Lenovo Watch

I like the user interface. It's very intuitive. unfortunately some of the features are not working at all. Can't make my watch x plus to send the data to the app. So sleeping data, blood pressure, heart rate is working properly on the watch but not even a single record ever appeared on the app itself. I couldn't find any solution for that

The watch is great, the app is awul. I've used a Lenovo laptop at work for years now and I haven't had a single problem with it. That's why I decided to get the watch. But this app... this app feels like it was made by first-year students in a third-grade school! Constantly unpairs with the watch, most functionalities don't work and... "Login to Setting Goals"?! It can't even get English right! It's awful! I wish I had a different option!

The app doesn't work at all. The communication between the watch and app is always down. The list of apps that the watch is allowed to get notifications from is very small. No major apps available like Gmail for example. The design is confusing and has more features than it should, like the weather, which doesn't even work. So, just to make it clear, the app is really bad and the watch that I have, the Lenovo Watch 9, is poorly manufactured. The side button came off after 2 days of use. I wouldn't buy either the same watch or anything else that would depend on this app.

Very disappointing. I accept that buying a cheap watch means not getting the performance of the expensive ones but this is ridiculous . In the week since buying my watch, I have had to uninstall and reinstall the app about 5 times. It is unreliable, records my inability to sleep as "light sleep", the mood predictor is as bizarre and random as a mood ring, the connection between the phone and app drops in and out and getting reconnected is never simple but is necessary for basic functionality

In relation to using with the Watch X Plus: The weather function doesn't work in Australia. If the watch drops it's Bluetooth connection to the phone, and the phone won't find it anymore, restarting the app is the only fix. The notification information sent to the phone isn't always that helpful due to how this information is displayed. Sometimes the watch will get into a rest loop after syncing data with the phone requiring a watch reset. Lack of app updates. Advertisement on startup. Etc...

Not sure why this app is so poorly reviewed. The app is functional for setting the time on the watch 9. I don't really use the other features of the watch so I can't comment on there functionality. I will say that the app is extremely unintuitive. It took me a few tries to figure out the time set feature but it does work perfectly. You will want to pay very close attention to the instructions, they are in English, however they are translated poorly. The best advice I have for anyone trying to use this app to set the time on your watch is to make sure you input the time that is on the watch face, not the time that you want to set the watch to. There are a few good instructional videos on YouTube for the watch 9.

Watches are very good but the program is bad!!! 1- fix the weather in Europe or make it possible to disconnect it. 2- watch disconnects all the time and doesn't show any notifications. 3- synchronisation is bad, the watch counts steps and shows everything perfectly but app doesn't save all the information, there are gaps even in 3-4 days no data... If you will fix some problems I will change my review!

This app used to run quite well. There are currently a number of issues thay should be easy to fix. 1) The weather doesn't display outside of China 2) The watch doesn't always display the latest message when multiple messages are received 3) There are lots of different app notifications that the watch doesn't receive. 4) Biggest issue: A security update meant each time the watch disconnects you have to manually reconnect it and put a pin code in (before update it used to auto reconnect)

It is unbelievable that Lenovo was fine with releasing this app AND not carrying to fix it. Not intuitive, with ads, but most importantly, it doesn't agree with the watch! E.g. sleep time is different on the device itself and in the app! Its impossible to trust it in any way. Latest thing: a bug is apparantly showing wrong time analoguesly but digitally it's fine.. it's more like a student project than a product

Absolutely useless! I have been trying for days to connect the watch to the app. I have tried everything I know but the app insists there is no network, even when I am next to the router, the wireless symbol is showing and I can pair the watch using the phones bluetooth connection. There is something seriously wrong with the connection software in the app Renders the watch useless and definitely NOT smart! Sad, because I like the watch!

Terrible.. I've been using lenovoX watch for maybe 3Mos now. You can't do anything wd the watch w/out the app. Even the time can't be adjusted w/out it. The irony? The app itself is terrible! My cellphone can't connect to the BT bec watch's BT function went out just like that (badly made watch too, btw), tho watch is fully charged. Now app can't find watch evn after refreshing, evn when app got updated. Going back to my old reliable xiaomi. No issues there at all. For sms at least ds works well

Very few applications from which to receive notifications. Need Viber, Telegram. Absolutely pointless camera control. Advertising!!! Are you seriously? You have already sold your watches to us, why are you inserting advertising into the application for them? Correct the app and the scores will be fixed. UPD. In whatsapp vibrate, even if the contact status has changed. Terribly enrages. Notifications from applications had to be completely turned off.

