This app is so amazing. Great Directions, Walking distances and time travel are perfect. It was an amazing way to get the most out of our day. It truly focuses on making ADA experiences easier. Disney needs to take notes from Legoland!!

This app is constantly lagging and shutting down. When entering correct information it states it is incorrect.

The map is a stylized, top down view that is sometimes hard to interpret. The search feature is very nice and does a good job of matching. When the directions mode is on, no information is displayed for any attractions as one walks past them. The map is unclickable in this mode, so it's impossible to determine what's nearby without changing back to the generic map.

Poorly coded app frequently locks up and freezes making for maddening experience. It's better to use the paper map except for the rides that require virtual lines, which also isn't well fleshed out anywhere. Mapping route to destination is very accurate with limited zoom capability. Day planner doesn't have easy manipulation or allow removing nor reordering of itinerary. App doesn't sync or store park ticket or hotel info.

It's ok for very basic info, but lacks features and useful links. The wait times are often inaccurate and inconsistent. The map feature isn't great when seeing where you are. No login to link up with reservations or Lego hotel stay credentials, and a biggie would be to be able to look at photos from your day at Legoland that were taken by the Legoland crews throughout the day, but no, can't do that. Its a very basic app and needs more.

Keeps saying "no internet" but I'm online. I have data and i even switched to wifi.... Not helpful when i can't use the app.

Wait times are not accurate. Fast passes interrupt flow of smaller rides and cause too much delay.

Cannot successfully enter birthday which is required to use the app. I am well over 50 years old and am not going to scroll through a monthly calendar back 50+ years to pick my birthday. Developers need to set up regular text input on the required birthday entry screen. This app has obviously not been thoroughly tested to accommodate the end user experience. Delete.

No Menus, which baffles me. switching between types of destinations, i.e. dinning and attractions. the map zooms back out. its not a hotrible app, but its apparent the te designing this, has never used it in the park.

Wait times are useful. Nice for planning what to do. Map needs help. Very hard to navigate in real time. Wish I could log in as well to see my reservations at the hotel.

The app helped us out so much during our visit to Legoland! I was able to plan our day and check off the rides we did as we did them. This way we knew what we had left and knocked our favorite rides out quickly! The wait times was super accurate and the map is so useful for finding rides, dining, and the restrooms!

Need this app when you visit. It has a map that you can easily filter and shows wait times and everything which update real-time. It's a great app!

The map should be more interacive so that people can find their way from one attraction to the next.

Useful but keep getting ads in front of what I'm looking at.

Very slow, freezes, not helpful at all

Nearly useless for park navigation, ask for a paper map when you get to the park. Useful for checking wait times at the attractions but that's about it.

Great for directions, easy to use. Highly recommend getting an unlimited fastpass to be able to enjoy all the rides multiple times!

First thing the app ask for is your birthday, which is fine, BUT there's no way to enter it except swiping backwards through a month to month calendar. Uh... no. Not swiping 400+ times. See ya.

Best part was even tho I logged thousands of hours of mommy vacation research, the app seemed to have info about park tips and things I didn't find on the website.

Even when in the park, only works sporadically. When it works the app is great, but it is frustrating since it doesn't work half the time

Pure trash . Every single time I open this app it makes me re-register even tho it's been on my phone for months and I use it semi frequently at legoland park BECAUSE THERE IS NO ALTERNATIVE TO BE ABLE TO RIDE CERTAIN RIDES . The app is basically unusable for anything useful as it's so hard to navigate .

needs realtime updates on time and dining

This app doesn't add your reservation and most of the time doesn't work. Everytime I try to open it and use it I get a Legoland app isn't responding message and have to close the app.

I tried booking a vacation. For a week straight. It would not let me book kept saying a error. I have tried calling and i was on hold for 3 hours before i got tired and hung up.

Instead of being able to type in my birthday, I have to swipe through every month between now and when I was born. That is quite ridiculous and a horrible user experience.
