For an app that charges, it should do WAY better!!! A lot of times channels don't list information of what is playing as it normally does! You literally have to go into each channel to see what is playing! And then when it does work, some channels list information about something NOT even playing!!! And there's the issue of some channels blacked out or images CONSTANTLY FREEZING, and some channels with no audio, or don't match the image!!!😠🤕😵

A good addition/companion to a great service. The service itself is great. I love watching on my computer or TV at home. The app on the phone seems to work reasonably well too. Quick enough login, good programming. Due to my data plan I don't touch it off of wifi so I haven't had a bandwidth issue. The search function seems to not work on the phone version but it carries your favorites through so that's easy to work around. Regardless of the platform you use this service on you can't adjust the video quality, which annoys me a little. The selection though is more than I expected. I was looking for a cable replacement instead I got a cable and netflix replacement for me and 4 other family members. I like it :) Worth it.

This app needs a lot of improvements. The movies are shown stretched vertically even if the aspect ratio of the movie is not 16/9. I don't like watching all these tall people. It should have black bars top and bottom. Search goes into an on-screen keyboard and there is no way to get out of it. Even if a bluetooth keyboard is available. Hallmark Drama channel stutters on some boxes. Navigation with a remote or a keyboard on an Android TV box is difficult at best.

I just signed up to use your service. I love the design but it is a little complicated for many who doesn't understand technology. Can you guys take a look at Gears TV and xfinity and try to mirror some of what they have done with their interface and guide? Also, please bring record and DVR. Other than these few things, I think I loved the service and for the fact that you can also use it on 5 devices at the same time. Once these issues are addressed, I'll give you a 5 star for overall product.

Such a super laggy app. Scrolling through a selection makes you think your remote control is faulty. Then I'm tuned to a channel within a section e.g. sports and once I click to back out, I find myself back to the home page meaning the channel selection process starts all over. How annoying. But for the IPTV service I'm hooked to, I would've dumped this app. The developers need to fix this ASAP.

This app is complete TRASH! First, this app would not remove the top border while watching in fullscreen, obstructing my view of everything at the top of the screen. Later, this app devolved into no longer being able to load about half of the shows that I tried to watch. Now, I can't use this app at all because it crashes as soon as I select the account I want to use. Expedite TV is a great service, but the mobile app DOES NOT WORK!

I really like the UI and the way the content is organized. One of the best out there. Service seems smooth and they have all the locals.. My only criticism is app load time on start (even on high end devices.. Note20 ultra and nvidea shield) it takes a few. I would have kept service but it was almost double the price of my current provider, and my wife didn't want to get used to the more extensive UI

I had to change rating of app rom great to not so good. Continouslygoes into sleep mode even while I am watching!!!! Considering that I pay for a provider I should be able to play uninterrupted...also freezes while watching shows, movies, etc. These problems seemed to increase the longer I have had player..and oddly doesn't seem to do this on my tablet!!! Fix it!!

I like using the APP but it tends to buffer too much. I can be watching a movie on Starz, for example and all of a sudden the screen freezes. The APP needs serious maintenance and updating because it's very frustrating trying to watch station and I can't. Just work on making it better.

If my "unlimited high speed internet" was putting out DL speeds I'm paying for, or this app didn't need as high of a DL speed as it does, this would be the best TV app out there. As it is, it's hard to enjoy with constant channel freezing and reloading. I don't have these issues with Netflix or Amazon prime streaming.

I'm sorry but it's just the worst player I have used. My free trail ends tomorrow and I'm debating about getting a three month subscription ONLY because of the player. There is no pause, ff or rew on it and its annoying to stop & resume without the ability to rewind a little to recall where I left off. Please, please, PLEASE give me a better player option.

Thank you for the many fixes and upgrades to this Android version! Upping my review from 2 stars to 4! Any idea when Roku version will be repaired? ........................ Can you please fix the API for AndroidTV? It does not recognize all AndroidTV controls. I've paid a subscription to one of your service users and cannot even enter the service ID... Works ok on other Android devices. UPDATE: the newest release 4.0.64 won't run on my AndroidTV at all. I have 8.0 android.

