If I don't constantly manually open the app and force sync the data with the smart band, it resets my day's progress to zero by the time I'm home from work. If I don't open the app first thing in the morning and manually force sync it, it doesn't show any sleep data. Doesn't send sleep or HR data to Google Fit consistently. This app is more moody than my dog. The difference is that I love my dog and would bear his antics, but I don't need the stress of having to open the app every half an hour.

The app is pretty good. The interface is intuitive as well. But there are two problems I've noticed: 1)It doesn't show the caller's name anymore,which it previously used to. Just showing the number. 2)It doesn't show the battery percentage of my band anymore. Kindly provide fix please .

I am not able to believe Lenovo has developed this app. The recent update of the app has stopped connecting to the band. I unbind the band and tried to bind again but the app refused to connect to the band. In the previous version, the scale of the graph of number of steps was showing in millions while the steps hardly crossed 10000. Pathetic app.

The updates have never allowed my HW01 to be scanned or even for it to turn on its Bluetooth. It hasn't worked for a long time. Besides, te battery runs out quickly. The wristband model is awfully made. Never works!!! Is that really your answer??? Everything has been done. GPS on, Bluetooth paired and unpaired, I even changed my cellphone!!!

A nice hardware ruined by the software. Smart watch doesn't mean having a great hardware, you need to spend time and money in creating a great app to present the data and use it properly. The poorly designed app doesn't show the data about sports,nor it calculates the calories burned. Please try to improve the app.

Having problems connecting to my HX06 smart band. Sometimes it connects and sometimes it doesn't. Many a times i had to uninstall and reinstall this app. Tried all suggestions in the app itself. Not at all helpful. The device HX06 is visible in my Bluetooth devices but still can't connect with my app. Please do look into the matter. Thank you.

Avoid the latest update if you can! My phone downloaded the update, and the whole app went haywire. All the previous records went berserk and now the steps history shows that for example on 10 July I walked 268534 steps in 2238 minutes (when there is 1440 minutes in a day). Also weight records were lost with the update. And now I have all those crazy figures there in my steps history!

I have been using this app for a week now, have a pretty bad experience on this one. It has connectivity issues with lenovo bands, doesn't connect automatically, although all battery and background permissions have been granted. The previous app worked way better for my setup. please don't make such stupid updates.

Still msg notifications are not working. Without GPS enable its not syncing. Just it does't ask to enable GPS but without that its not syncing with my HX03. Same as last update no change. All bugs are as it is. What lenovo is doing in this ? ------------------------------------------------------------ Its crashing frequently with the Android Pie. No alerts are working.... Its being Just a wrist-watch.

The app Is good looking and somewhat useful. But it doesn't update the firmware of my HX03W and because of that the watch cannot be set to high brightness, thus making it impossible to see if there is any kind of light anywhere near the watch. Please fix this.

This app is not working efficently. The vibration is not working on incoming calls. Everyday I have to open the app to sync the data. The sleep analyses is not working. Please try to fix the bugs. Otherwise this would be the last lenova product

Very disappointing as the app is draining battery, does not allow the phone to go to deep sleep, and cannot be forced stoped! Otherwise I really like the app and its functionality! Last update resulted in crashes upon app start making it useless.

Problem with lenovo Ego smartwatch, 1) After connection to phone the watch get's automatically disconnected after an hour or so where as the app itself is running and the bluetooth is turned on. 2) And not all the message and notification are getting reminded in the watch. 3) Just walking away a few feet the watch getting disconnected, every time. Please solve this issue.

Damnnn worst app.. don't buy the health watch as this app controls everything, and app is full of bugs, you can't have even access to normal watch activity. It switch off time to time.. app sync is damnnn bad, and don't have access to the message and call alarm reminder or mails.. total waste and damnnn apk.. 25/12/18- it also count steps when I'm in moving train.. please fix this bug..

Lenovo HW01 Smart Band is not getting detect in this app. Where as it was working fine with previous app as now it is outdated so software system forced me to use this app. Please allow it to sync without any issue as it is necessary in order to auto set it. I have tried every method to make it work but all gone fail it is not detecting either.

Everything is fine but if i set alarm using the app its working only when mobile phone is connected to internet especially in HX03F Spectra band. Its quite uncomfortable with this issue and please rectify it in next update or firmware update to the band. Except this this app is really good.

No updates of interface for years. Latest weight is saving but not showing in the chart after 100 days. Single type of chart display only. Not as expected. Update new features and interface. Fix bugs. Unable login if we forget the password or change the device.

For my brand new Ego, the app cannot find the watch for pairing. simple Bluetooth pairing works but the app does not add my device. using on OnePlus 6. Ultimately had to return the watch itself. Not sure if the device was faulty or if the app had issues.
