Too much hassle. Wanted to change my phone number, website wouldn't let me, support wanted more info then I need to do online banking with. User Experience was emailed several times already,...... just another example of how LeoPay doesn't get it and is wasting time....
They closed my account without any prior notice. I can't access my money, I can't use it or transfer it anywhere and was told to "patiently wait because of an increased volume of received inquiries." Just stay away from it, there are better solutions
Stay away from it! They kept making changes in the past 10 months and out of the blue cancelled all international accounts and held the money....even if you can open now, DON'T!
Good app with both IBAN and UK accounts. The only disadvantage is fees for SEPA transfers. Otherwise, all good.
Horrible app and service, company verification is a joke, don't ask any documents but website address instead and all this takes more than two week.
Closed my account with balance without any notice, customer support do not answer, chat turned off, they do not answer on emails or tickets. Do not recommend business with them!
after provided images of my id card I've been told there is not enough time to finish verification process and I need to hang up ,call back and start over again ,bad joke

I am just on the ID verification stage and it was a TERRIBLE one. The staff who verifies your ID is the most UNFRIENDLY staff I experienced. One guy asked me to take my photo, then asked me to take a photo of my ID and right after he said that he could not see me and I should try another time. I was positioning my self closer to the modem but he didn't want to wait. No will to proceed further!
The first time I write a comment about an app because I had attention to become a loyal cuatomer but I got bad first impression with you customer serice they I didn't finish my inscreption. Focus on customer service then make a step forward to apps. 1 customer lost = 1000 customers

Awesome app to handle international accounts, with different coins. Recommended.
Service decided to close down on Sunday without any prior notice to users. So now anyone who held the money is in a problem. Many users worldwide are in same problem. Possible scam
its not working unable to verify myself through app its says bad Internet 8 have tried almost 4-6 internet connections but issue not resolved

Horrible support, tons of documents for nothing. Those guys don't reply on time. Usually around 5:50 Pm right before they leave... Too slow too much waiting. I ve been business owner and I ve never ran into such a difficulties to set up account. None of my banks, finance or legal advisers have asked me for that many documents. Not reliable for businesses. Sorry

Don't make any contract with this bank, they're accused for washing money and managed to get the money off thousands of people (including me) blocked for months and still blocked, i have to go to legal action with malta to get my money back, on my expense and on my nerves, it's not the first or last time, DON'T USE THIS BANK
Sorry guys...using the app to transfer money for the first time and it keeps crashing when trying to access the accounts tab...it gives me a "connection error" response. It worked to transfer money on the website but I have problems with that too right now...it looks like it's a mess After a few updates of the app, it looks like everything works as it should. No complains so far. Thank you for the prompt response !
