Loaded gift cards into app and verified the balances were available. When I tried to use them, cards were not visible or available on the app. This app is a waste of time and space. Print your email cards or have physical cards available.
reservation is cumbersome, if i want Wildfire, there are 7 listed all the same way, just Wildfire, but i need to open each to find the one i want, should be identified as Wildfire Oak Brook, Wildfire Schaumburg, etc. - same for all multiple locations, the above was written in 2019 and app hasn't gotten any better. I have been in leye rewards program since way before app & this app is nothing but a pita. Additionally IL maggiano's doesn't know about checkin so what is purpose?
generally good, but lacks the ability to search with filters, i.e. location, cuisine, price. Also lacks an ability to modify reservations or to make special requests such as anniversaries, celebrations, or booster seats. Finally, most of the menus come from third party sites and lack descriptions. With all the basic features restaurant /rsvp sites offer, it's surprising leye hasn't stepped up to match 15 year old technology.
often slow to load, respond. Also, l live some distance from Chicago, but mostly use city and close suburb leye locations. I generally eat at a leye location more than once a week. Making a reservation before Ieave for the city is difficult because your app brings up the locations closest to me. There ought to be an easy way to go straight to my favorites
I have Galaxy S5, the APP stopped working after I upgraded to version 8.0.2. The APP won't come up, an error popped up that says "Unfortunately,LettuceEats has stopped." The APP spec says it will work for 5 and up but it doesn't. I deleted and reinstalled twice to no avail. I tried to find an older version so my reward points won't be lost, no luck! APKMirror doesn't have anything on LetuceEats. Help!
Hard to track orders. Not easy to navigate.
Used it once, when I went back the password didn't work and the app would not let it reset. waste of time. It also doesn't keep rewards, they expire. There is no reason!
always have difficulty finding the 4-digit pin without the help of the server. other than that easy to navigate, make RSVPs, etc.
The gift cards don't load into your account even though you have to manually add each gift card into your account
Not easy to use- location didn't come up , didnt get my mobile code.
Just loaded it and haven't even been able to open it, much less set up an account - has crashed every time before I could even get into it.
Do NOT put rewards gift cards in the app. U think they are in there but they aren't.
This app does not give any messages of the upcoming events promotion this year
Not able to use the scratch off feature at all. App is clumsy and poorly arranged. Useless. Wish they still had scratch off coupons.
Spent more meal time trying to figure out the app than actually enjoying the food or the company. Usually I Needed a restaurant manager to find checkin the last time I tried the scratch off option so I am returning to using the card for rewards.
Advertises bonus points but they don't get applied to your account and when you contact them they will pretend that they weren't activated. The app is just another waste of space on my phone
Awful user experience. Good luck if you ever need to reset your password. Gives you the option to use username, member number, or email but unless you enter all three you'll get an error saying any blank fields are invalid.
I just installed this app and have been unable to open. Uninstalled and tried again and it is still crashing. How am I supposed to redeem my points if I can't check in?!
great easy to use app. it does everything! info on restaurants, reservations, get points, use points.
Too many required personal questions! This app really doesn't need my full name or birthday (or phone number). Also, no check-in search when not using Location Services.
was a great app. got a new phone now it's useless. Pictures of restaurants don't appear in app and it doesn't give me the option to log in.
Use to work beautifully. The last 2 months app closes, won't open. Uninstalled and reloaded many times, still not working
Doesn't work. I can't reset my old account and I can't make a new account. Good thing I love lettuce restaurants to the point I don't care about the app.
Worst app ever. Cannot login. Asks to register frequent diner card, then forces to create a new password, and then says card already registered. So how to login????
Can't get a verification code to sign up via the app. Had to go to the website to sign up then log in on the app. We'll see if it's a useful app.
The check in feature is nice but would be nice to be able to filter by state.
the app didn't work. I logged into my acct and any time I tried to use my acct , it said sorry, acct not found. very disappointing!

Central point to manage your LEYE experience and rarely fails.
Great restaurants- TERRIBLE app. Can't find upcoming reservations. Can't modify reservations. Useless really
