At first, app created purchase after I added a card, and didn't receive money. Next one, I have a problem to end my riding, I am waiting about 5 minutes till customer support finished my rining, and, of course, I paied for these minutes. And while I was trying to end my riding, there was 2 mans around my with different problem with the app!
It has very specific designated parking areas and how is this a helpful service if I want to get to my house when the closest parking area is 10 minutes by foot away when I started the ride 15 minutes away from home Absolutely useless get more parking spots around the city Talking about Eilat,Israel
App was very user friendly. I had a small issue with the return, but the support was very responsive and helpful. I will continue to ride Leos.
Terrible app. Scooters appear on the map but are never actually there. I've walked to five separate scooters tonight, 4 were missing and one was "reserved" and shouldn't even have been displayed to me. Save yourself time and grief and go with Lime or Bird.
the app charges money even if the ride did not happen and the tool was damaged. in addition, the chat in the app has major bugs in the attach file button and the screen is blocked by the virtual keyboard
Really bad app. I turned on the scooter but it was not working (I use all the other companies so it's not about working it) and they charged me for it anyways. The scooter was on for 1 min. Their chat is accessible only if u remembered the scooter number... I immediately un installed.
Run away as fast as you can. Scam, impossible to end the ride even at the parking slots. They will keep charging you for hours and hours, for the vehicle that was not even functional ! Thieves !
I WANT A REFUND. Device suddenly stopped working while riding with no reason (3 bars of battery) and I couldn't stop the freaking ride so I PAID TO HOLD THE SCOOTER TO THE PARKING STATION. Only to pay to activate another one since I want far from anything.
Horrible Horrible App! Most of the scooters never work, they are never where the app says they are, it's over priced, and three are payment problems, I'd give it zero stars if I could
Stay away from this app. The app is not working, the company doesn't have any customer service. They charged me 25$ overdue time because the app was not working.
Horrible customer experience, 1 out of 2 scooters broke down not near a parking area and they would only cancel one ride. The support rep was great tho.
Just the worst! Every time I try to use one of your scooters it unlockes and then locks back up but the ride continues. Even though the scooter is locked!!
Great alternative to move to and from my hotel. They used to have some problems with the service but it seems they've fixed them. 👍👍
scooter hardly work. application hardly work (reported end of ride 4 min. after I've locked it). luckily there were Limes and Birds around recommend to avoid using it
I added my credit card details twice, the app charged me twice, but it didn't work.
Awful app works bad and let's not talk about the service they give, the false charging every time they can
poor service, map places shown incorrectly, app is misleading you and makes you pay for nothing
worst app i have ever used, none of their scooters works, they charged me even for the times the scooter did not work and when i requested a refund i got total ignorance

too low speed, 14kmh, the vibration is so strong so i thought i got Parkinson..... aplication working baaaad cant delete payment, i press delete payment and its open me a window with "ho to share" ..... two words, Bad Leo.
Scammers stay away!!! never use them!!! There are so many amazing alternatives that are honest e-scooters service use them and Never ever use LEO

Great app, easy to use, well designed.
First experience, one scooter was broken and the next one said it had some error while unlocking but the ride started anyway, with the ride timer instantly jumping to 20 seconds. I cancelled immediately, was charged 5.50 NIS, with no obvious recourse for a refund. The customer service chat opens in Hebrew only despite the app being in English. Then I tried to delete my credit card from the app and opens my email client with the subject "delete payment method for". Ridiculous unfinished product.
