I can't connect. States that it needs the app in order to connect...please advise. UPDATE: I find that the connection signal is so low you have to actually hold your cellular device directly on the digital pad on the scooter. That is when it connects for me. 3 stars, because connecting is still spotty. (But does connect).
Cool app. But like the other reviews say. This app deletes all other Bluetooth connections saved in memory. Fix this and it's worth 5 stars. Untill then I can't use is this app as I didn't give it permission to delete anything so whatelse is it doing??
Can't even connect it to a 400 quid scooter ,won't let me register keeps saying send verification number but it doesn't send me one then won't let me go no further .Worst app ever
I buy expensive scooter(expensive for me) then I set it up get the app, now I can't use it because of infinite connection loading screen, it see my scooter on the Bluetooth thing. I try to connect and it's just infinite connection screen. I am beyond pissed
Can anybody help i cant conect the scooter with the app.If i go on bluetooth i can see that it can conect with the scooter but it says:Need app to pair up with this device,when i go back to the app then i press scan devices , nothing so can anybody help me.
I was able to connect to my scooter and turn on the led lights / change color under the scooter, but now i can't turn them off. Please help.
Its hard to connect maybe update or upgrade this app. Or system because many of us is same problem.. How to connect this app in the scooter please improve your apps so that your customers satisfied also thank you
Needs to be updated I wasn't able to get it to connect initially it took alot of time to do and I caint change the scooters voltage to make it go faster which I need to do alot of up hill travel where I live
Trash typical chinese app, deleted all my paired Bluetooth devices and I still can't pair them back.
It was working well till the app decided not to work anymore. Come on guys you should fix this. Everyone is asking for help. DO SOMETHING!
App works but remives all my devices connected via Bluetooth. Absolute joke
cannot login into the all. the system is lettibg me make an account nor does the acooter open to any other app.. please fix asap.
i bought a 700$ scooter which can go in 40kmh if i can put voltage to max but this app doesn't let me put it to max many other people have the same problem to look at the reviews please fix your app
App is in Chinese, trying to register is a pain as any error it's prompt in Chinese

Easy to connect to scooter. Decent amount of info in the app. Controls work. Problem is, after I connect to the scooter, i lose any and all Bluetooth audio connections my device had. So headsets and cars have to be rediscovered and reconnected manually. Reboot the phone, no effect. So I like the app, but not the annoying side effects it leaves me. Never had this happen before with my phone after many Bluetooth device connections.
