobile data in one day. All I did was checking map direction and waiting time. I installed the app for wait time but that's completely made up and useless. The park could be better organized to go more efficient, such as enable a queue for single riders and get better at predicting waiting time. The park doesn't allow you to bring your own food but only a handful of restaurants are open so you end up waiting for an hour to get a Burger or Pizza. Very disappointed.
This app is horrible, constantly locks up (ANR) or crashes, the wait times for rides are completely made up. On top of that, the park is full of trash, the staff completely clueless and the rides mediocre at best. Not the Lego brand experience you'd expect.
Wait times are totally off. Must be using a random number generator! Not useful. Even the maps are not useful, at least print out the major sites on the map and maybe icons of restrooms.
App has good information but takes time to click around and find what your looking for. Navigation time seems to be based off of the entrance until you actually start navigation within the park.
Need a way to manually enter birthdate without using the calendar. You know how many taps it takes to scroll so the way back to the 80s? And why default to the current date? You get a lot of newborns using this app or something? I don't even have the patience to enter my actual birthdate so I just lied and said I was born today. Kind of a ridiculous initial experience. App seems okay otherwise.
A big hit for my kids: plenty to do for a 6YO and 3YO. Driving School and Building/Racing Boats were the favorites.
This app was great before COVID, but now it is semi-broken. Give Feedback doesn't work at all. I wanted to suggest updating the restaurant section to show which ones are open (half are not as of this post) and what times they are open. It's not fun running around the park to find an open restaurant...
Would give more,issue 1,"give feedback" option unresponsive and declared to "have no internet",issue 2,would love the app to have a family feature in where multiple family members have the app and can be located via the app if separated for one reason or the other,but its an alright app
Easy to use and very useful information
It would be useful to include a few more photos of each ride, so that it's easier to plan which rides are suitable.
Easy to use, no lag, clean interface, and accurate wait times. I'm not sure what else you'd want from the app.
I am at Legoland on May 30th, app is great. I have an Samsung S10. Wait times were up to date. Easy to book dinner reservations. Current site has a great User Experience from some in software.
Doesn't say which eateries are open or closed on any given day. We had it guide us to 4 different closed eateries over 3 days. Wait estimates weren't very accurate, and not existent for early open half hour. Map is helpful to figure out where to go though.
It would have been nice to have verbal inateuctions becase you don't really know which way to start walking towards. It is still really great app though and my daughter thankfully figured it out in no time!😉
Great app for navigating the park. I was able to plan accordingly based on ride wait times and show times.
Not intuitive for making annual pass reservations, disconnect between your membership info and reservations, qr code reader doesn't work, etc etc etc.
