After the update i cant book tickets anymore because it throws a JavaScript error when I go to pay, it says "type undefined", so it's buggy hopefully you guys fix it soon
I wanted to use this app after a while, but I was surprised to see "missing translation" everywhere, where some text was supposed to be. I then uninstalled and then installed the app once again, but the problem remains. I cannot use it, since everywhere I see only "missing translation".
Very nice design, but one serious flaw - application is unable to work well if run on phone with VPN, which is really silly (and I reported this bug a few months ago). Please fix it... BTW, it would be nice if app shows also platform at which train stops.
My route got cancelled, received SMS in broken English about something related to email (EN: Dear passenger, please pay attantion sending email about your bus connect). E-mail went to spam though. So, I have two extra hours of nothing to do, so I can rate the app and the service at least.
Perfect application to travel across Czechia. Purchased tickets are available even when you are offline.
The apps English version was broken (Hence the previous bad review) but when reported it was fixed under 24 hours. A giant plus for the team. Anglická verze byla rozbitá, ale po nahlášení chyby opravena za míň než 24 hodin. Obří plus pro leoexpress tým.
Cannot find the connections. App is lagging, tickets are invisible.
I cannot register with Norwegian phone number, it says phone number does not have a correct format.
The app used to work great but recently everytime I do a search the app returns me back to the start again. Why??
nothing works. absolutely nothing! I tried also call them and after two minutes of automat....there was nothing....does this company exist? i tried to book ride with them...website = not working, app= not working....phone=....guess what....not working

Warning! Prices on the app are higher than when using the website. 57 EUR vs. 54 EUR for the same trip.
Very sad. App now takes 20+ tries to buy, or worse cancel, a ticket. Keeps claiming to lose internet connection. WiFi or 4G. Back on ČD and RJ until you can fix it. Very, very poor choice to release this update. Xiaomi flagship, Android 10, Miui 12.
