• Answer a few health questions.
• Take a photo of yourself in the app – our doctors need to see who we’re treating.
• Select any pharmacy in your state.
• Pay our $15 visit fee. If you’re in AZ, CT, GA, OH, OR, RI or VA you’ll have a short video visit with our doctors immediately after you answer our health questions. In other states you don’t need a video visit.
• Wait for our message that says that a doctor has reviewed your information and sent your prescription to the pharmacy, then go to the pharmacy to pick up and pay for your medicine. If we need to ask you any questions, we’ll call you or send you a private message in the app. We can only give you a prescription if it’s safe to do so.
• Read our treatment plan before you take your medicine. Message or call us on 415 926 5818 if you have any questions.
CHOOSE ANY PHARMACY
We’ll send your prescription to any pharmacy in your state. Just like with any doctor visit, you pay the pharmacy for your medicines. Depending upon your health plan, your insurance may cover the cost of your medicines.
OUR SERVICES
Birth control pills – get a 3-month prescription for over 100 brands of pills. We can start you on a new pill or give you a refill. You need to know your blood pressure.
UTI/bladder infections – we help you get the prescription you need fast. UTIs are uncomfortable and you need the right treatment.
Sinus infections – get better quickly with the right antibiotic. We only prescribe treatment if your symptoms are consistent with an infection caused by bacteria.
Acne
- we prescribe medicines that are stronger and more effective than over-the-counter products. We can refill existing medicines.
Hair loss – the medicine we prescribe stops and can even reverse hair loss in men. It’s stronger and more effective than alternatives you can buy over-the-counter without a prescription.
Acid reflux (GERD) – we prescribe medicine that is effective at preventing acid reflux unlike most over-the-counter, which only provide temporary relief. We can refill existing medicines or start you on new ones.
Flu – take our treatment and get over the flu faster or avoid getting the flu in the first place. We can give you a prescription if you fall into 1 of 2 groups: you don’t have symptoms, but you’ve had recent close contact with someone who has the flu, or; you have symptoms combined with a chronic medical condition, pregnancy, or an outbreak in your area. You need to start taking the medicine within 48 hours of symptoms starting.

1 word.... Exceptional. Registering on the app, answering the question was both easy and quick. Speaking to the Doc was comfortable and efficient. The whole process took less than a half hour all from an app. Awesome concept, super efficient, exceptional value...5 stars all the away!
I had a really good experience. I was pretty skeptical since it was my first time doing something like this through an app. I have a UTI and couldn't find the willpower to go to an urgent care so started looking around online and saw this app brought up on reddit and then read some reviews. I decided to give it a shot. Downloaded it, signed up, paid $25 and had a 5 minute appointment earlier than my scheduled time and picked up my UTI antibiotics about an hour and a half later. Amazing.
Outstanding experience! Super easy to use the app, schedule a consult and connect with the provider. All done in less time than it would take to drive to my local medical office, not counting the wait time for a very routine and simple diagnosis. This is how routine healthcare should work!! Highly recommended!!
Super easy to use, including wait time the whole experience took about 10 minutes. Dr was super helpful and the message I received after our visit obviously wasn't automatically generated, it contained a lot of information specific to my visit. Awesome that you can get really personal and really convenient medical help through this app.
The service provided is fantastic, however the latest update is garbage. It crashed my phone and I had to do a hard reboot when I tried to check my messages in the app. I had to restart the app 4 times just to get to the video chat for my sinus infection. Please fix it.
Service provided was better than expected. The secure messaging feature of their application worked well to communicate with my assigned Doctor. I also used the video chat feature. It worked flawlessly. Thanks for a great experience!
This is the easiest way to be safely & correctly prescribed birth control we've ever found! Everyone's so nice, helpful, and thorough - and even if you're in a state where a video visit is necessary, it's easy. I know this seems too good to be true, but we've used it multiple times, and it's as easy as imaginable every time.
Holy cow 2+hrs of waiting and no one to come talk to me. Guess I'll try again... But maybe fix the app to have a callback or a way to save your spot... Edit... Several attempts and twice the app does not work with any video. Maybe make the app test video performance before trying to talk to someone. I actually need mental help and your app is not working. No one can hear me or see me. Yet your test system says signal is great, sound is great, and voice works... But you don't test the video sys
App doesn't work for me. It will open for a few seconds & then close right away without ever letting me log in. I've tried uninstalling & re-installing several times with no luck. I'm using the Android version. I hope this gets fixed soon.
This app is fantastic! I wasn't sure when I first downloaded it to order my birth control, but I've been using it for over two years now and I love it. Getting my prescription refilled is easy, and being able to video chat with the describing doctor is quick and painless.
I love this app and services. I do have health insurance but they are actually cheaper to use than my own co-pay. They do offer a wide range of services and the video consultation is quick and easy. I recommend this app to anyone regardless of insurance or not. I used to use them before when I didn't have insurance also.
Its very tiresome to have your phone, email, and text messages blown up constantly even after you have asked them not to twice. And you don't want or need a refill every month for a very sub par product. They dont tell you it takes 3 at a time that maybe might work.... aviod them unless you like your phone blown up constantly.
I don't have insurance & needed antibiotics for a UTI I was fairly certain I had ( all the symptoms). Finally came across Lemonaid- used the website & only downloaded the app so I could rate it. Great service, super helpful, convenient, & inexpensive! The call with the doctor was quick and painless. The other doctor apps charge $40-$75!! Seriously so happy I found this one. They even remind you to look for coupons or promo codes. Finally a service I don't feel is trying to trick me!
This app was a life saver. I got to talk to someone and get antibiotics in as little as two hours so i was able to do this before my work shift and not miss any time. Best of all even without insurance the whole process wasnt expensive. Now my UTI is gone. Only annoyance I found was while waiting for my turn to speak with someone I had to keep tapping my screen to keep my phone awake. It timed out once and I was kicked from the queue.
I cannot recommend this app enough. Was able to answer a few questions this morning and have a RX waiting for me ready for pickup within an hour. They keep expanding their available services. It's fast and easy and you can get a prescription quickly without even leaving your desk at work!
I've used this app multiple times and am very satisfied with it. The ease of access to healthcare is life changing. Every healthcare worker I have interacted with on this app/website has been incredibly helpful and professional. I highly recommend this app.
App needs some work, as does their message response time. It hangs when you login again after your session has timed out. This means you need to force close the app before you can login again. Also, the app does not give you nearly the amount of information available on their website, particularly regarding the status and progress of your "visit" (i.e. prescription transaction). As for their response to messages you send them to answer questions they ask of you, be prepared to wait a day.
This app is awesome i just renewed my prescription for another year. I love that i was able to pause and continue my prescription when needed with a simple phone call. Also that everything gets delivered to my door automatically so im never able to forget about it.
I am constantly working and i work during operational hours making it difficult getting to a doctor without having to take off. I found this app extremely helpful in this aspect!!! The doctor was super polite, listened and helpful even with recommending over the counter meds. I def recommend this app.
This company and service are incredible. Much quicker and more convenient than going to my Dr. It is also very quick and easy to order refills of my meds, not to mention their prices are better than anyone else for meds that ins. wont cover. Every person that has answered my calls is very friendly, and pleasant to talk to. As if that wasnt enough, they have an app where i can chat with someone there, and irder refills. I will be using this service and their App for as long as i can!
