This is an amazing app when it works. When I attempt to publish a writing on my Android device I receive a constant message showing, "Error Unexpected error happened on the server side. Sorry for that." I am able to use my IPad though. I use to be able to publish without a problem on my Android. I'm giving it 4 stars because this app has the potential to be great when it works. (Please fix, as your my immediate go to for my writing. )
It's a great app . And it is the first writing platform that has boosted my confidence in recognizing my own writing skills. But recently it started crashing and I tried to reinstall it many times but it won't open. Please fix it.
I think Lettrs is amazing but when I tried to get back into the app it wouldn't let me see my letter or my profile and then soon all together it wouldn't open even when I uninstalled it and restarted my phone and I have a galaxy s9+ so It should be running smoothly. Please help. I really like this app and I dont really give out reviews on anything so please help.
Hello Team Lettrs, I have been using this app for a long time now (years) and haven't come across any issues. I have loved this app with all my heart, and I have many cherished memories attached to it. But right now I have a problem. The app isn't opening. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. But it's the same. Desperately in need of your help.
I love this app I have had it since 2014 or 2015...?? It's where I save all my poetry but I'm have so many issues with the app.. lately the app won't open and if it does happen to open it shows and error message and the pages stay blank..
The app is fantastic. I burst out all my feelings in it by writing private letters. But from last few days it is not working and always notifying about some unexpected error. I have written letters which are close to my heart. Dont want to lose those letters. Can anyone help
i havent been able to use this app for more than 6 months. I get a server error every time. deleting and re-installing did not resolve and my email to support went unanswered. lettrs is great....when it works.
I am unable to open the lettrs app. I have been a user since two years now. As soon as i click on the icon a black screen flashes and then it goes back to normal. I tried re-installing doesn't work same problem.
I have been using this app for years. I fell in love with its concept when I first came across it, then the people, their letters. There is so much talent out there. But one day I forgot my password and now the app is not allowing me to reset it. I wrote mail to support but no reply. It's really sad to give 1 star to this app, as it's been my solace for so long, but what's the point of this being incridible when I can't access it.
The app is great for writing and sharing with others. But I am unable to log into my account through Facebook from last 2-3 months. Hence, I am unable to write anything plus no access to my previous works on the app. Even after the update the problem persist. Please look into the matter asap.
It was my first space started writing and blogging, used to love the crowd the organizers and how they use to come up with new ideas it was the best platform to communicate to other writers, poets.Now all I see is a website when I Google it with a new concept and I think this is not working or is with a different logo. As it has been a close knit family which I miss and has been very close to my heart. I just want my account back and how it was. Can anyone CUSTOMER SERVICE, ANY SOURCE to connect
This app used to be great but not anymore 😭 everytime i try to write a letter it keeps saying sorry error occured on the server side. Uninstalled and reinstalled still experiencing the same issue i can view other letters but i can't like or write one myself 😭😭 very disappointed.
Trying login past 4 months. still cant login. idk why it says server error all the time.I uninstalled and installed it again but it shows the same error..! the app is good but if i could login into that..it would be much better.
I have always loved this app. I installed it before and had a lot of lettrs that I have made. But then my phone got wrecked. I was not able to download it for years but now that I have, why isn't it working anymore? 😞 I need it to work badly. It is where I am able to express my feelings and everything without being judged. 😭❤️
I loved this app so much. Too bad it doesn't work anymore. The interface just doesn't respond; I can't see new content or even my own stuff. Writing on this app helped me get through some dark times. Thanks for everything! :)
i love this app so much. it has such a special place in my heart. however i am surprised because it is not opening anymore in my phone. i have to open up my pc to write and i cant even check my lettrs when i want to anymore i have to wait until back home. it'd be really helpful if i could get some help :)
Hello Team, App isn't working. I am unable to login and then I try to reset the password, it gives me an error message 'Unexpected error at the server. Sorry for that' What's happening?
Horrible app.. Always server error. People who love to write will also lose interest to write seeing this bad service. I have sent some 30 emails to the support team but they never reply.. Request you to solve this issue as soon as possible
Please work on the stability and reliability of the app rather than focusing on adding features. I have not been receiving any notifications for more than six months.
Great platform to express... however, can you pls add some more features like creating custom templates and saving them... options to add social media handles as well... So far so good... love it ❤
The best app that i have ever used. A place of freedom and you can write about anything and everything . I have pen pals that i will never meet in person, they live in other countries. But the people who write here are all amazing writers, they all have much to say. Good, bad, whatever, its a place for others to hear what is said. Thank you, Letters Staff

Everybody on this app has so much talent to share and it's so nice to be able to go through a read and see what's on people's minds and see their talents at work. Some while back the app wasn't working. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again. And the app simply won't open up. My phone model is Galaxy S-8
I love this app for the platform to express oneself not being judged. But at the same time I had been annoyed by even after upgrades, this app responds like I am on 1g... I like it but I hate user experience. Please fix this issue with performance.
Lettrs is a place everyone can express themselves freely and get nothing but love and positive feedback. Bringing different people from all over the world together. The concept is nothing like our everyday social media apps, but I have to say I'm grateful for that!! The compassion put into this app from all the lettrs staff is amazing!! love love this app.
It's pretty good, a few things I would like to see are the ability to reply to comments. Along with actually being able to get push notifications. I have them on, but I don't get any notifications and I have to get on and check. Because of that, sometimes I miss a bunch of notifications. I think an actual messaging option would be cool too. That's about all I can think of. EDIT: It was working fine, but now the server is is glitching out and pictures aren't loading.
