Leslie's - Pool Care

This is something I needed to help me have a better understanding of pool and spa treatments. The steps and instructions are very easy to follow when maintenance is needed. I watch some YouTube videos, and they seems confusing as if they were learning as well. However using the Leslie's pool care app get straight to the point. I recommend this app to all beginners and something tells me pros like it too. Good 👍 Leslie's I can see this app as a game changer.

easy interface. nice recommendation. only 4 stars because they only let you plug in 4 water quality parameters while the Leslie Test Strips have 7 parameters, should be a place to add additional data for each sample to track and chart your changes over time (ie, date, time, recent rain event, etc). data entry is a one shot one time thing right now

Good for chemical recommendations but needs some improvements. Only allows you to enter data for 4 different test resuts that you can easily get from a 6 way test strip. It would be better if you could enter all 6 values that you get from a test strip instead of wasting your time by forcing you to take a water sample to the store to get them. If they fix that I might actually buy my supplies there instead of ordering them from Amazon.

I get most of my hot tub supplies from Leslie's. I use the app as a kind of double check comparing the reading from the strip container and then the phone app. It is always important to keep your hot tub water balanced or else face skin irritations, infections or even damage to your hot tub! If I still am uncertain, they are always happy to check a water sample in the store. They are more geared to swimming pools so knowledge is limited but hey, it works for me 90% of the time :)

Frustrating. Error message displayed in the Member Deals link/Pool Perks tab. $15 off purchase of $60 deal I was notified about in an email is not showing up. Started ordering process through the app and got as far as payment info page. I won't enter payment info before I see the $15 discount off the total. Also noticed "in stock/out of stock" status at "my store" kept changing. Is it in stock? Do I get the discount? Who knows? I guess I'll have to visit the store in person.🙄

Their app stopped generating reports after the second test I performed (I have the latest Android operating system). After I visited their local store I felt like all they were trying to do was sell me stuff and they blamed me for their app not working. They basically said it was "Operator Error". I had them add in some testing data and it still failed to create a report. They said it must be something wrong with my phone. All of my other apps I use are working fine...Goodbye Leslie's!

This app use to work well. Lately you can't log in. There is a new rewards program but you can't find out what rewards you have on the app. You also can't see your water tests. Update: Still really worthless. Can't log in. Tells me my password is wrong. Go to change it but never get an email.

The app is pretty handy but I wish it had the ability to enter home test results for other than the current day. I keep track off my results on my phone and don't use the Leslie's app every day, and so find it a bit frustrating that I can't 'catch up' by entering past results. This is the main reason I don't use it all that often.

Slow and I get a lot of "oops, something went wrong". Takes a minute or more to log in so make sure to pull it up we'll in advance while you are waiting in line to check out. It has to refresh between every screen so saving an at home pool test takes minutes. I would suggest another app for your at home tests and just make the cashier look up your email when checking out for the rewards tracking and never use this app.

Application won't let you record your interventions. For example you can't enter added 1 gal of chlorine. You can only mark "done". So, if the treatment plan is to add 2 gallons of liquid chlorine and you only have one gallon your only option is done or not done. (Simple example). Also, the application forces you to enter in your property address. I don't really need Leslie's to know where I live.

This app is a good idea, but functional misses the mark. Signing in has been a chore and is successful about half the time. There needs to be an option to stay signed in. When signed in and filling in the fields on the water test, numbers have been randomly changed, even after correcting them. It doesn't help me at all if I can't input correct levels.

I love the "test your water", but trying to read the colors on the test strip sucks (5in1 Leslie's brand) It is almost impossible to precisely match the colors on the strip to the color chart on the bottle. It is never "obvious". The chart should be a continuous line instead of 5 or 6 blocks of different colors. Yes, I want to be that accurate and you should too. And they always recommend their own, overpriced products.

App is glitches continuously, even with clearing cache, data, and several installs. We need a more reliable system and a viable backup for the accublue system!

Update: Thanks, I was able to install the and it is now working. ---- App was working fine. An update was available & I tried to download it . The update would download but it wouldn't install. I tried this a few times, all with the same result. I then uninstalled the app to download a fresh copy with the update but the same thing happened. I then tried downloading it on a spare phone (LG G4) with the same result. Now I do not have the app on either phone. It was great for redeeming rewards.

