It is not accessible at all i tried so many times without luck. I dont like it at all

System is not responding. Tech needs to find the bugs which irrigate us. The structure is good and we can be proud of our home bank being amongst the best once the bugs are removed. We know it takes time but we have to keep up with the rest and not have a Tech support team that sleeps.

After updating,i now can't lock in..

The app isn't responding, it keeps on saying the network is weak and fluctuating.

And the application has not been working for about a month now

when it works it really comes in handy. but not when it doesnt work. It's been saying invalid service code when I try to log in. also can't buy airtime using Khetsi. the app just sort of "crashes" everytime hey 😑😪😥

Can never log in! The app always returns a message about a fluctuating network! Terrible experience!

your application is not user friendly this OTP your are sending takes longer before it is sent and when it arrives the spplication has already timed you out.can you improve a little bit on this OTP isdue.i dnt like it.

I am gonna give you guys 3/5, this app is help but very slow at launching and loading. It takes longar time to load which annoying and time wasting. Lokisang ka mono bomme le bontate. Re hloka ntho tse tsepa mona.

Easy to use, saves me a lot of time going to the bank not to mention long queues and it basically does every service you get at the bank

I can't lock in after update!

always when i want to register, i meet with problems,unable to connect,so i dont find the importance of having this APP in my phone,it refers me always

The App is user friendly.

It responds timely to commands and the contrast is great to help navigate the buttons

It gives a tough time to register khetsi, even right now i am still struggling indeed. Even their landlines are always in busy

This App is very poor and discouraging for one to use. Better depend on ATM than this. May Lesotho Post Bank kindly adjust

I would give it 5 🌟 s but but after updating it .. things fell apart... Too slow... "Can't login you have changed your device"... That's bs..
