When I try to add service maintenance it constantly changes it to something different. For example: when I try to add a oil change service and save it, when I open up the service record it says I replaced fuel injectors instead of the oil service. Basically completely different then the record I just saved... Please advise
Oct 21,2019: Latest update = no change from September update. Horrible app. Sep 26, 2019: This app is HORRIBLE!!!! Everything I click on results in a spinning icon - nothing comes up!! Who tested this!?!?!?!?
Barely works. Sticky controls, odd access and barely any real info. Lots of useless Lexus promotions.
Unresponsive. No benefit at all, just took memory, battery, and time.
Latest update messed up my app. Keeps telling me to update software. Uninstalled and reinstalled...still stuck in update software.
This app will not accept my e-mail, or allow me to register. $60,000°° for the car, and zero communications with the company that built it.

You'd think for a company like Toyota/Lexus, they'd have a fantastic app.
Error popup when signing up, plus in the error notification registration was misspelled.
Fixed detailed service history, thank you.
Why release a broken app?
App does not work. Crashes all the time, even if the app was stable the fuctions in the app do not work. Its like having a picture of buttons, they do nothing when selected.
Doesn't work. Install/uninstall x3. Don't waste your time.
I love my Matador Red Lexus LS 500 but this app is not even close to being ready for prime time. Lexus needs to remove this app from the Google Play Store before damage is done to the Lexus brand. It is a serious contradiction to the promises made to me when I took delivery of my LS 500.
Major flaw in Vehicle History "ADD SERVICE" feature. I manually entered service type "Maintenance" and description "Oil Change", then saved. When I go back and view my entry it says "FUEL" and "REPLACED FUEL INJECTORS". Also, I selected "Contact Us" from the menu and it gave me an error message: "Web page not available. Error: Cleartext not permitted". The app needs work.
