Les 3 Vallées 3D by FATMAP

Terrible app. Just shows an error when trying to add people. Every time I sign into the app I get an "activate your account" email. App just throws an error when I try to delete my account to restart from scratch. Useless app.

Why are there constantly errors? I try to add other "friends" with their code and all I get is "unexpected error". The app also always says "Account creation and password retrieval are temporarily disabled". Any ideas why and when this will be fixed?

Could have been a good app but makes no sense that the 2D map takes so long to get to. It takes about 30 seconds of tapping through pages just to be able to view the 2D map. The 3D map is cool to look at but hard to actually use. Also, on the 2D map, there is no way to turn off the status markers so you can't see the map unless you select Toilet view so it has fewer markers in the way. maybe its just me but i think most people downloading this app just want a good interactive 2d map.

Should (and could) be a great app, apart from problems with information not updating. After viewing a webcam for the first time, the images never refresh so you are stuck with that original image every time you open the app, even several weeks later. Only way to refresh is to uninstall then reinstall the app (you need to do this every time)! Also, there are regularly incorrect lift and piste statuses (e.g. showing closed when open). Correct these problems and it's a 5* app!

This app is great overall. I have a few obvious next step suggestions though. This app gives alerts to your phone but you can't find these alerts in the app. You can't force the lift status to refresh, and it doesn't say when the information was last refreshed. I would like to see more information on lift status and expected opening times.

A wonderful application that needs more marketing! I see people trying to decipher paper maps everywhere, you guys should push and advertise this application through more channels. Make it obvious that there is a convenient alternative available right in your phone because there are many non-tech-savvy people visitng the resorts who simply won't find the app unless you help them.

Doesn't register Created and activated the account, but cannot login, the app shows that either one is not correct. And I could register myself with the same email three times.

The map is useful, but very dence and hard to understand, paper version is a little eaiser

Re rated from 5 down to 1 star since update 18/11/21, webcams won't open, no 3D map, now the app wont open as it says I need to update it, when I get to play store it says my version is up to date, it's now a buggy, crashy, frustrating app, shame, I used to love it until the designers ruined it. I uninstalled it, re installed it and it still says I need to update it, don't waste your time, it's not what it used to be.

3d map doesn't load. Very slow. The old 2d map worked and was quick too look at on the slopes. The 3d one is a pretty toy to look at on a big screen with a fast internet connection at home but no use on the slopes.

Good concept, but 3D map too slow to load and difficult to control perspective. Better to have a 2D map with more detail of pistes and links to restaurants like 3D map has. GPS did not work with Samsung A320. Also keeps crashing.

Utterly unuseable since they went to fatmap for the piste map. Whoever thought that installing a map that requires constant touch screen input in a cold wet outdoor environment is an idiot. Lift data not updated accurately in real time and is blocked on WiFi!

Excellent app overall, really helps you planing your ski day in the 3 Vallées. suggestion for the future: the loading time for maps could be improved and the weather forecast be more detailed if possible in the next versions. Keep the good work up!

easy and intuitive to use. does not consume too much battery. much better than the previous years. would suggest implementing a more detailed weather forecast, and adding the restaurants on the map.

Hi Camille, the 3D map should appear diagramatical, with exaggerated features for the slopes, lifts, terrain, and towns etc., instead of the vague photo texture which is very diffult to read and appears flat at times.

interactive map is a bit over the top, something simpler would be easier to use especially with gloves on. Just a simpe plan of the peists would be better.

Closed slopes not shown on map. Surprises included.

if you want info this is great but slower than a piste map and looking at the weather forecast. Nothing like yuge ski for paradiski or bmw apps in Swiss resorts etc which are linked with targets and fun activities uninstalled straight away.

This app has totally out of date Piste and lift information that is simply not updated often enough and skiers in 3 Vallees are potentially being put in danger if they follow the outdated information provided. Either provide the correct information or don't provide any information at all. Relying upon this app is dangerous.

Half of Meribel ski lifts are out od power and App shows they are open

I've not had a chance to use this on the slopes yet but the webcams for Val Thorens still do not update properly. Have to uninstall and reinstall, clearing storage and cache do not work to solve the problem.
