Levipic - Photo Gallery & Map
No need to tap into subfolders is necessary to examine your photos gallery.
Features:
- Folder structure: Your photos are displayed in the folder structure you created on your device. You can organize your media right in the app (Create new folders, move items, ...).
- Date: Your photos are automatically sorted by date taken
- Rating: Your photos are grouped by the rating from “Unknown” to a 5 starts rating. Of course you can change the rating and the information is stored into the field that is also used by Windows (EXIF!). That makes your changes compatible with your computer.
- Location: On a map you can see where you have taken the photos. This allows you to see where you were already everywhere and wherever you are traveling. The photos will be grouped when it is approximately the same geo location on the map (GPS, geo tagging). But when zooming is automatically calculated to be grouped. The number of photos is always displayed. The geo location of an image can be changed right in the app!After tapping a photo group you get an overview of the images you took at this location.
- Detailed view: One can of course look at the photos in whole size and possibly delete, share and view other information about it.
- Wallpaper slideshow: Changes automatically the background image (wallpaper) of your device. Every hour or every day at midnight.
- Video playback
- Explorer mode: In all views you can select between the grid view and the explorer/list view
- Search: You can search your photos by using the name, folder, date and file extension
- Photo Editor: The integrated and very powerful Photo Editor by Adobe ("Adobe Creative SDK") allows you to manipulate your photos, as example apply filters, crop or add a frame; draw lines, change color saturation...

- You can fix the date of an image. This copies the exif information into the Android Media Store (The ADM does not have the right value for the "Date Taken")

Seems quite nice app, but fail to see the difference to the other PhotoMap Gallery app ??? Please explain advantage of one over the other! Tks Appreciate the very prompt answer :-) Perhaps this app should be renamed to Photo Map Cloud, to distingish from the other, very similar, Photo Map Gallery. It is a very complete App. Congrats! But that makes it a bit confusing, specialy lacking a HELP !! file. Developer is very responsive. IMEDIATELY answering my emails :-)
On the main, there is no ability to sort by folder titles that actually works, as thumbnails only, with more than a single column, without it showing the file sizes and photo titles along with them. There is no save button after changing the settings and it constantly freezes when you change them.
I wanted an app that could browse my photos from a map to look back over travels. This app (insert lengthy name here) does it beautifully and performance is snappy too. Maybe with a better name I would have found this sooner rather than try all the others that claim to do the same but execute poorly.
Good app. The free version only lists your most recent pictures while the paid one locates all your pictures. Shows the order of your trip with arrows and areas with the most pictures with colors on the map.
Nice app, but only works with local photos. Needs to integrate with cloud services such as Google photos to be really useful. I have thousands of photos stored offline but not locally on my phone
very nice app but buggy. could be great. On note8 some bug like cannot access sd card even by allowing sd card. some strange red java error messages. freeze when updating photos. great to add tags.
Finally, An awesome intuitive solution. Meets exactly what I need and have painfully always wanted. 👍💪 I have tried and paid for way too many gallery apps, and none of them ever met my needs. Seriously, Great Job!😃

I was looking for a gallery app that would show photos on a map... This is the app. Nice interface design and very few bugs. The only thing left to add is support for cloud storage.
This is one of the smoothest gallery apps I've come across even compared to some major apps such as Google photos & Quickpic which can lag a lot but this is a very smooth running app and it's laid out so nicely to suit your style with options to customise a lot. I don't really use the map much but that's just my personal preference but it looks good to map your different locations. The only thing I would like to see is the ability to set a default video player right from the app because many gallery apps have the ability to set a default video player if the don't like the one in the app. Don't get me wrong I do like the one in the app just I've got so used to VLC which I use more often it makes sense for me to use this one if I can. Otherwise great app! 👍🏼
This app is nice in theory, but I always upload my pics to Google Photos and then delete them from my phone regularly. Is it possible to connect the app to the cloud?
Seems to be a bit erratic. When I click on one of the photos in a group of photos on the map I can't always scroll through the other photos in the group, it just shows a blank screen.
Gets back a most missing feature of photos on Android - a map and its fast!
This is the best gallery application I have found up to now. If the rating would allow more than 5 stars I would have given 6 or 7
Very useful nice application
Please, AVOID of buying the pro version of this app! It WAS one of the best photo apps I have ever used. IT HAS BECOME USELESS after that! The favourite feature I used to work with was the rating, according to which I used to upload my pictures to social networking. After upgrading it has become useless! The app rates them randomly and you can't have any chance to edit that. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY! I would have given it 5 stars. Now, unfortunately I can't even rate it as 1, as it's USELESS!!!
