I returned my order as there was a problem in the lenses. Wasn't made to suit my eyes. Lenskart sent a refund link. I used the link but the amount is not credited in my account. When contacting the customer care through lenskart app, they say that refund has been successful. Nothing much they could offer the customer. No solution provided to my problem. I think they are scamming people with refund process. They are not going to refund in any way. Very bad. Feel cheated.
Never buy insurance product from Lenskart. They tell you that the frame is protected for damages, but then when you claim for it, they ask you to pay even more than your purchase price as differrntial for the exchange frame. I bought 2 glasses under buy one get one & also the insurance. 1 glass costed me 727/- but when I claimed under insurance, they told me that the same frame is discontinued & I have to select a new one. When I chose a new one, they asked me to pay a differential of 867/-.
Worst experience. Hopeless customer service, there are three different ways to connect them and each of them work separately. Customer support executive are totally untrained and can't resolve any of the customers problem. Even after returning twice, still couldn't get right power of lenses. Finally requested refund and still waiting , as some strange messages come to give OTP at some unknown app 'Cashfree' which seems fraud and they might transfer money from your account. Beware !!
Worst app because I tried too many times to login but nothing has worked even I have updated my app and uninstall and install the app again but it's still showing try after sometimes, me as a customer if I am facing too much hassle while login the app, do you really think i am waiting for shopping? No one has time for this. It's obvious that I should go for other sunglasses platforms. I have purchased too many glasses via in store lenskart but you should work on your online app as well.
IVR options are very poor . I placed one order and was enquiring about order.even if you have the order and if you enter the order as per the IVR options this say that this order do not exist . this is just show. Status of my order has not changed since last 8 days. I have contacted the people twice and they only say that okay it will get delivered on the set time. delivery is very slow
Highly dissatisfied 3 times in a row. Initially with high prices (showing low prices in ads and high prices when purchased) Second time with poor quality frames and lens (frame got broken within 6 months easily, lens got scratched easily) And third time ordered with power checked itself in the store but received with different powers and frame width. I never recommend Lenskart from now.
When we call experts more than once, there is a different expert every time who comes in communication. So, there is a communication gap due to which lot of confusion & time is wasted.
One of the worst platform ever I have came accross. By default they are adding coupons and subscription without customer consent. While checking out I noticed they have unnecessarily added subscription charges. Also they are showing different price while showing the product and showing different price while checking out. Going to uninstall this app and will never use this app. Just waste of time.
Don't know how they're still surviving... Bought 3m gold membership. But it disappeared from my account. Now they can't able to solve. Just provide nonsense tips and tricks. My experience with lenskart is really pathetic. Kind of road side shopping experience. After purchase there's no support. I want my subscription money back. Why should I pay when you can't able to provide that service
They have listed cheap quality lense at exorbitant price than give discount upon it to give an impression that they are cost- effective, economical. I have returned many glasses, because, everytime they got the power inaccurate. The power was only effective at the centre which results into vision distortion. In addition to that, they are selling Non Aspherical lenses,which is an outdated technology, which is not mentioned in their website.... 1 star for NO QUESTION RETURN POLICY.
The product is good. However the delivery experience is terrible. Not a single phone call from the delivery representative, and the order was left at the society gate with the security. I got to know about it after 3 days. Not a good experience. If this.continues, there are high chances that the delivery never makes it to the owner. Communication system has to be better.
Purchased eyeglasses with progressive glasses. Pros - 1. Glasses - light weight , quite thin, good antiglare coating 2.Frame - unique shape 3. VR - quite easy to select frame in Virtual riality >frame fits on our image taken in the app. 4. Rate - quite reasonable, got good discount 5. Backup support from local Lenskart shop sos Cons - size of frame a bit larger than seen in VR Overall liked the experience, would buy again from Lenskart whenever needed.
VERY FRUSTRATING APP . There is an option of getting important updates on WHATSAPP , and i have not choose that option even i recieved a message from lenskart on WHATSAPP asking (Need Assistance in selecting the best frame which suits you. ) And i replyed No , even then i received a message but later i find that it was a BOT (AI) . VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH AAP 😡😡😡😡 I UNINSTALLED THE APP .
