It's a good app to pay your bill, see the last time you made a payment and, see the remaining balance. Although, anytime I check to see my statements, (e-statements), the app crashes and tells me I've been "signed off due to inactivty". It's a good way to set up automatic payments as well, and you can have an emailed receipt of each payment you make.

The app used to work amazing and it was my favorite go to to make my car payment quick. Now for the past 5 months when I try to make a payment the app says "Sorry, we are currently experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later." I have done uninstall and reinstalled it but it still does the same exact thing over and over. I have asked representatives on several occasions what's going on and they just tell me it'll be fixed soon or they didn't know it was messed up.

Havent been able to get the app to work. Downloaded, set up account and try to log in, it goes to page with text me to confirm and when i click that it pops up logged out for inactivity. I have tried this several times even after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, with the same result each time.

This app is junk. Worst app I've ever used for any kind of financial service. It tells me I have to have a code texted to me to log in with (in addition to my username and password) but then it won't text me the code. It just loops me back to the home screen. Impossible to use. Might as well just do away with this app and start over, Lendmark.

Can't pay on the app since forever and now can't pay on the website. Feels like they're intentionally reducing options to increase amount of late payments (and hence late payment charges). Could also be completely inept management. Either way, best to keep your distance

This app is basically useless. The entire reason I downloaded it was to make payments quickly without having to call every month. Here I am, still having to call every month because of "technical difficulties" that have prevented me from making payments for the last few months. I'd give this app zero stars if I could.

Haven't even been able to use the app! It honestly just seems like a scam, to sign up it asks for all your personal information and then just kicks you out with a message that says its timed out. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Don't supply customers with a mobile app if you aren't going to guarantee it will work, I can't even sign in online. To have to call and make a payment over the phone with a live agent is a huge inconvenience and not to mention an account security risk depending on who I get

I have the same complaint as a few others. For the past few weeks, I've been unable to make payments via the app. I get a "Temporarily unavailable. Please try again later." Checked the app store to see if an update was available there was none, and one has not been offered since Sept 2020. Very inconvenient for those that want to limit interaction with those that work in the branch during a pandemic. Would have just received one star if not for the fact that it used to work.

RIDICULOUS! This app does not work! It allows me to sign in but when I attempt to make a payment I keep getting "We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later." I've tried "later" many times and I still get this message. I do not have time to call every month to sit on hold waiting for a live representative. What is the point of having a mobile app and saying you offer the convenience of making payments through the app and then the app won't work?!

I am 2 months behind on my loan payment because they havent fixed their stupid app. Everytime i go tk make a payment on the app it says its having difficulties. I work 40-60 hours a week and on 3rd shift. Im off before they open up so i never have time to go in in person. Fix it if you want people to actually make their payments. The app use to work just fine until March!

This is literally the worst app i have on my phone it logs you in and it tells you your due date and your balance and whenever I try to look at my statements online it kicks me out saying it unfortunately stopped i don't even remember when the last time I was able to look at the statement online was then I try doing it from the browser instead and it makes you log in twice one with a username the 2nd with a email and password that I don't remember creating and it doesn't even let you reset it

Will not allow sign in. I used the same credentials as the website, and I get the message: information on file is different then provided. So I double check and it's the same as I put in. It would be nice to use the app, but I guess I will use the website, at least that allows me to log in.

I Reevaluated my previous one star Rating because I was trying to use my Email to sign in which is different then my Username. Once I figured that out it signed in fine. I considered removing one star because the sign in and verification is so difficult. But so far everything seems to be working fine seems like it needs some fine tuning but I'll stay at 5 stars until I get more usage.

App has not worked for two months. Fix it! App worked great and now is worthless. With the extremely high interest rates that are charged, this App should be fixed. If not fixed soon I will not take out anymore loans with them.

I give it 1 star for payment convenience; otherwise, this app doesn't keep accurate statement information. Majority of the time it doesn't even display statement information "Sorry can't be accessed at this time." This app definitely needs some updating. Only thing you can do is make a payment.

This app is pretty bad. One day it won't let me log in even though I am 100% positive I have the right credentials. One day it won't let me pay a bill, the next it will. Needs some work.

Hardly ever works. Always "technical difficulties". I want to pay via the app. App doesn't work? Landmark doesn't get paid. Tough. Keep calling me everyday, though, good use of your time I'm sure. When the app works you'll get paid.

Completed the signup up to the text me pary, then as soon as you hit the text me button, it logs you out due to inactivity, and you can't finish the signup. Ridiculous app.

This app is useless I have tried for going on 5 months now to make a payment using the app and it says temporarily unavailable, try again later. So of course I try again later so many times and now I have tried using the website online and it wants me to create a new password because the old one has expired and it will not let me create a new password therefore I cannot make my payment. Please fix

App doesn't work. Insists i have an active account but will not allow me to access account and keeps running me in circles. Will not give me a new password or let me sign up for new username.

It doesn't work. I created an account saw it for all of two seconds before it booted me out and then tells me my login is wrong, try password reset tells me the account doesn't exist, try to sign up again tells me there's already an account. Absolute trash

Useless site, wasted time of my life I can't get back trying to use it. I'd give it a zero stars if I could. I set my credentials up but at the verify stage, after entering my mobile number to receive the verification text it says logged out to inactivity! 😒😡

For the past 6 months I have been unable to pay through the App. They sure have a lot of technical difficulties. Find someone that knows how to fix this issue. So irritating!!
