Lets VPN - The VPN that Always Connects

After I renewed the subscription for a year, the connection became worse. Sometimes it was shown that the connection was successful, but I still couldn’t open the web page, and every time I switched countries/regions, it took a long time to load and failed. Restarting the app is the same, the connection problem It happens often and the experience is very poor.

Too bad! Just subscribed to a monthly Standard package and can't enjoy it due to frequent disconnections. Attempt to lock the VPN proved abortive as it clearly stated app doesn't support the lock feature. Tecno Camon16 Pro. I have removed the app from Battery optimization yet it never solved the disconnections problem. Rectify that as quickly as possible if you want my full ratings.

Short time use may be good.For long time use,limited download speed,battery drain and damage to the equipment are inevitable.

Worst customer support ..i had subscribed for one month service and suddenly i am getting mag that "this service is stopped and get refund from google play store"

Quick but I cant use Background play in this connection even I am the Youtube Premiere user, which is really annoying!!!

This is a Nice VPN but please more optional payments token should be available.

Its time the VPN should be optimized for China. In China many apps dont work with VPN like WeChat, Taobao, Alipay, etc but they are crucial. Switching VPN on n off is boring regularly. This app should have some sort of optimization or split tunnels where such apps should automatically not tunneled through VPN to avoid switching on n off like with Astril VPN

Don't bother installing this app or buying their plans. I paid for the platinum package which's supposed to be their premium package but lo and behold, it only have 1 useful server! While he rest servers are dummy. Their services aren't as good as they advertise! And they refuse to cancel The plan and refund my money! If I am paying you to get your premium service, I dont expect anything less than optimal and excellent service in return because there was no excuses to my payments!!

t's easy to use, fast, relatively stable than most VPNs, with free and membership options to choose from, not to mention free, even too many people lead to instability, members are very stable. Basically, there will be no net break.

It's better taking off the program from playstore when you're having issues with it. My friend just subscribed for 1 year and has been unable to use it for a second. It's so bad. And at least give them another option even if it's OpenVPN till you're through.

Letsvpn id 21823978. My subscription days are over and the trial period is also over on my 2nd device(within which I didn't get the issue resolved) . So, now I won't be able to check whether VPN is working or not. Hence, I won't renew my subscription (w/o first checking). Thanks for your efforts. Hope issue gets resolved for airtel users. #Peace ✌️

I am not using airtel connection. I am having other connection but still the problem persists with the purchased version, it is not running as smooth as the trail version of your vpn. My Trail version was connecting all the times but the connection on purchased version gets successful after trying for hours.

I have upgraded to the platinum for 28 days .But After using it for 2 days in Jio network, Now it shows unstable connection.I tried to reconnect it multiple times .I tried everything but still it shows unstable connection. And Also I tried to connect it in my Airtel network, Same thing happens with that Also. Please Do something as soon as possible.As I have Spended a money on the premium version.

Pathetic experience!!! The app was reffered by a friend, installed it, app show expires in 4 days, but could not connect a single time. 'Unable to connect, please restart the device and try again' Did that n number of times but to no avail.. You should change the description from 'The VPN that always connects' to 'the VPN that never connects'

It does not connect anymore. Jio blocked it using their firewall. It was working till yesterday but now its doesn't connect at all. Kindly provide an update to fix the issue immediately. i have subscribed for standard membership for 28 days. With love from KMR

Every update on Lets VPN initially is always very unstable, disconnects often and very frustrating to use. But since I upgraded to Android 10 the connections seems stable. The star hasn't changed from the previous one I gave.

This app really doesn't Worth the money. I used a free plan and it worked well, then I bought platinum package for 1yr only to find out that I can only use one server! And they refuse to cancel the plan and refund my money!! It's a really waste of time and money people!

Excellent and could have been 5 star but problem is, I bought the Platinum subscription. I have 4 devices on which I have work almost daily. But this app supports only 2 devices at a time.its such an inconvenience to remove device and bind other device every time. Other major providers allow at least 4 devices. Kindly know your customer devices. In this age everyone has a laptop, a phone and a tablet or iPad.i have all these 4. What should I do now?please consider allowing at least 4 devices.

I am in love with this VPN , It really connects all the time and even if your internet speed is low it's still connects and gives u a good speed . It has simple ui and is easy to use . But one thing that it lacks is that the free membership is only for one day please extend it and let us enjoy this app Thanks alot dear developer for this app. I would suggest everyone to download it and enjoy high speed secured internet .

I've been using this app for 2 years now, it's the best. Also this VPN changes IP from time to time, so you are not stuck with some stagnant blacklisted IP address. Their customer service is the best, beautiful girls to attend to you whenever you have a problem. It's the best, I recommend.

This app doesn't even connect a single time. I tried to connect multiple times and I still had 4 days validity. I have tried connecting this VPN using my airtel sim but it all my tries go in vain. I wish it worked the way they have mentioned in the description.😔

It's working extremely well I would say ( compared to the sub 2g speeds that were out in India ) , but the only complaint I have is that you can't connect more than two devices at a time on the premium Platinum subscription , rest it's too good

It's not working good in my phone.when i downloaded this app,it was working very good and with high speed internet. but after sometime it works very slow due to which i am not able to download any other app on play store or watch less quality video on youtube... so if anybody knows what is happening with it plz tell me and also i requests the app developer to help for using it with high speed....
