Very frustrating app. Doesn't work well on Android. Either won't open at all, freezes, or randomly logs out.

After the latest update, it won't load at all. Major inconvenience as I use the mobile deposit feature all the time, and LCU is far from my house to do an in person deposit.

This app is great it has numerous easy to use options like instant balance, deposit checks, and easy to use transfer between accounts. My only issue is that here should be a spot on the app where you can see the Leominster Credit Union routing number. If it is there I could not find it.

It worked at first, but then it started not recognizing my fingerprint and not accepting my password. So now I can't sign into the app, and when I try and change my password, it tells me that I didn't complete all the necessary information to switch passwords which I did. Very unhappy with how this works

the new updates are great especially the notifications feature which is highly customizable. overall its very 21st century and a high level app for this great credit union! xfers are hella easy, mobile deposit is a godsend and its just getting better. keep up the good work!

Mobile deposit is great except when it doesn't accept the photos of the front and back of the checks which happens almost every time I do a deposit, which is weekly. Can sometimes be a hindrance. But overall, glad to have the option to deposit on my phone.

Very convenient, easy to assess account balances all on one screen. It makes life a bit easier, saving me a trip to the bank with the check deposit capture option on the app.

I love this app. Very easy to use. There is nothing complicated about it; I like the layout, the biometric login. You can view your account activities easily and do transfers and mobile banking.

Setting up account requires inputting your birth date. When you go to do so it shows a calendar set to the current date which you have to scroll through MONTH BY MONTH! I just turned 57 so I had to tap a button 684 times to get back to 1964. Then I was told something was wrong and they couldn't process my application. Who designs these things? Do they live in the real world? This isn't the stupidest thing I've seen in web design but it definitely deserves a dishonorable mention.

this is the worst bank app! it will not let me sign in, the bank cant fix the issue. i can sign in on the computer just fine but for some reason this app says it cant validate my sign in!! this is so fustrating, i am so tired of changing my password! the bank keeps making me change my password and still doesnt fix the problem! id give more stars IF this app would work!

Sometimes for no reason at all it says my credentials are wrong even though theyre the same ones I've been putting in for years now. Usually restarting the phone fixes the problem. Overall a good app.

Continually opts out of fingerprint password. Everytime it stops using fingerprint login it refuses to accept the password manually and I have to reset. Horrible interface, really. Enough to keep me from choosing LCU for future loans.

Offline multiple times recently, off hours, sigh, anxiety, saw "no accounts" once which was extremely upsetting since it was after hours with no way to know if I'd been hacked and lost all my money til next day. Online service should be 24 hours or at least the auto answerer should have a "website or phone app unreachable" such that a prevalent number of reports might promote a new message saying we are aware!

I have not been able to use it for 2 weeks now I called lcu and they told me it had something to do with software on their end. The frustrating thing is that no one can tell me when it's going to be fixed and it also worked up until 2 weeks ago so I'm not getting any answers basically I'm told to wait. I'm not sure what I'm waiting for though very very frustrating

App worked on new Moto phone via Cricket for about a month... now it won' t even open. Uninstalled, reinstalled app and rebooted phone. Cricket blames LCU, LCU says nothing wrong, no other complaints about the app they said. I'm not going to drive 25 miles to do my banking, thank you... I WILL close my five figure account HELP !!!

The LCU Mobile app allows me to make deposits without leaving the house! It is very easy to use and very reliable!

Works great, but would be nice if they could add a note to the mobile deposit section saying to including "for mobile deposit LCU" apparently it was in the print when you sign up, but if you signed up before the policy change, you just get your deposit rejected.

Impossible to truly write the app because it won't even install on my phone after several reboots uninstalls no matter what it crashes when the terms and conditions load.

Horrible. Consistently crashing and having issues. Only one of banking/ credit cards apps that I have recurring issues with.

Terrible. Just a mess. This app is super slow to log in when it does let you in. Often will not log on due to "authentication" issues.

Very efficient and reliable. So many options that work to your benefit with online banking. No issues for me.

App could really use some updating. The login interface is always down and can never login from the app.

Worst banking app I have ever used, constant errors ,less functionality than other banking apps, and 0 customer support. Will probably change banks based on the app alone. Yes it's that bad

Instant balance wont work, fingerprint sensor does not save my fingerprint, every time i log in my login is invalid. these peoblems have been prevalant for months. Terrible banking app. Would recommend any other bank under the sun.

it's easy and convenient. transferring money from savings to checking. always know my balance. really like it

This app hasnt worked properly in over a week.....what is going on with it? Customer service cant answer me because they just keep telling me to try again later. I m Frustrated
