The Enform App Suite has been working OK, but not what I would call great. The main reason I have used it since buying my car is for the Pandora integration. It works pretty good for the free Pandora and for Pandora Plus, but it just gives errors without playing any music since I upgraded my Pandora account to a premium account. Another defect is that the app sometimes continues to play over the phone speaker after I turn off my car. I have to click on the Enform App Suite icon, and then close the app to get the music to stop playing. Perhaps, the biggest downside to the app is the lack of support for more music services. Toyota/Lexus needs to hire some competent programmers who can fix their crappy app so they won't lose more customers like me.

The Lexus Enform app (multiple of them) is a hit or miss and takes about 20-60 seconds for auto-start or lock/unlock to execute. What's more messed up is how the subscription works. I gave it a try for 1 month in February and canceled the re-occurring subscription on the day of the renewal meaning I got charged for the 2nd month (March). You would expect that by canceling the subscription, you should still be able to use the Enform app until the end of the cycle/month (April) but when I called, one of the agents said since I canceled it already I will have to pay $16 again to have for the month of March to activate it?????? WHAT???? Basically, I paid for a service I never got to use and they want me to pay again to start it up AGAIN???? I don't know what kind of business model they are using but it sounds like they need to fix it.

Each release seems to get harder to use. I found it good for searching and listing an address to send to the vehicle, but how to delete a listed address I no longer need? I still have not figured that out. ALso when searching for something like "groceries" it seems to never find muct -- just psses word to Google. But at least unlike the "Places of interest" in the car, it does not list dozens of entries with the same name and no way to differentiate them.

Needs substantial improvement! I have a 2017 model and the App never connects automatically. I always have to open the app on my phone before it will connect properly. Additionally, it's horrible with Alexa. When the app first switched over to Alexa it was working fine, but weeks later it lacks connectivity and I find myself frustrated trying to say commands.

This app is horrible constantly disconnects from the car making all of the Enform apps completely useless. I've used the Alexa app, iheart radio and even Pandora when it was available on the App Suite and always disconnects the music stops and I have to reconnect and on top of that it has to run in the background to work, well that's just dumb. What I have had to do is just connect to Bluetooth in my car and use the media Bluetooth source input and play my music apps individually

I've never had issues besides sometimes having to log back in from time to time and now they added ALEXA which is freaking awesome! It's very responsive too and I don't need to click Anything I just say Alexa and it responds. Everything except the directions works. It find places but then when you tell it to map it, it says saved under "saved directions" but that option doesn't exist in my 2015 Lexus ct200h F-Sport, hopefully they fix but but really cool add even after this long. my ideas??

garbage. whats the point in storing destinations on the app and then having to follow 4 links to get to them, when i can just save them on the car itself and get to them quicker. i habe to use and entirely different app to auto start and that one doesn't work at all. my friend just bought and chevy and everyone in his family can use 1 single app to do whatever they need to with the car without issue. i spend $15,000 more on a luxury car and cant even auto start it. awesome

Awful app. I thought Lexus was supposed to be a premium car! This technology is far behind even basic cars from other manufacturers. Although the addition of Slacker is welcome, as others note, removal of Pandora is not acceptable. And this latest update is absolutely awful. App always hangs when initially starting and I have to back out and start it all over again to get it to work. Very disappointing.

I couldn't decide if this app was needed or not until I looked at the screens. Lexus isn't clear that you need it AND the Lexus app. This one is needed if you want the apps on your phone to display in the car ... except it doesn't work. The Enform app has you going round and round in circles and won't talk to the other app. It's annoying and disappointing that Lexus has screwed this up that bad.

I agree 100% with most of recent reviews regarding the recent app upgrade (downgrade indeed!) This so-called upgrade (in 11/2018) removed Pandora, the MOST useful app of ALL, without adding any useful apps. What on earth are you thinking, Lexus Developers??? If you're listening, you should ADD Pandora back into the App Suite ASAP!!! (1/12/19 update: Need to use Slacker Radio or iHeartRadio App from now on. If you connect the Bluetooth player under Media, you can play ANY music that's playing in your phone. Please give it a try.)

