It was good until I upgraded to Android Q. Everything worked well before. But since I upgraded my phone to Samsung S20 Ultra, the incoming call notification never shows up on the watch (Lenovo G3). I tried with another phone (LG V40), same poor result! Please fix the app!
Decent, basic app. Does what it is supposed to. It would be nice to have some additional features though. For starters switching between 12/24 hour format, for example.
Can't log in and keep showing Network anomaly, rubbish app, and the G10 fitness tracker become pointless, what a rubbish developer.
Please fix the login process! I've entered the correct email address but it kept on saying that it was incorrect.
The app crashes all the time. It's not possible to check the page with goals. Completely useless. Please fix it!
It won't even let me into the app. I can download it but once I open the app it's either all black or it just directly takes me back into my phone homescreen😐😤 just useless. I would give 0 stars if I could 🙄🙄🙄🙄
Some notifications aren't received on the band although it's already connected, like phone calls and whatsapp notifications. Please fix this, those notifications are the ones i need the most
very buggy. many server errors. I have not been able to log in for days, and have had to re-install twicw. And OMG the to-English translation is very bad.
One of the worst app ever used... After several tries can't got connected with the device.... I think I have wasted my money buying the fitness band of lenovo.... please don't buy. a complete wastage of money.... Even no response from the app developers..... Poor experience
Once it synchronize, the apps shows continous turning around and around, never stops. Very annoying...
Yeah me too! Mary, I'm also experiencing Lenovo Go Analytics Fail, when I try to set my walking paces goal :(, I hope Lenovo will fix this bug in their new version. For the mean time, can anyone help me with my G10 Smart Band Issues? Thanks
The app is not working after only 2 weeks of using it to connect to my G10. It kept giving me analytic fails and when I tried to register again it said server exception.
This Application can pair with my G03. But Always disconnect even when phone it's close to me. No Notification work with mail, what's app etc.
Very good but after 2 hours it says there was a problem and I had to restart my phone then it said the same thing it wouldn't connect via Bluetooth 😕I tried multiple times it was stuck and loading
It was good,until i upgraded my lenovo w5 gps, unable to find device the screen keep saying connect apps, and worst unable to switch off my watch.
What happened not sync to phone then i log out, when relogin said *server exception* ? Pls fix it... Thank you
This application is taking so long to open today and cannot retrieve data from my watch. The message is server error.
Cant find anyway in the app or on the watch to switch from km to miles oshen is a much better watch with the fitbit app
This application is awful. Doesn't work properly at all. Sadly is the only one to Lenovo G02.

What's app notification is not shown on Lenovo G03, whereas WeChat and Viber work properly. Please fix it.
The app hangs constantly. Bluetooth disconnects all the time. The wristband unable to show the time when put on "workout" mode. Worst of all, the wristband display is dull (not bright enough).
