Always locks up if you don't log on from a browser, adds popup on site and apps that makes connections to site questionable about security, design looks old maybe a design update is pass due to a more modern feel and look, app should offer option to turn a card on or off if someone believes it has been lost instead of having to call, option for usage outside of state should be provided as well without having to call I believe this app still needs a lot of improvements overall it's ordinary

Does anyone else have problems with the commands for estatements in the app? None of them are functional for me. I can't download or print my statement from the app. Very annoying! I have no problem printing from any of my other apps. I have to go to the full site to print the statement. What's up with that?

The App wont even open ! as soon as you click on it it closes immediately. whenever the app is working its 5 stars for me but its unreliable at times which makes it useless! FIX THIS ISSUE ASAP!

App is broken now.....it keeps telling me I need a update. The app is as "up todate" as it can get. But apparently my phone is suddenly not good enough "I need android 5.0" so now in order to just check my balance I'm being forced to buy a new phone. The app was fine....y'all broke it....now I'm forced to take my banking elsewhere.

Convenient and easy to look up transactions and balances. If any questions or concerns come up, it's no problem speaking with someone by phone or in person.

This app, makes my life a little bit easier. I have what I need right at my finger tips. Oh and I must say,.... The staff at the credit union are Awesome. Always friendly and helpful.

Very useful and convent for quickly checking bank account. It does it't job.

The only thing bad I can say about it is that if you don't use it for a while it times out and makes you change your password which is not always easy to do on a phone.

App doesn't work anymore. Says I need an update but it is updated. Shame. !!UPDATE!! APP WORKS FINE NOW 5 STARS

Staff are always friendly and helpful. I've been with them for a very long time because they are the best. They really care about their customers and the community.

Easy to use. I wish it had instant notifications on my phone. Otherwise it's a good app.

Decent appbut mobile deposit really needs work even if u wrote exactly what it says the deposit will fail more times than it works

They may not be open 24/7 but I try and call when it's working hours. The only complaint I have is when calling institution, I'm not able to speak to a live person directly. But if I leave a voicemail they do get back to me right away. Loan officers are amazing, Paula was my favorite and she retired. But in overa ll a great bank.

used are doing great but there's only one thing I don't understand I went to deposit a check that is not mine but it's going to be in my account and you didn't deposit

I enjoy this app it is very convenient and easy to use as well as understanding.

I think it's more the phone... but alot of glitch while trying to log in
