LFC Official App

Dog egg to use. Could be better and easier. Also a simple notification the day before each match with details how to watch on TV etc would be great. If that's an option then it goes to say how clumsy the app is. A rare 1 star from myself.

Unable to register, trying to register to 'My LFC' or for entering competitions yet get a 'sorry something went wrong' message every time. Tried on different WiFi networks in case it's a security issue, but still doesn't work.

Too many notifications, even with settings decreased. I get liverpool notifications from everywhere so it's too much from this app too. What I'd love is an option, for nothing but game start, finish and goals. That'd be perfect.

Notifications randomly turn on and off, when off I still get flooded with messages. Fixture list hardly updates and does not show all the upcoming games. Crashes regularly. Unreliable and painful app.

The worst app I have seen ever. So many ads every minute ads are coming it irritates me . When I am in classes then ads come,when I am watching the video then ad comes,when I am listening music then ad come. I have just downloaded app to review that this is very irritating.Because of your ads i am facing disturbance on my studies.

Flipping shocking, does not display accurate information. Hit the filter for FA Cup games, apparently we have no FA cup games even though we in the final. Daft American toss pots.

Nice app, have used it for a while now. I have, however, recently run into a problem where almost everytime I open the app it just says 'No Data available, Swipe down to reload' under mostly the news tab. When I open up the app again the next day everything is back to normal until.. well.. it stops working again. Edit: no updates or even a response in regards to the issues with the app👍 I recommend just downloading the Empire of the Kop app instead, more content and the app actually works.

Great quality images and good content BUT ... why is the womens team news only updated so little? At the time of writing this the latest update for the men's team is 6hrs ago and for the women who are fighting for the championship title it has no updates in over a month! LFC supporter for over 3 decades and it saddens me how little support the women's game gets from the club.

Can't login ,no promos on merchandise which is expensive especially given the exchange rate,huge supporter of the team unfortunately the app purchases are alot , you have to be rich to purchase given zar to the pound and dollar and that's excluding shipping

I use this app to watch the games that aren't shown on cable. Sadly, for some reason the fullscreen option doesnt work on my Samsung S7. Really wish this would be fixed. Also, i wish the full matches weren't buried so far in. If you want to watch a full match (the only reason i use this app), you have to go to Matches, then choose the match, then go More videos, then scroll down to find it amongst the highlight reels. 4 clicks...silly. Love Liverpool, but the app could use some improving.

Love my team, but not the new app, bring back the old version, it was much simpler and easier to use. You are supposed to improve the user experience with new releases not degrade them. The UI looks like a child has designed it, harder to navigate and disjointed. Can't do no stars.

Good app except it doesn't show all the matches ie Cup games, fa, caribou, etc.could update the fixture list. Also impossible to purchase tickets through app.. Could be better...

I noticed during the Spurs game that I was no longer getting goal alerts through the app. Downloaded an update but still nothing. Not a problem if I'm actually watching a game but when I work weekends/match nights the goal alerts are invaluable and, to be honest, pretty much all I use the app for. Without them I might as well uninstall.

Needs a total revamp, looks like the club has forgotten about it. No news updates for the past 6 days, player profiles are hit and miss (some with photos, some without) and the Help section is pretty unhelpful. I expect more from a club of this stature.

This app is really good if you are a liverpool fan because if you want to see the score of a liverpool game and what time they scored, this app is perfect for you. Also that it doesn't just have liverpool games, it has games from national teams from players who play for liverpool. I would recommend you download this app if you are a liverpool fan because it gives you everything about liverpool as soon as it happens!

Decent app for LFC news. Could do with a the ability to pick what notifications you get from it, ie news, team sheet, goal alerts, cards, final score. At the moment you get the lot and it would be good to be able to opt out of some or all of them.

Not great. Can't see anything other than Premier League games to check the line ups. And when I can see the line ups the players are posted in the stupidest order imaginable.

The notification settings for Touch the Sign are in a different place than the others. Hard to find.

Poor customer service. Having issues cancelling my subscription cant get anyone to return e-mails.

Cosmetic changes for the sake of changes is not an update it is just a nuisance. it did not even remember my login details I had to enter them again after update, really! my LFCTV is not easy to find all in all all at best a sideward step. This is worse than I first thought. Won't go into landscape, can't cast, notifications showing even though all are off. Honestly I know kiddies that can code better than this !!! Subscription cancelled based on how rubbish this app has become. Updated no chang

I like what you have done with overall design and it does bring a modern feel which is great and I understand that this is in the beginning of development. I don't like how the confirmed lineups are announced in a blog instead of a image of a pitch with the players etc. It would be great if I could see that in my notification panel I may want the team news, starting line ups etc but may not want a spoiler if I'm watching the game a few hours later coz I'm at work so needs custom notifications.

So this is why the old app wasn't updating, there was a new one about to be released. It would get a higher rating from me if I were able to actually able to log in to my account. Every time I try to log in I get the "something went wrong, try again later" message. I even tried rebooting the phone and even that didn't work. So until it's all sorted out the "This is Anfield" app gets the most usage.

Poor. So updates are supposed to make apps better. This is a disaster. Took me 15 minutes to sign in. Then took me ages to find LFCTVGO on the app. Once in, after watching a video it logs you out again so that you have to sign in again to watch another video. Oh yes, I can no longer watch a video in landscape mode.

A while ago it completely stopped giving notifications before and during the matches. I have no clue why. I always keep my apps updated including this one. I haven't changed any settings. Without notifications this app is completely useless for me.

Quite a few player images and squad numbers missing, last season and this pre-season. Doesn't seem to get updated with squad details very often. That said, navigating is easy, and match updates are helpful. But over all, this app could be a lot better.

The previous version was so much better. The game stats were more detailed, line ups section had more functionality and gave you a view of the formations. The shopping section is buggy. Go back to the previous version!

Not getting updated enough. Got notification so clicked it only to be told firefox has crashed, not this app. Open the app to get to the story that was on the notification - search the whole app but it's nowhere to be found. No way was this app tested before release. Go into the app the first thing is about the match center so click that only to be told to go via the menu. Get team news notification so I click on it only to be redirected to some other story. Takes forever to find what you want.

Very disappointed with the updated app, the gripe i have is that the casting function has been removed on this update so i now cannot Chromecast LFC Go to my TV, i can only watch it on my phone. Why was that removed? Also why do i continually need to login, why doesn't it remember my login details when i first login. I won't be renewing my subscription this is just not good enough. Great way for Liverpool to lose fans, keep creating 2nd rate apps like this and LFC GO.
