What a waste of an hour. Makes you in a ton of information so they can sell you stuff. After finally getting it done, the parts cross refferencing doesn't work worth a damn. Don't waste your time.
The app is not as good as the website and the website is mediocre and hard to navigate everything is slow needs to be revamped entirely.
I find the app very useful and functional, when it works. I have had to uninstall it numerous times
While this app is invaluable when dealing with Lennox equipment, it's terribly slow and cumbersome to use.
Works intermittently on phone. Usually Not on i pad. Website works fine.
Application picks and chooses when it want to operate. Continously requests you to log in and never actually logs you in
Cant get it to work . Tried on and off for about a year. Finally given up.
Will not down load, even on wifi.
Tried to install on phone, will download but then says can not install.

It was fine until an update today. Now it keeps reopening on it's own. Why do y'all constantly fix things that don't need to be fixed. I will be deleting this app. 7-8-2020 Well once again Lennox has fixed something that didn't need to be fixed. Now I have to constantly dump the app and reinstall it to get it to work. What a POS!!
I love this app for it's ease of finding technical documents and making orders.
Uninstalled after last update, the app keeps turning back on by itself after it is closed and wont stop.
Very BAD app. Slow, makes you sign in whenever you back out of a category, online learning section doesn't work on mobile. I was excited when they switched from the old Davenet app to this new LennoxPros but I quickly learned it was nothing more than a facelift. Quicker to look up schematics online rather than try to go through the document library. Are you even listening Lennox? What do you have to say for yourselves? Oh well. Not like we have another choice other than to keep using this proprietary app. I guess we could just start installing Carriers. Hmm...
Keeps opening on it's own. Uninstalled. Lennox is way behind with technology.
What happened Lennox. Use to work but now it don't. This was supposed to make my techs job faster and better to be able to look up parts on the fly. Now we have to just call in
So. Slow. Click, wait, wait, load. Needs much refining to get to the moderate usefulness of the previous app. Loads slower than mobile web. New app is just laggier version of mobile web and nothing more. Probably better off just using mobile browser and at least let it save your login and load better. Both mobile and app format screen poorly, having double headers and a prompt for a newsletter entry that covers half the screen.
Can't do anything on this app. It just redirects you too the website. Then the website is so it of date that you can't watch the training videos unless on a computer. Lennox needs to step up their game. They also don't respond to questions or concerns with their website. Disappointed....
The mobile version of the Lennox pros website gives you an annoying and often accidentally clicked button directing you to this app. This app is often unusable. Trying to use residential match up tool and it just opens a version of the screen I'm on with menu button and everything within the app. It's like a mirror of frustration that goes on forever. Fix it please or match up equipment in price book like EVERYONE ELSE!
The newsletter sign-up never goes away, and I can't download any literature. It says it's downloading, and then nothing. Searching for parts works ok but I can call back to the office for that if I have to. I NEED the ability to download literature, since a call to tech support is usually accompanied by 10-20 minutes of hold music. Extremely, extremely disappointing
Don't know why,but it won't let me download stuff from the document library on my new phone. Please get that fixed, then it will be 5 stars.
As a Lennox tech I used your app frequently in the field. It was straight forward, easy to use and one of the best Manufacturer apps out. You have turned it into a steaming pile of slow unusable garbage. Someone should be fired for incompetence. And I'm not talking a cordial firing either, I'm talking security comes and grabs them from their desk, drags them out the front door and tosses them into the street in hopes there's traffic that can't quite stop fast enough firing. Great job.
The older version of this app worked great, I was able to locate the catalog number quicker and made ordering parts much less of a hassle, but since the updated app has come out it takes forever to load, I can't even get to the login screen.. I wait a few minutes and give up because there's no need to waste my time waiting for a load screen when I can call the local supply house to get the answer I'm looking for. I've never held Lennox in high regard and the fact that most people writing bad reviews are about the crappy update that made this great app just terrible proves that Lennox doesn't seem to care much fixing their problems. You had a good thing going for a while before things stopped working but I guess that's fine because your equipment likes to do the same thinng.
Not user friendly in the field having to sign in every time you open the app. Also, can't get the "sign up for our newsletter" off of the screen to actually use the app.
Just like many others I find the app very slow. Across all devices through multiple connections. Once the system does load, if it loads correctly, there is a lot of useful information. My service tablet doesn't allow me to remote into the s30 stats. I hit the remote in button and all I get is the main screen. I end up having to use my phone which then confines me to smaller screen. I really hope they put some more effort into this app to make it actually helpful instead of just time consuming.
