Our Lens Scanner allows people who already have glasses, but don’t remember their prescription details, to extract their glasses prescription immediately through their phone, by providing an accurate reading of the glasses’ current prescription. The process is very easy. You just need 4 things:

How does it work?
Through the manipulation of light coming from your digital screen, and the use of the magnetic part of your card, the app is able to retrieve the optical parameters of your current eyeglasses. Once the app has finished scanning the lenses of your glasses, it will provide you with an accurate prescription. Your glasses prescription will then be saved to your account and automatically applied to any glasses you’d like to purchase.

It is recommended that the Lens Scanner app is used by individuals from 18 years old and above, with stable vision, and who are happy with their current prescription. Further requirements include cylinder measurement lower than -2.50 and single vision prescription between -6.00 and +3.00.
It is not recommended to use the Lens Scanner app if you:
• Have a progressive, multifocal, or bifocal prescription.
• Have a prescription that includes a prism measurement.
• Have a high single-vision or astigmatism prescription.
• Take any medication that affects your vision.

After all the tedious work to scan my face, my glasses, magnetic card, it directs you to their website which does not carry over all the information from the scanning and all entry done previously. What a supreme waste of time. Uninstalling immediately.
A waste of time, can't see the prescription online. Nice ideea, poor implementation.
Literally cannot get past the "before you start, you will need" screen. It just stays there, no options to proceed. I've got the phone and pc connected via Bluetooth. This is happening in both this app and the glasses USA app.
Tried 3 scans while using the same pair and only one was off by a lot and was probably my fault.. I updated the numbers with the ones that were slightly off. (I went by what 2 of the 3 tests stated on all values).. Will order a pair of glasses soon and see how accurate it was. Rating may change then. I suggest doing at least 2-3 tests and comparing the values-- because of the -0.25 variance which is industry standard. I needed new glasses but could not afford an exam due to covid-19. Thanks.
So far so good. Weird to ask for a review before seeing the finished result though. 3/5 until I see the accuracy. Edit: I do the entire scan. Create an account. Results aren't there. I've tried 4 times. Empty results every time.
I don't usually write reviews but this app is truly amazing! I was very sceptical and had my actual prescription next to me. The app's scans (I scanned my old and my new glasses) were 100% accurate! I don't know how that's even possible but I wish more apps were this great!!
Just keeps repeating "make sure the dots are visible from your mobile screen" which they are, wont continue. Literally the same system as GlassesUSA (which worked perfectly) so this has some kind of problem
Piece of junk. Does not work if you have power minus lenses. These are the thin lenses most of us with higher prescriptions get. So if you do have a low prescription or you don't have special lenses it may work for you, but chances are its just a waste of time.
Thank you so much. I have no insurance, and was using old glasses that had to be hot glued together. I just needed a new pair with the same prescription, but because I'd had them for years, I had no idea what that prescription was. I knew I could probably take my glasses to an optometrist to get the same information, but with the pandemic and being unsure if it would cost me, I decided to try this instead. It worked! I just got the glasses I ordered and they're perfect. Love this service
Constantly says "image is blurry" after cleaning my lenses, camera, and screen with glasses cleaner and clean microfiber cloth. Took pictures immediately after and noticed no blurriness, and my hands weren't shaking during the process.
It's annoying that the process needs restarting if there's a network issue, and that you need to create an account to see the results, but pretty accurate.
Terrible buying experience! Avoid at all cost!! Orders take to long. Things are desorganized!! Boone knows the status of your order or were it's at. Avoid buying from this company!
No Galaxy S20FE support, so I can't comment on its usefulness. Being that the s20fe is a very common phone, might want to get support for it.

It scared me. It started talking after I hit a button. I decided to uninstall it.
I would give it 0. I have prescription sunglasses. It doesn't read them. Does not read sunglasses. My regular glasses are older rx. I need my sunglasses rx. Doesn't work. Uninstalling app
So, it's compatible with the Note 8, but not the Note 20?