Just got this app so I can add recent purchase but noticed no barcode scanner or manually add the receipt to it. So, I went to the website and it said to add Barcode receipt but don't know which one as I tried the 23 code at the bottom of the receipt but that failed. Then tried the Trans#, Auth#, Sequence#, etc and none work. It should give us a screenshot of where the barcode receipt so we can add recent purchase easily. I gave 3 stars for now as I have not used much but would like to view my recent purchase and hope the coupon can use used toward accessories as I don't own a pool.

My favorite part of this app is the water test feature! I normally use dip-strips with a color chart on package but I'm always skeptical of its accuracy. Now that I have Leslie's app, I enter the numbers according to test strip and it instantly provides a full treatment plan. Highly recommend!

The account # in the app has a different bar code than the store has, so the in store water tests and purchases don't show up in the app?? It goes off my email, so I don't know where the problem lies. I emailed customer support in the app...NO RESPONSE?? Since posting my review, I have been in contact with customer assistance and they have corrected my issue. I have updated my review to 3 stars.

No issue with the app, but I have issues with the rewards. I have signed up for the rewards program, but have not received rewards at all. I have called customer service and they told me they see all my purchases but for some reason its not counting towards my rewards. I was told it would fixed. That was a month ago and still nothing.

Purchased the products on line and they arrived in short order. Everything was in stock and it shipped when it was promised. I like the app and being able to test my water and find out what is needed before going into the showroom. Very convenient.

App is constantly having issues. It keeps asking me to login. I do, and then it says login expired. That begins the everlasting loop of trying to login and saying login expired. I know the username and password are right because it works on their website. Maybe just give me the option to yrck on your site and give up on the app...

i have the same issue as other people. The app won't allow me to sign in. it sends me an email to authenticate my email, and states the token is invalid when I click the emailed link. I emailed the support emai, and no response. in reply to Leslie's response, that's great for a fix in the future, but I'm still having the same issue. I've emailed the address you identified, and still no response as of May 13th.

A year ago, it was great, since update to many bugs, failure to connect, etc... Now 1 Star! Easy Use, good recommendations on water treatment after readung test strip. Wish it took in all the test strio data. Still tae in a water sample to be tested

Helps me maintain my salt water pool without always having to have it tested weekly at the store. Makesbit clear what I need. I still have it tested once every 4 to 6 weeks after extreme weather and high usage of the pool.

The app "enhancement" is terrible. Takes forever to load, navigating is a pain and pop ups when trying to reset your password for the 10th time because the app doesn't actually remember you. Last year, app wasn't awesome but simple to find my pool info and what I needed. This is terrible. I'll use up my points and delete

Their products are overpriced the least they couldve done is use that money to improve the app. I can't even order items through the app. Had to order through their website. Wth? Just fire the developers. The orders don't go through. Tried to uninstall and reinstall.Why skim on the UX?

Good app, needs one more feature. Would like a chemical tracker, that lets me enter what I've added and when. The pool test is good, but a tracker would remind me when I haven't added a weekly chem and similar features.

This app used to work great, but after the latest update, I'm very disappointed. I can't login and whenever I try to reset the password, I never get the email. I've checked my junk email and my spam. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I can't use my rewards so it's basically just taking up space on my phone. Very disappointed.

A few things are needed, in order from easiest to implement to most difficult: an Adaptive Icon, Save to Google Pay for the rewards barcode, and Buy with Google Pay. Hopefully you take my feedback into consideration.

This app has been having problems for months, I have to sign in everytime I use the app, it loads for a while when I click on anything. My reward points aren't showing on the home screen from recent purchases and or water test. The speed of this app is compared to dial up internet. Please fix this app

I logged my water test results. The result was clearly in the ok range, but the app instructed me to buy a product and told me my results were needing action! Last time I did a water test I was informed again that my pool needed chemicals, but it told me the opposite of what I should use. if I had followed its advice I would have made the water worse. I'm going to stop using this app for water testing advice! I do like being able to access my rewards with the app while I'm at the pool store.
