Worst application ever i used , I'm using snapdragon 778g processor with 8gb ram , i dont know why only this application and this Lenovo web site lags and hangs alot .

If it's not broke don't fix it. Instead of having your shopping experience internal within the app someone had the great idea having the app direct you to the webpage. Making athe app into a webwrapper which is terrible. Please bring back the old interface as shown in the pictures of the app store. Update it now crashes when just browsing your store. Pretty awesome and great programing.

The most pathetic app I have ever used. Honestly the most pathetic app. It is the most abysmal thing owned by Lenovo. What were they thinking ?! The app gets stuck for no reason and I cannot believe that I installed it for the purchase that I wanted to make. While checking out the product off the cart, the app asked me to enter the shipping address and it was going on a loop. The chat personal then asked me to go with the website. I guess they knew how bad the app could get.

Needs work. Warranty check doesn't work if you input the IMEI. Login doesn't take you automatically back into the app, as logged in. You need to re-enter the app manually. Problem is, it looks as if it didn't log you in, but it's also not giving you any errors. So it's just confusing. The idea itself is not bad, but the implementation needs some work. And testing. These are issues I found in less than 5 minutes. I'm sure a good tester would find them too.

This app is essentially just a captive browser for their website, and it doesn't even work as well. When looking at specific models with multiple configurations available, this app didn't allow me to scroll sideways to see all configurations. Don't bother, just use the website.

A10-series tablets not supported. Pretty much abandoned, though they were being sold as recently as last year. (I picked up an extra because - except for the can't-be-turned-off vibration - they're real workhorses. Very limited menu choices. Slows tablet significantly.

Poor products and customer service by Lenovo. They have no regards for customer service. Since 2 years of laptop purchase my battery, keyboard and motherboard has been replaced. Motherboard has been replaced twice. I am still facing many challenges. They keep harassing you by making you do different scans to detect issue rather than helping and resolving issues. Very poor service

On diagnostics all it does is basically ask wether or not the thing in question is working right. Although some things like sound do play a sound. Then all it does is asked if you heard it. App was quite disappointing. only the warranty part was ok. And you cat get that on their website. i immediately uninstalled the app so it doesn't waste my space.

Who did you give this app to be developed. Du.. A.. developers. Fix this S... It is not possible to choose any options. I know there are not so many but you need to put menu to pick and filter CPU, RAM, STIRAGE, GRAPHIC, SCREEN SIZE, and so on... . Also when I pick some of them like legion ones to see I see one one the left with details and half of the next one so I see on and half. Also you don't need to put do many icons at the begining of the filter and choosing . First put the brand /series.

If I could give less than 1 star I would, it couldnt even get past the log-in page of this app. Get getting 'Network Connection Error' when other apps im using are having no problem with my network connection. Just trying to figurr out what is going on with my IdeaPad 110. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LENOVO PRODUCT AGAIN! I hate my laptop and my Moto e4 phone

Avoid Lenovo products. I have had nothing but hell. Bought the tablet in 2016, and had a slow troublsome time ever since. It wasnt until 2019 that I discovered that the model was not even supported less than 6 months after I bought it. The reatiler Joyce Mayne said that it was 5 years ago, so thats too bad, despite the fact that it was obsolete when I bought it. It just took 5 years to find out. dOUBLE RIPPED OFF. Beautiful harware tablet with no software to run it. Just paid $800 for e-wate. hardly ever able to use it. Doesnt get any worse.

I have a Lenovo Yoga. Good value device versus the cost. Runs perfectly fine, but I had some SD card questions. This apk however does not work at all on the Yoga. In all fairness it states that "it may not be optimized for my device." Where is the one which is? Developer has emailed me and I will update if anything comes of it.

Everytime when i try to login, it says "invalid password". I started to doubt myself that i keep forgetting things but after changing it twice, it's still saying the same thing. I think it's an issue with the app.

I downloaded the app only to put the review that this company deserved. I tottally wasted my money investing 800 € for a lenovo gaming laptop. Games don't working well, bad graphics, bad FPS, and all in minimum graphics configuration. Thank you lenovo for wasting my honest earned money. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM LENOVO, SAVE YOUR MONEY GUYS!!

Won't detect my account, need to log in with browser. When I try it says login doesn't exist, then when I try to register with same account (in case of a redundant login setup) it says it already exists. The website is great, would have liked to use the app though.

Hello! team Lenovo. I have 3 Lenovo Android phones and 1 Lenovo Android Tablet 10.0" in the family, currently active. I used to have one Lenovo A1000 4.0" phone (android), and there was one inbuilt security App, for management of phone's activities, and one feature was particularly to firewall communication abilities, like allow/disallow calls and datas. The App was really good and performed well as described. I have failed to find this App even after thorough search from the internet. Thanks!

Marginally useful but no support specific to my tablet (P10, 2018)? You have to comb windows docs, might as well search the web instead. No chat with support. Pros:. Auto-recognized, some good tablet metrics and test utility.

shame about the lack of support as lenovo products are competively priced and work fine, (for most of the time). I can understand why customers would want to choose another brand for not getting the customer support they should be. products are not as popular as they once were which might be reflecting on the lack of support for their customers.

What a shame !!! Not deserve 1 rate also. BIG ZERO for this people. I informed them many times after purchase. Mail sent 8 times. Everytime they tells it will be ready within a week. Not almost 3 month over. And still my account shows i didn't purchase anything and my 3 year warranty shows as 9 months. I purchased laptop from their website itself. Then also. This company's apps not deserve any starts. So i came here to rate this.

I've been trying for an hour to find out if the Android version on my Tab 10 is updatable and if so how to do it. I have version 6.0.1 and I've seen where it's supposed to be upgradable to version 9, but when I use the update button it comes back as up to date.

I'm having trouble with a D 330 that I just got on 6 September. Bought directly from Lenovo. The app was of no help. The service centre has it now. They say that the motherboard has to be replaced. They won't consider a complete replacement even though it's the motherboard that's being replaced. I'll be without my device for atleast a week. I absolutely need it for my work.

Don't install the updated version of this app as there are so many bugs (specifically in device diagnostic tab battery details are not shown). Even the previous version of this app works even better and properly. So kindly rectify all those bugs and update us with another new update Lenovo team.

Worst app. It continuesly showing "unfortunately it has stopped working". This app is totally useless. It doesn't help about phone's update. My Lenovo vibe k5 Phone was last updated in lollipop version. After that, it doesn't give any updation.

I avoid giving bad reviews but this one is a horrible app. It just automatically goes backwards like every time. Defeats the whole purpose of having an app at the first place. Lenovo is not doing good job with their softwares and apps. Bad.