Would be nice if some useful applications would be added. Destination search that can be accessed through voice search while the car is moving. Spotify, Alexa, etc, or a way to upgrade ro the newer versions. So far apps are removed and nothing replaced on a one year old $62k auto.

Not sure how useful it actually is and you cannot use the shopping feature fo tge advertised 20% off merchandise. Nothing comes up except a white screen. Also, the apps have pretty much disappeared. They get taken away and none get added. Every time I see an update for it, I wonder what they are getting rid of, next.

My salesperson told me not to download this piece of junk, told me to use the other Lexus app instead. This one does not allow me to create an account. In the car, I see Enform under apps, but there's only Notifications and Wifi (which only works if you pay for AT &T services.) I see that this app hasn't been touched by the developers since late 2021.

The app is much better but what is up with the fuel guide not synced with destination search? I can't search for gas stations along my route either... Or it is very difficult to do so. The app is better due to the phone and some minor upgrades to Yelp. Needs easy improvement and I am willing to help if you would allow me off course 😊

What did you guys do with this app? It doesn't work anymore so my Lexus Enform for my 2018ES is totally useless. Used to work until these dumb updates. Now you're telling me to use the other Lexus app when I open this app. You guys screwed it all up because nothing connects anymore and all my saved destinations have been erased in my car. I would expect better from a company like Lexus.

I try to make an account and accept the terms and it just tells me to download the lexus app to keep up to dat with my car.....which I already have the app. I was trying to use this to get my navigation to work in the car. It's really annoying to keep hitting okay and just goes back to the sign in or make an account screen and goes no further.

The app was recently updated. I went ahead and updated it on my cell phone. Now when I try to connect it to my '15 RX350 I get a message saying that I have to log into and use the "Lexus App". The Lexus app will not connect to my '15. I have an acct and my vehicle is registered BUT it will not connect. I lost the ability to add designation to my phone and upload them to my '15. Why did I lose this feature??

Constantly having issues connecting through bluetooth...I'm not aware of any other car manufacturer with so many infotainment system issues let alone a brand that prides itself on technology and reliability. Nonluxury car owners have better systems. Outsource the job to a third party who creates a functional product

sam. r. Mar 4, 2021

The app along with the in car apps are very basic and don't work well. This app is also constantly using the microphone in the background for some reason. I got about 10 security notifications from my phone until I deleted it.

Sha. G. Aug 22, 2019

The entire Lexus experience is lacking with regard to connectivity. Refusal to integrate a decent real-time web-based navigation app (Waze, Google, etc.), removal of music apps, in general, the tech in my Lexus is truly disappointing and is the biggest negative of my ownership experience

Lin. B. Dec 12, 2019

I purchased my vehicle a month ago and have tried several times to get this app to work. It won't connect to my car, even though the phone Bluetooth is connected and working. I thought it was me, so I met with a technology specialist at the dealership, who also could not get it to work. We thought that it may be my phone, so I called the 1-800 number. They confirmed that my phone should work with the app, and that as long as my Bluetooth connection is there, it should work. Still doesn't work.

Why would I pay an expensive subscription, on a brand new luxury car, for a multimedia system that actually loses features over time. Let me know when you add support for Android Auto, Carplay, or Spotify, or anything new for your existing customers.

Ham. S. Aug 7, 2020

The addition of Alexa makes this app much more useful, especially for entering navigation addresses bc Amazon's voice recognition is far superior to Lexuses. I think adding Waze integration would be very useful (I think newer models with an iOS phone already have this)

Jea. W. Dec 2, 2020

App doesn't work. Serious improvements needed around the build and it's ability to function consistently, especially now that the colder months have arrived.

A complete disappointment. I drive a Lexus LS460, I never touched the apps section till the other day, For a car like this only this ? Are you kidding ? A few apps, nothing impressive. I would hope for modern apps, not outdated services. I pay for XM radio, why do I need these old services? Update it a little, how about Waze ? Google Maps ? No wonder why I am thinking about doing the 3rd party Android Auto option... this is joke for Lexus.. and a Joke for a LS
