It good app would be nice if you do not always need internet to run the application for ppl who may not have net on their phone. And could put where your application minimizes the buses to what area you happen be in to help make it easy.
The app is experiencing technical issues (runtime error). I uninstalled it and installed it again and the same error occurred.
This app is a bit glitchy to be honest and only 2 stars because well some of the transit drivers (only some, not all) in my experience are a little bit rude and power trippin.
Tried to create an account for the app and I fill out the login details, click the I agree to terms and conditions and after I click OK it says please confirm if you are not a robot. There is nowhere on the screen to confirm that I am not a robot. I can't create an account.
I use the app a lot, but lately it has been opening but not loading. To be fair, the myride website hasnt been working either.
It's an great app, but the route 12 in the downtown area always says "due" for the current and future time... total cop-out especially when the bus comes early!
I recommend this app for frequent bus takers. It's easy to use and will reduce chances of being late to somewhere.
Buses run on time bus drivers are helpful bus stops need to assessed because of location of bus stop and vehicles in front the bus continuously missed my stop also camera should be put up and or bus drivers should always report any kind of violence that occurred when a passenger reports it especially handicapped passengers
It's good for what it's for. Now let's see we can charge our Breeze card online too. I thought it was coming in Summer 2015.
This app is no good for me because it is not easy to understand and it is out of date and it is no longer available for me
Its good espically if your trying tl get where you need to go
App not working on the one day I needed it to work.
I use this app a lot and it's mostly great, but the route 20 & 22 maps are organized for what direction the bus is going rather then if the bus is on the north or south side which doesn't match how the routes are organized colloquially, this causes confussion when trying find a bus on the map..
MyRide works great and shows accurate times for buses. I love the notifications too!
The map doesn't work properly, if you toggle a route on (visible), you can't toggle it off (invisible)- it just stays visible permanently. It stays like that even if you fully close the app, so you have to uninstall and reinstall to get rid of extraneous routes. Kinda sucks that you are stuck using a broken app when the city introduces a broken new set of routes- hard to navigate when the app doesn't even function.
