Pet insurance doesn't cover much. I've had it for 9 months now and every claim so far has been rejected. A several hundred dollar bill for x-rays has been in review for more than a week now. App also takes WAY too long to load and is a pain to navigate because they insist on being "fun".

I've started using lemonade the moment I realized that renter's insurance exsisted never heard of it and didnt know where to start. So thankfully the sign up is easy anyone computer literate or not can handle usage of the app. What I appreciate is at 1st I was iffy about my card information and what is renter's insurance really? There is help on the app and that is also super easy to access. Thank you guys, never knew it exsisted until I gave it a try and I have no complaints so far.

App is fine. The insurance company is abysmal!!! Do yourself a favor and go with any other insurance company. I have their pet insurance and it's like getting blood from a stone to get them to process a claim without jumping through 22 hoops! Worst ever...stay clear and spend more on an actual insurance company!

Great customer service reps. I've had amazing conversations with a few of them. I've never had to file a claim but anytime I needed help with my account they were on it fast and walked me through everything. 5 stars.

The most irritating app I have ever used. Do you know how every single website and app EVER has a list that you fill out? Not this garbage. It asks you every single thing one by one, imitating a conversation. I'm not sure who in the world thought of this concept, but the only person who should be fired first is the person who approved it.

Homeowners insurance - signed up thinking we'd likely never have to make a claim where we live (hadn't in 10+ years prior, low risk area), and sure enough we got record hail after the switch. It was significantly cheaper than our traditional insurer and the sign-up process was a breeze....so I was very nervous making our first claim. To my surprise it was painless making the claim (thanks App;), they provided great customer service throughout, and the claim was without hassle.

Wish I could put no stars. I tried to filed a claim after my stuff got stolen from my garage. They told my non of my things were covered by the renters insurance unless I had proof of purchase. Gifts or anything that I didn't have a reciept from, all the stuff over three years old, couldn't be covered. It's like my thing being stolen ment nothing to them even though I pay them every month. They just want your money but won't help you even if you have a police report. This app company is a scam!!

Do not use this service. If you haven't finished requirements to have service and coverage, you will still be charged monthly. Cant charge people without rendering service. Canceling policies is hard since contact is almost impossible to find and when you do, they give you the run around. In their FAQ, says you can cancel through app, this statement is not true. You can't cancel through app or website. It's not worth the headache. I'm already counting my 2 months of charges as a loss.

I use this app specifically for pet insurance. It's been great. My only suggestion is that they add a 3rd claim type of "prescriptions"for making claims on recurring prescriptions. They aren't illness or injury and the prompts for those don't make a ton of sense when you're just trying make a claim for a monthly prescription

I gave 4 stars only because during the selection of add-ons, I was told later within the sign-up, they would show how to add what I needed. After paying my anual due, it says add-on temporary! Other than that, it was easy and fast. Glad I made the choice. I really need my things protected, and I prefer to choose my insurance.

I absolutely loved this renter's insurance. It was so easy to sign up, change, and cancel my policy. I would recommend it to anyone. It's just the easiest thing to use and was cheaper than all the other options I saw.

Update: Got everything fixed. Turned in my last vet bill and it was in my account before I got finished. When I signed up I was supposed to send a current vet visit detailed receipt. I got one from the breeder and then 1 from my vet. I could not find an option to send the copies. I sent a message on the messenger thing. Said just a moment, waited for about an hour, refreshed, same thing. Nothing since :l

It was very smooth. Scarily smooth haha. So far everything seems great, and the company seems really transparent and conscious of so many things. Looking forward to being with Lemonade for a good while if all goes well.

overall...it us a bot driven app. unable to ask questions or choose limits. if it isnt a standard (standard for a 23 year old, that is) policy, this seems fruitless...

Easy to set up, easy to access, easy to use and I'm saving $200 a year getting better renters insurance coverage. That's 5 stars.

I love how cheap the prices are and how many other options they have other than renters so your family, pets, and vehicles are in good care. :D My only problem is that there seems to be an issue amongst other users stating that it's hard to cancel and it's difficult to reach customer service. It's concerning and not very ensuring that the only way they are addressing this matter is by telling people to shoot them an email (which has a very slow response time apparently).

Amazing , actually quite fun the app is adorable I love the colors and it's so easy to use probably one of the best things and easiest things I've done in 20 years! 👍👍

Easy to make adjustments. However my deductible keeps changing and that is bothering me.

I use the renters and pet insurance. The app is super easy to use. It's cute and modern. Most importantly, when I've filed claims, everything has gone super smooth! The claims specialists are super helpful with helping you understand all the things. Would definitely recommend!!!

Very simple to use App with fairly priced policies. Coverage is explained upfront in laymen's terms so you don't have to guess as to what you are purchasing. Although the interface is completely run by a bot, human support staff is readily accessible and will quickly reply via email.

Never had to make a claim but this app is so convenient and easy and it let's you consolidate all your insurance options. The app works great too!!

Higher than normal insurance rates total junk company that just wants to make fast money off people with an app that has nothing to do with low prices and better service:/ thank you for not denying your money making model why would anyone ever use this pass through app?

The signing up process was easy and fast, the price is reasonable and the option of having protection to my belongings outside my house was a key point. I had my bicycle stolen recently and Lemonade was very reliable and extremely fast. So far, I can only give compliments, I hope they keep it like that.

I just paid my premium and trying to get the app. It requires a one time text passcode which I received one with 6 digits but the app has only 4 boxes to input the code. Please fix the issue. Will be happy to revise my feedback. Once corrected.

Worst Insurance ever. I miss only two payments out of three years. They don't want give my policy. I have outstanding I can pay cause I can't find it. So I remade only to find that it's go to cancel. Staff support could not help me. I owe 30 dollars. Which it not much. I make enough to pay a singl premium ever month.

So far I have not had any problems, just looking forward to a great renters insurance policy experience. Thanks
