Here we go again..... When I try to log in, I'm told that I have the older version and to update. But I'm directed to simply play and yet there's no option to update, then sent back to the please update screen, it's a never ending loop.... And I know, you'll respond.. " you'll pass this on to the developers" with no results
I lost everything I was over 350 leave. Had been on the game for about 12 years. And can't get it back. Thats not right.

Wow like it wasn't hard enough to win anything before now you've taken away the coins that you could get to play throughout the day and replace it with another non paying dice game????? You keep taking free coins from your players and that in itself tells you how greedy this app is. Unless your friends send you coins you can't play during the day if you run out of coins unless you buy. WOW!!!!! One more thing taken away and I'm done, this app will be deleted!! DON'T GIVE THIS APP YOUR MONEY!!!
Played solid for 3 days, won over 100 million and then lost it all in a day, never once got a jackpot. Unless you've got hundreds of pounds to spend do not bother. It's a rip off
Love the graphics. That's about it .. Has the worst win ratio and the least amount of daily free coins than any other slot game on the Web.. Also what's the point of having a limited amount of 1000 friends when you can only send gifts to a maximum of 85 friends.. Also why do we constantly get friend requests when we have reached our limited number allowable.

This is a scammer gamesite,me had spent almost 55000usd in buying their coins in 8 years,but till this moment me also have no coins credits to play..because I've been detected as a payuser and they keep on eats up all my game coins and I did report to them about my losses and their support just ignoring me beside never helps me they just continue eats up each time I bought their stupid coins to play.i had learn a lessons in life..never ever buy coins from this userjoy games,they are scammers....

This is my first complaint. Something wrong with your pay out. One time,I forgot exactly how much, I think it's about 24,000,000 but when it showed my balance it's even less than what I had!!! it also happened everytime I got the wager spin. How come it's less than what I had??? Do we need to pay a higher bet than the winning coins to get the wager spin??? If that's the truth, it's totally unfair as the pay out was way way way poor out there!!!

Too many updates, not enough space on my devices . And we lost our desktop in the house fire that took everything ! Can't play with all the updates on my tablet and phone, not enough space. Ugh !!! I do understand it's necessary but won't be able to play if I run out of space. And hoping you don't stop supporting my devices or I'm in trouble. Your one of my top fav game apps.
