I have to reset my username/password every time - and the reset emails take 15 minutes to send. It's faster to call.
The app worked ok until now it keeps popping up that it's offline and it's not because both my wifi and 4G are doing just fine in any other apps.
This app was great until beginning of this month end of last month. I would really appreciate if this could be updated.
It won't add family members even when all info entered is correct. Keep getting error message.
I dont need a refill .. I just want the add so i can use a coupon... It will not let me in with out an rx...

Like it but latest update now highlights prescriptions that need to be renewed (like) but will not allow you to select for refill (dislike).
It will not work on my galaxy S8 active.
Need to enable fingerprint login for Android.
It won't let you select expired persriptions to get them reauthorized, like the website will. Also the developer email address listed in the app info is no longer vaild so you can't even email the developers.
Forgot my password and for 3 days now I've been trying to reset it. It will say that it is sending a email and then I never receive the email.
Doesn't recognize rx number and can't enter the rx number with spaces as shown on prescription container
I really like the convenience. Don't like having to sign in each time and reset my PIN number each time. Also, keep the current patient active. Tiresome to be backed out after each refill and have to choose the patient again. With that said, I'm glad they've got it and hope they'll keep it going.
Showing wrong dates on my prescriptions and telling me I have refills when I don't. Please fix showing wrong dates for refills.
Wish that there was a way to remove old prescriptions so that when you refill you don't refill the wrong one.
It won't even let me sight up..... it'll let me install the app and uninstall it though.

Only giving 4 stars because I want them to see this. It's not a good app at all it keeps saying app is not responding!!!! And I wish that I could know what the status is on my prescriptions!!!! When I went to Walgreens their app always told me when my prescriptions were ready! Lewis tells me nothing!!!! You need to start telling people the status of their refills! Change it!!
