Fast, convenient and easily took the place of the Domino's app for when I stay near the Portland, Maine Airport. Couldn't believe Domino's won't deliver to hotels by the airport; thankfully Leonardo's Pizza does!
The "next button doesn't always send you to the next text box for entering necessary info, and you can't scroll down unless you collapse your phone keyboard out of the screen. But it's about as simple as ordering a pizza through an app can be.
Okay app. If you enter too many characters in Special Instructions, it stops you from continuing, which is fine, but it also prevents the keyboard from going down so you can't click "submit."
The app is much better now than it used to be. It functions well and is easy to use. I cannot see pictures of the food and they should sort the pizza by meat, veggie and vegan but otherwise I like all the updates.
Has the basics of what you need to place your order. The UI is a bit outdated tho. Also, when you select delivery it still gives you a notification of what to do if you're doing carry out at the end if the order.
Very good overall. My only small complaint is that the half off 1lb wings/tenders coupon forces you to get wings to work correctly in the app. Otherwise you have to call to use it.
Pretty good, but sometimes hard to see what the call to action is. Agreeing to terms was hard to tell i needed to check box. Pretty easy setup & checkout
Enriching Experience- though in the 'Notes' section on final payment screen, I was deeply unnerved to find out that that I could not fully type "You be you; Be excellent to each other"; as it exceeds the 32 character limit. Pizza was good.
App keyboard is in the way, unable to push the order button after filling in payment details. Must select other things randomly hoping that the keyboard stores itself to reveal the place order button.
There's no reason for the tip to be caculated based on the total. It should be based on the subtotal. You're making people tip on taxes and delivery fees.
This app is truly horrid. It doesn't confirm your address in the last page, so if you have two addresses you are screwed.
Using Google to automate part of the process is a bad idea have a human read the address. I'm sick of getting errors that my address can't be found.
Won't even open on my fast, new, android. Crashes before opening, every time.
Easily the best pizza I've ever had. Totally customizable and the correct order always comes. Get this pizza.
It works but could be more intuitive.
Easy, no problems. Better than online web order because you get confirmation email right away instead of after a few days.
Good simple app that gets the job done. Never crashed on me. Orders always go thru. Like Leo's it's dependable
Works well enough except the credit card date selection often doesn't "stick".
very easy to sign up, use, well laid out, basic and to the point
This is great. Coupons are added in the checkout screen top right.
Very easy to use. Great pizza aa well.
User-friendly overall. Stored payment info and delivery instructions would be cool.
Always have trouble with this. Struggle to get the submit button
Have not been able to use coupon codes, so use the website instead.
Poor interface, no saved payment methods, no auto fill payments like website
I don't use it much but honestly it's the best ordering app for any restaurant they made themselves
Odd layout at first but the pizza and wings are superb.
love leonardos, love the convenience of the app. I use it often.
Pretty smooth, but I had a problem with a few things - the store was closed for a few days but the app was just stuck on loading during it. I found choosing pickup or delivery in the beginning a bit odd, as well as the deals being a separate menu, both things I'd expect in the checkout page.