**NO NETWORK CONNECTION** Been using this app for maybe a year. Although it's been a bit temperamental at times, it has at least functioned ok in the main... until the past few weeks. Now all I get is "No network connection" errors, irrespective of how I (successfully) connect the phone to the Internet. Re-install of the app was a backward step as it can't even make the initial connection to retrieve my old data now. My guess - the backend servers are down. PLEASE RESTORE THE SERVICE!!

The app has a lot of glitches, it doesn't work properly, and doesn't show statistics, you can't set your targets, you can't sync your account, and send reports of failures. The watch is perfect, just put attention to the app please. PLEASE UPDATE THE APP ITS A VERY COOL WATCH!!

Weather report is broken for me in the U.S. Except for that, the app and the watch does what I expect of it. Had some synchronization issues when I first got the watch but after resetting the watch and giving it time to install and configure the firmware update, the watch has been working quite well for me.

Can't be used. It keeps on saying "No connection" even though I had wifi on. I I tried switching to mobile data but same result. Used this app before it was fine now it doesn't work at all. Can't set time to my watch thanks to this. It's really annoying. I've expected more from this app.

Terrible app. Bluetooth connection between watch 9 and Android phone is extremely unreliable, drops out all the time. It is then very difficult to connect app to watch even though phone's bluetooth has connected to the watch. Instructions to help with that make no sense. I expected MUCH better from a Lenovo branded product!

The lenovo 9 is not visible in the app on the phone with Android 9.0 version even if the phone itself sees watch. Checked on another device with 8.1 where I was able to connect the watch bit calibration to correct time is a night mare, some times it go forward just a minute, sometimes around 15 minites and stop. I just gave up with setting the time and tried checking other functionalities - without luck because watch was already disconnected and I could not connect it back, even after all reebots

The Lenovo smartband and Fitness bands are pretty good but, the app is very pathetic and not at all user friendly. I am not able to reset the footsteps and distance covered data. Also, I am not able to download the app because, every time I start downloading it shows problem with less phoen memory. Whereas the fact is my phone has ample amount of storage memory left.

Absolutely rubbish app which turns what was meant to be Lenovo smartwatch into a normal dumb watch. Forget the terrible interface, the language errors, the lack of google fit connectivity, the intrusive adds for a product that I already own...the problem is that the app doesn't work, the watch doesn't do what the app tells it too. Waste of space on your phone.

It's almost ok but it could be much more better. It should also display notifications from more apps like Gmail, Viber, Twitter & Messenger. The weather does not work in Greece as well. The Bluetooth connection is indeed pretty unreliable & it drops many times a day with no reason why. It would also be great if it could be synced with Google fit. I was really expecting a more decent app from Lenovo. I'm looking forward for solutions in an update in the near future. PS: Using it with watch x plus

difficult app. difficult to connect to my watch. once it is connected its difficult to calibrate. then when i put wrong time, i couldn't fix it. my watch still showing the wrong time. i dont know which country this app from, but it definitely not on my country.it keeps showing snow sleet?, 1 day later than where i am. seriously???

Horrible app - can't even get it to set the correct time. I bought the watch that it connects to (allegedly) because I've had good Lenovo products in the past. This is horrible. I'd give it zero stars of I could, or maybe a negative 2 stars. What kind of watch app doesn't even allow you to set the time?! Useless.

Very disappointed with this app. Always get disconnected between the phone and the watch, altitude is incorrect even calibrated, detected as sleeping while working in front of a computer and no way to reset or delete the statistics on the cloud. And I hope that Lenovo will make their watch support Google Fit in the future.

I noticed a lot of people complaining about the app, I personally was originally going to jump on the bandwagon and join them. However my overall opinion has changed over the last few days since getting my watch and actually using the app. I'm only giving a four star review due to the fact that I was getting very frustrated trying to connect the watch initially. Since then the watch has connected every time and quickly without any hitches. The rating is also based on the navigation of the app.

app crashes as soon as it opens. this causes the language settings to be reverted to Chinese, making the watch unusable. the time and date which is shown in english still works, however it is impossible to correct the time or date due to the app crashing before it can connect to the watch. plz fix soon
