When Tarascon discontinued their mobile app I went hunting for a replacement . Although this is 4 times the cost it has over 10 times the information and therefore usability. You would be wise to subscribe to this.

Uuuuuugh! Why did they mess with it!? Before the last update (just a few days ago) it was a user-friendly layout and easily accessible....now it seems archaic in comparison. Way more cumbersome to use. In addition, keeps telling me all my subscriptions are expired every time I log in, yet on the next page saying it's all in date. Slow to load, too. This is EXTREMELY frustrating, especially since I pay a LOT for this product and rely on it every day for quick, accurate, up to date info.

I paid for my subscription but I still can't access anything, how is that even happening. It's so frustrating

After the last update it reinstalled the databases without removing the old ones. Resulting in taking double the space. Please fix. Thanks

I have used lexicomp 2-3 years. All functions on my app have ceased functionality. I contacted IT in order to find out that Lexi has decided, without notification that my operating system is no longer to be supported (the phone is 4 y/o). They have denied any responsibility to maintain compatibility. They did not voluntarily offer any refund or access to online lexicomp and told me to upgrade my phone. They have been aware of my phone's model since I made the subscription. Lexicomp has no honor.

Had an issue after getting a new phone. They resolved it same day. Thank you for the help works great.

Every month or so I get an error saying the app is updating but with no progress shown despite the process running for hours and the latest intentional update having occured months ago. App won't work during this time. Once it does, it's the same version as before so I know it wasn't actually updating.

The newer version keeps closing everytime I intended to open the app in my device (samsung galaxy tab 3, ram 1.5 gb). Installing the older version didn't help either since I couldn't sign in nor register for new account though I've got stable internet connection. It's rather troublesome to use different device for working.

Miss the old version. This new version is buggy and often closes. I'm happy with the content but the layout is slightly confusing to navigate and takes longer than it should if it works. I paid a lot for this and I'm not happy.

Cumbersome from the start. Trying to log in using my institutions key was impossible, kept requesting seperate log in screens. Will be easier to find a stationary or mobile work station to access this app than on my phone at the bedside.

Previous versions were alot better. This is too tedious navigating which makes the user experience terrible. I also get errors every time I try to update my databases even tho my subscriptions are good through July. I have used Lexi for years which is the reason for the stars but this is terrible.

I used to love this program especially for the 5 min clinic. Now I can barely type in the search bar without the program freezing. The programmers really fudged up a great program. I feel ripped off...

Dreadful app, very poky optimised. I have been trying to get past the update stage after installing it. Most painful experience. It takes for ever to update with multiple attempts and failures.

I have been trying for days and i cannot download the content. This is very disappointing.

Was good, now bad. I use in emergency situations and for the last months it has been freezing a lot. This is unacceptable. I uninstalled for a few months. I will download again now to try again. I used to like the RSI calculator.

I can't find the update icon for updating the database in the last version.how can I update the data base ?

Disappointed after using for 15 yraes. New version is difficult to access info, cradhes frequently , expired databases cant be updated. I am asking for my money back and stopping subscription. I also noticed several similar reviews regarding new version.

Poor database update...the app keeps on searching for the update, and once available, it updates very slowly irrespective of the net speed. It happens everytime, even after updating the app, if checked again, it will again wait for such a long time...so irritating

I wish I could set database to auto update. So far I have to manually update the in app database. Which seems to need an update almost daily. I would love an auto update, maybe even auto update time or just when connected to wifi?

I signed in but there are no database available at all to begin the first update. I wish to subscribe but how can I make a purchase if the app seems "empty", nothing in it. I'm seeking your assistance.