When I started streaming with Lenox the quality was seamless. I didn't miss anything about having cable but for the past 3 months my experience has been horrible. Shows consistently blink out or freeze up. There's never any feedback from the developers to say they are working on improvements. Are they even listening to our comments? Wow, I have tried several services before, and was still searching. I tried this one for a month, and just renewed for three, it is fantastic! I am very impressed, and the customer service was great too, very responsive. I like seeing the continual improvements as well. Very happy, keep it up!

Only giving a 1 star due to support not working and not being able to submit a broken movie. Predestination keeps freezing not even half way onto the movie. Also the menu is a bit buggy. But for the price I'd say it's a 4* all around if you can fix the bugs and have a option to report broken videos.

This is a great iptv app. Pros: No Lag Its not slow when picking different options Very VERY Good quality. Cons: Poor UI Limited Amount of movies, shows and anime Now the app is great and I see this have a lot of potential, the first thing they need to do is redesign the ui, now I'm pretty sure its coded in C++ and if not the redisgn of the UI should be easy enough for the developers. Love/Hate For the last 2 months I haven't been able to watch ANYTHING from the app on my phone. My fire stick works fine but the phone just shows black screen. Also the "search" isn't all that well, if i type something in it may not find it but if I browse through certain categories it will be there.

the app just keeps freezing when using expedite tv watching cnn or fox after 30 minutes. im using an android 8 core box with 3 gig memory. there seems to be alot of bugs on the actual app itself or the design. just keeps freezing really annoying!!! my note 8 does the same thing too. Update- the app and channels just keeps freezing and freezing now more than before. maybe time took for anther app.

the first month after working with the getting this app to play with the free trail, i decided to pay for the first month and no problems. I had to let ut go for a bit cause of money isdues, but as soon i coukd afford this one cause i wanted the weather channel which most of other apps dont carry I came back and this was after an update they did. i can't watch any thing, and it they dont fix it i will not be coming back. great price for how many channels plus have what i was looking for.

We love the app! Its great because we have so many shows to watch. I would give 5 stars but once I installed the app a glitch happened on my LG G5...seems to be a tremd with this app! It resets my home launcher every. single. time. My hubby and son have the same phones and it happens to them too. Its quite annoying so please fix!!

This last update has been the truth. It has made the app, almost everything I've been wanting. Last thing I'd like to see is, trakt intergration. So I can have all my favorite shows and movies in 1 place without having set it up in your system again.

Absolutely love this IPTV App, we can watch all of our shows and then some!! My daughter has all her kids TV channels and all the movies you can think of!! The two things I dislike is that u only have 2 ways to pay and that's it and there isn't a local news channel for my area, but there's ones for all over the United States. LOL I I know this is still a new TV streaming app so there is always room for improvements. Thank you!

Sure it's not perfect (there are issues and missing features), but Lenox Media Player is one of the best, most complete IPTV players around. I've checked them all. And it is definitely the easiest to use - by far. Highly recommend!

The updated software is dismal. This thing will freeze for 15mins. Can I get a refund😡😡😡 Dec 18: still can't even watch a movie or show without being kicked out. Have to refresh the page each time and restart the movie it truly takes away from the joy of watching TV. Name any bad thing,and this app will never disappoint🙁

Ok, so I'm a Hulu Live TV subscriber given lenoX service as a gift. Been using about a month now. Comparing both services on FireTv Stick. In lenoX the guide NEVER works. Is there a way to add personal favorite shows to a list for streaming later? a way to dvr? Both services give me local stations. lenoX has new releases available weekly, along with the premium channels it tempts me to give up Hulu! however, a functioning "guide" would make for a much better experience.

This is the worst app I've ever paid for but the part that's sad is they have alot of good stuff on the app Movie and TV wise but it won't play or it freezes up... We were also trying to watch basketball and the game cut off right after the first quarter so we missed a good game... It's a good price but not good quality! Please fix the app asap or you will lose alot of good customers...

the app has a lot of features (most do not work that well). App should have been tested much more before been released. It freezes, jumps off channel & goes back to home screen. MOST OF ALL I constantly have to contact cust srv to reset acct even though I never use the max # of devices.
