Most disgusting app ever seen in my life. Very very severe connectivity problem. I don't suggest any to buy this product. Always you need to connect the memory card to the system by ejecting it from the camera for data. I will broke this one my subscription is completed..

Edit:Jan 2022 - App not using too much battery, but every time i have needed it, the tracker is disconnected. App and keychain tracker work fine, but using too much battery. If you fix the battery, inform me and I will change it to 5 star rating.
Worst service don't buy this, their app is very unstable, i am facing daily basis new issues and their customer service help desk and troubleshooting team is a group of unprofessional they can't even understand the issue, and they always provide one solution that reboot your device or Uninstall the app ..install again login again ....but trick also doesn't work. 1) i am not receiving ignition on and off notification on regular basis thier is huge gaps in it. 2) can't assign notification sound.
I have 4 devices of letstrack but 2 devices not working properly since 70-80 days. Many time complaint on customer care number but not satisfied reply.
Very bad experience,device not working properly from last one year, contact and Mail so many times but all in vain,till today device is offline.

This is totally a fraud company. Whenever your subscription will come to an end they will call you again and again and give you various offers and ask to recharge immediately to avail the offer and after the recharge the offer will not be reflected in your app and you get the benefits and they also stop responding and replying. Totally a fraud company.
App interface is really very good. Almost give me 98% of vehicle position accuracy. Gives instant notification when ignition start or stop. I have just one complaint, I have extended my device warranty for one year through the app. But company did'nt send me any confirmation of having receipt the amount nor there is any mention in the app.
Very bed service Device are not propar working Coustmer service center are not setisfite replay. They are making fool just taking money no customer support. Company has taken my money now there is no reverts and not picking call too.

My device got disconnected. Support said they'll send a new sim and I'll get it within 7 days. Its been 1 month and nothing! And the support is not saying anything, not even calling to explain. I have been paying for the device and still unable to use it. Waste of money and time. Guys, go for some other device.
