I wanted to pay my bill and I couldn't do it with this app. Very disappointed theres not one for android.
This app is almost as crappy as LG&E.
what happened to the app that lets you pay your bill?😣😤😡
Now on my Android I'm unable to zoom in and find details about my specific outage when touching the triangle.
It appears that the recent little pop-up storms are too much for it...can't seem to obtain information from mobile app
Super helpful app. I can check outages all over town and view reconnection expectations.
I do like this app. I used it all the time on my old phone. Unfortunately it does not work on my Moto Z Force.
Fulfills it's purpose, but to be truly helpful, it should allow reporting of outages. One shouldn't have to go to the website to do that.
Previous version was better, always says not responding. I think weather slows it down and is inaccurate. Groups outages together that are located several miles away from each other. Cannot zoom in as much as previous version.
Stops working when it goes to outages per town 75% of the time.
App is not user friendly. The previous app was much better and easier to use. The app does not work properly the majority of the time. Not an effective app for customers!!
When it works it is great! But unfortunately it rarely works without saying that it has stopped working
Will not load or no map
What useful purpose does this app serve? Answer: none
Easy to take care of payments
Needs lots of improvement
This seems like it will be very informative during and after storms. Very neat idea for an app.
I actually installed this just to check to outages that were "supposably" start to happen November 13 2013 (grid shutdown tests) and it actually works better than I thought, but yea well see what happens!
Great app! Helpful tool!
Great site. Gives lots of info about outages
This has come in handy a few times.
The map view is unusable. It loads each time you zoom in, which takes forever. The summary section works much better.
It looks like an iPhone application and does not scale to take up the entire screen on a tablet. Great concept for an app, but needs some more work.
Some performance issues but the stats are nice (by county and zip) and they have handy links to the phone numbers. I recommend it for customers.
I have three problems: The map loads extremely slowly, I'd like to see estimated restore times from the summary screen and it needs move to SD card.
Work well at the beginning, but now it says it can't access the network. Not working when you need it too makes it kinda worthless.
Works great in Louisville and loads fast. I really like the estimated time of outage.
yeah, just go to LG&E Bill pay on your Google. Then go to Pay my resident bill account, then sign into your account, once signed in. Click the three dots in the top right of your page. Then scroll down, click add to home page. You have now created your own app. Hope this helps😎