I bought Blu glasses which had 1+1 offer. Both had alignment issue and I returned for an exchange. Even those had alignment issue. Bad experience. There is no option to return also now. Poor quality specs.
Very poor service. My order was cancelled due to change in lens but new order was placed again without consulting me. Now you guys charged me for a bifocal after delivering a single vision lens.Pathetic ! Never going to recommend.
Don't buy lens. You will not get the lens of your choice. They will charge more for good lens and give you a cheap one. 2 time i got wrong lens (paid 1000 extra for higher index and got lower index thick lenses) and one time wrong power. Called and chatted with customer care. They just charge you more . Buy frame and fit lens from elsewhere P.S Two time they cheated me with cheap quality lens . Even a idiot can know its quality when looking at the lens
One of the worst experiences i had . I placed an order for two glasses at their outlet in lulu mall kochi. Recived one specs in fine condition and another with different color. Obviously returned the second one, but they replaced it with a damaged product. Such a lousy managenent. It's my first experience with lenskart and definitely the last.
Very poor services. This app works best only when you are transferring money to Lenskart for to-be-delivered order. Once money is transferred no matter if you upload the prescription of an opthalmologist for lens power they don't bother. The order never gets delivered. The app keeps asking for prescription inspite of uploading one. It's not worth wasting your time guys.
Worst app ever. The product is showing available and when I use to buy it, it suddenly goss to out of stock. And when I go back and search for the same product it is showing the same. And your so cold coupon is never work . You all are just faking other people so that they can buy your products. First, make sure that your app works properly than launch it for other customers.
App automatically filters frames by wide. I'm only able to view a few frames in each section. The funny thing is, my frame size is narrow/extra narrow. In effect, you're specifically showing me frames that don't fit me. For some sections where there are 50+ options, i get a pop-up saying no content available (in this case i can't even change the filter). I didn't even use that stupid size guessing feature to begin with
Terrible App. Lagy and Spamy. Too much notifications, messages. Had to uninstall it altogether. Secondly, costly frames. They don't let you to buy single frame if it is cheap. You have to buy it in a pair. Really ridiculous and unprofessional business strategy.
I cannot check whether the frame accepts the power before making the payment. After payment I get the frame is not suitable for my power and then have to cancel the order again. The agent said iPhone has the facility to select power before payment. This is completely biased and disappointing. Due to frame and power mismatch buying a frame online has become cumbersome for me. Basic feature missing.
Pathetic experience. Ordered 2 frames with Gold membership, 1 went out of stock AFTER ORDERING and other 1 didn't support my power (which i got to know after i paid in full). Canceled and replaced my order with new frames, out of which 1 frame still couldn't support my power even when a LENSKART AGENT approved it on screen share. No updates for the next 3 days. Had to partially cancel my order. No refund till now. No delivery. Executive says the order is delayed as well. Worst experience.
It's such a beautifully designed App, everything is thought of by the developers! The whole process for and Agent Screenshare takeover is extremely seemless and it's done very respectfully. The purchase is made as easy as possible, and Whatsapp support is exemplary, it's a human on the other end, and they can help you with whatever you want! It's a perfect app!
If I can, would give 0 rating. Purchase the first glass from them with gold membership. It should be for 2 years with my order and due to some issues, lenscart representative took over control of my screen and cancelled order. Created new one and offered only 1 year of gold membership. Immediately notify that representative and I got confirmation that they will update this for 2 years. One month gone and they are not answering. Utterly useless.
Really bad service. Especially the customer care service. (And in particular the agent - Muskan*). All cool till booking appointments but in reality they do not call you or inform you if they are not coming or no update and all. We have to put in effort to find out they are actually coming for the scheduled time or not. In short the customer has to wait and waste their time. Lack of professionalism and no value for customers time.
One of the Worst E-comm app in India. I would not recommend it for any new users. I ordered a product in the store but I changed my mind, so I asked if my order can be cancelled before even dispatched. But the store employees said no. But That's not even my big concern. My big concern was when I returned the product they delayed my refund for 10 days. I called everyday at the customer care, but everyone was irresponsive as to why my refund was delaying. It was time-consuming and frustrating.
