can't connect to my camera anymore and it's the only way to change the settings. why??? I need the camera I can't use it without settings.
Cannot read file when using it on my Oppo A9 2020 (I've give it storage permission). It's work fine with my older phone, MI A2, ZenFone 4, MI A1
No updates gadget is worthless with out updates .it's lag got frames wroks & app to updates with multiple checks! NO updates POOR
The app was working well on my huawei mate 10, i moved to oneplus 7 pro but the app is unable to find my 360 photos
absolutely worthless. cant view my videos on USB sd micro connected to my phone.
Good software, needs more sharing compatibility
There is a very long list of terms and conditions to be agreed before using this app.. I have no time to read all those.. So I am happily uninstalling this app.
Need a feature Improvement, Also provide an option to view and export the image and video in Tinyplanet Mode also Currency dependent on different app to view the photo in Tinyplanet mode and no way to export video in Tinyplanet mode, like Samsung Gear360 has, would be great if that is also implemented
When this app works it's good. Unfortunately most of the time doesn't. Need to optimise the wireless connection on to the new released smartphones. Please fix. Can't use much of my camera now due to this problem. Thanks

Does not work with my Motorola or one plus phone. Does not detect Cam
Playback of videos are jerky and app won't read videos form my SD card.
On video clips only sound can be heard

Wont connect to camera
I used to be able to share 360 photos to facebook as spherical using the Share function in Gallery but no longer able after I updated my Facebook app. Overall it's a good app, just the fact that my 360 photos stay flat on facebook annoys me (as they look nice and I want to share with friends).
The camera and app is nifty but I'm disappointed that 180 mode doesn't shoot spherical video or photos. It instead just does plain old rectangle view instead. Sometimes you only want spherical in one direction, such as when you have the camera on your body or front of the helmet.
Not a whole lot of features, but makes viewing the 360 pics easier than the manager app. Maybe 5 stars if you could edit the pictures with stickers to cover your fingers or something.
Title says it all - lg needs to support Google cardboard, too many workarounds required to view these photos in VR.
It keeps talking about some screen overlay I need to turn off in settings, but it's not listed in settings...
i also owned both the ricoh theta s and 2 samsung gear 360 cameras. i like this viewer app the best. ricoh app take so long to load any videos and samsung dont load anything that is not samsung. LG is the best.
I took 360° pics with Samsung Gear 360 but open the file with this app. The only weakness is: this app can't share pics via messaging apps.

Cool but would like to see more editing like the Theta stuff. Also can you remove the black circle when zooming out? We want real tiny planet photography!
Ricoh seems better....they allow edit the pic and resize
LG screwed us for no reason. They easily could've left the app as-is and stopped making the R105. Instead they're actively blocking communication between the app and the cameras. Makes no sense at all.
