Lenme provides you with unprecedented data to help you make an informed investment decision; this includes credit report data, history, as well as aggregated income and expenses from the last 90 days pulled from the borrower’s primary bank account.

As a borrower, you can:

Users remain completely anonymous throughout the entire borrowing/lending process. For transparency and to encourage a fair and competitive market, the “feed” tab within the app allows users to see which loans are being funded and at what interest rate.
Since our app is not directly involved in the lending decision, we cannot guarantee the interest rate borrowers will be offered. All borrowers have the option to request a loan on our platform for up to 12 month repayment period, paid in installments. Lenders can offer loans for a minimum of 3% APR based on the credit score and their own criteria. The lending decision is based on multiple factors viewable on our app, including credit, income, and cash flow analysis.
A representative example of the total cost of the loan, including all applicable fees: If you borrow $1,000 over a term of 1 year with an APR of 12% and an origination fee of 1%, you will pay $89.75 per month. The total amount payable will be $1,076.96, with total interest and fees of $76.96.

App continuously glitches out and crashes. I paid for the subscription. Have a loan offer and can't even click the damn thing without it crashing and not responding. I've reached out to customer service which I have yet to hear Anything about it. I'll change my review if I ever do. Otherwise warning to the wise. Don't even bother downloading the app.
If I could I would leave zero stars. Had everything verified, ran into error when I tried to borrow. Kept getting an error, was told by customer service that they could not verify my information. And that they could not go into specifics and now because I can not use their app. Though they did manage to get their subscription fee from me. So don't use there are better apps then this one.
What a joke. Downloaded the app. Did everything I was supposed to. But then it tells me to sign up for a subscription. Yet when I click on either of the 2 subscription options, nothing Happens. I've tried reaching out to their support. And NOTHING. Can obviously see they don't want new customers
Crashes frequently . Upon installation the app freezes during the ID verification process. This also happened to multiple people I know who used the app. Not interested at this point. If your IT dept. cannot get this right and fix these bugs, this raises red flags about your service.
App does not work, it will not link my bank, I've tried my accounts I have at multiple different banks and none of my banks work. App crashes everytime I try to click on customer support and when it finally opened customer support, it's like it doesn't exist cuz I get no response, it's just a bunch of FAQs and not helpful at all. Don't even waste your time with this app. The SoLo app works perfectly, use that one instead
I've successfully created and linked my profile. However when requesting to borrow I've never actually got the money that the lender offered me. It just sits on the "waiting for funds" screen. Not sure if this is just robots or real people. It also shows a list of people who have "borrowed" and that means they accepted an offer, not that they actually got money.
Tried to sign up and was told my bank was unverified and to contact customer support. 4 days ago I messaged customer support and got in touch with Shereen. They reply once a day if that, no conclusion or effort to fix the problem has been made in the 4 days I've been messaging trying to get it fixed. They make it literally impossible to use the app when their customer service is basically non-existent. The moment the app tells you your bank is unverified? Might as well uninstall it.
I've been trying for a week to get this app to work. Everything is fine until it asks you to sign up for a subscription. when you try clicking it, it doesn't work. I've tried uninstalling multiple times and have emailed customer service but still stuck in the same spot. I was really hoping this would be a great app, it sounded like it would be. Pretty disappointed.
Email support for Lenme is responsive for the most part. They're no MyConstant, but it's a pretty nice platform nonetheless. Although I hear they're going to be offering crypto backed loans soon. If you have a bit of disposable income, this is worth considering. All of my loans have been repaid with no issues, but this is a high risk/high reward investment platform.
I just got the app and I can't upload my id to get verified. When I try to contact support from within the app it freezes up and exits the app. As well as when I try to take a picture of my I'd it freezes up then too and exits out of the app. Really frustrating.
This app just hold up the process!! I have been trying to take a back picture of my license for the longest and it's not taking it!! I've been holding my camera for 15mins!!!! Found another app of which ALL components work under 15mins!!!
Contacted customer service about my id's barcode not scanning in the app. I don't know how to get it to work. Am I stupid? Cause the barcode is fine and works literally EVERYWHERE ELSE. So I don't get it. Customer service essentially said not our problem. Try better lighting. But what do I get? Nothing lol
App is not functioning. I have not been able to update my ID or select subscription amount. The app freezes, crashes or simply does nothing.
Frustrating. It says my bank account cannot be verified vecause it is linked to someone else. How can that be the only one on the account and I had to provide my Drivers License and take a selfie for verification.
Horrible App, It says that my account is linked. It doesn't work. I reached out to Customer service and all they do is play games and ask for screen shots, I gave them pics and now they stopped answering me. So much for getting a loan. Will not recommend app till fixed!
Frequent crashes. Cannot upload to verify my identity. I clicked the support option that's in the app for help. The app closed.
I have tried for weeks to use this app and I have reached out to the support team several times and all I ever get is an automated Reply promising to investigate my issue and they still have not I can't even finish creating the profile without app crashing
Can't get past the ID verification stage. App crashes everytime I try to reach customer support. So pointless!!
I have tried at least 20 times to update my profile and it does not let me passed taking a picture of the front and back of my ID as soon as I get to the selfie part the app crashes every single time I can't even get my profile completed let alone get a loan applied for
I keep getting glitches from the subscription part can't seem to get pass that. Also the customer service is glitching too. Please help me as soon as you can I would really appreciate it.
Couldn't even get started. It took pictures of my DRIVERS LICENSE front and back. But when it said take a selfie it suts down!! And I talked to customer service but they didn't know anything about it. Sad!!!
Doesn't work. Can't click on support cuz just closes out the app couldn't add my bank first till they mainly did it can't subscribe to the subscription so I can't ever move on
Same problem as everyone else. Signed up, clicked the subscription buttons (both) just for them not to work. E-mailed customer service, they got back to me but only gave me an hour to record a video of what was wrong so they closed my ticket because I didn't submit the problem in time. Reached out several more times just to be ignored. If I could rate this app and customer service zero stars, I would. Shut the app down if you don't want to help people. False advertising.
Cant even get through the process of creating an account/profile. App keeps crashing and is really glitchy
So trying to get a loan they got me thru the banking issues now wen I push the 1.99 subscription it act like it doin something but stay on the same page. Haven't gotten an answer bck getting frustrated
It would be a great app if it worked...can't register for the account....it keeps freezing on the selfie verification and shuts down

Would give zero stars if I could. Can't get past the taking picture of ID. It freezes and closes out on you.
Not working. Every time I try to link my bank, it keeps giving me an error saying it's already in use. That's impossible, I'm the only one who uses it.
Easy to set up but that's where my journey ends. I keep getting an error that my info doesn't match what was submitted. I reached out to support, they asked questions, I provided documented verification, then they stopped responding. Now I try to contact support, the app closes on me. There is no option to cancel my account or anything. With resolution, I may update my rating, we will see.
